It's called a reverse merger.
in the small/micro-cap world, a R/S is just never a good thing. i have never seen one turn out well. not saying it hasn't happened, but screw these idiots for R/S'ing this.
this will soar on any reverse merger info
That's fine. Could be much bigger then. A reverse merger play very likely in the works - why else would they want to get current?
some big holder of shares appears to try to be getting out, probably had shares from way down. after this is cleared out, it will unleash.
surge coming.
Collette, hand this off to someone else.
wonder if ACollette et al is on this crypto industry for a RM at some level. would be very smart.
321-216-7500 Angela Collete please politely text her and ask her WHAT THE HELL (*ell) she is doing. and to give the SHAREHOLDERS an update.
Sounds like a plan.
we need to make some noise. polite noise.
oh, make no mistake, Angela Collette will make huge money here. There is no doubt about that. Insiders always come out ok, generally at the expense of the 'common' shareholder.
She should be PR'ing what the vision is here, or at least the practical financial goings-on. She's had since October.
possibly. quite possibly.
roseville, huh?
what part of the state is that, money?
i used to live in MI.
this is frankly disgusting to see. and Angela Collette the Court-appointed receiver needs to tell the shareholders what her vision is for HPIL going forward. She has had months and needs to make a statement or 2. This is idiotic.
who is this scumbag Nitin - former ceo i guess? what kind of loser cant make a holding company with solid subsidiaries profitable?
this thing is going to bounce hard at some point. the liquidity is very strong, it is hitting a recent low here after touching .0033, this thing is primed. it may not happen today but if mm's absorb this seller, they will WANT this running soon.
this guy's selling should not affect the O/S at all (they are just out there in the O/S now). so it wont affect the O/S. shares are just changing hands.
unless there has been some kind of conversion of preferred shares to common shares which probably would have happened long ago and would need to be in a filing.
imho
somebody just might want their money right now for personal reasons and is bailing out at whatever cost. yes it doesnt make sense given this has a new direction imminent. perhaps they were afraid when it headed to the court system that they would be exposed somehow (if everything wasn't totally 'legit' or something). I don't know, but i imagine we should be able to find out who received billions of HPIL shares thru the public record via filings (but perhaps not). Cant imagine it was some private individual who actually bought billions on the open market but it could have been.
if you list the past subsidiaries of HPIL you will likely find out who the seller is here.
unless it is a past owner/ceo or something.
we can whittle it down with a little DD.
So, someone is selling a large holding. Perhaps one or 2 parties from the subsidiaries or a past Prez of HPIL. Angela Collette the court appointed Receiver for HPIL communicated to me last week in a non-descript text that before she came in as receiver there was a shareholder with billions of shares selling. Does anyone know the history here and can tell me who was the largest shareholder here (a past CEO or owner). CLearly somebody is getting out now.
I ASSUME IT IS SOMEBODY FROM A SUBSIDIARY WHO WAS PAID A LOT OF SHARES TO BECOME ONE OF HPIL'S SUBSIDIARIES.
BUT WHEN THIS IDIOT IS SOLD THROUGH HIS SHARES, this thing will RUN strong.
old management here may be selling off then. is that the old CEO? were there any other individuals given large blocks?
that may be what we have, old management selling off within a time frame.
A/S means nothing marketwise until they become part of O/S. it can be a leveraged anti-takeover ploy or other means of corporate positioning. it is NOT why there is some sustained selling at moment.
stupid & disgusting price action. whomever has been selling this much paper should HAVE to file this kind of thing with the SEC. this is a putrid abuse of public companies' role in the capital markets. i realize it is most likely technically 'legal' but it is immoral. the kind of buckets of shares these otc scumbags give to each other is damnable thievery.
and this is one reason everyone needs to politely bug Angela Collette and ask her what she is doing today to serve the shareholders, and to give us verifiable facts. what of the 200b a/s? do not assume she is acting in your interest. DO NoT.
have you learned nothing?
yes, we need to hold her accountable.
they will too often work in the dark to their own benefit (and tell us they are doing it 'for shareholder value').
How did she become receiver of this thing in the first place?
Why did Angela Collette become the receiver here?
Who really knows? ask the woman who stands to make a freaking FORTUNE here. Demand answers. Respectfully of course.
Who really knows? Angela Collette will know.
321-216-7500 Angela Collette in control of HPIL, very respectfully text or call her and ask her if there is a concrete vision for HPIL, or not. and to publicly state her answer.
this is idiotic.
how people can just dump millions and millions and millions of shares for free money (because they were a consultant or officer or whatever in a stupid otc non-reporting stock), is honestly disgusting. If money is THIS easy to make in the OTC, we should all be trying to start our own OTC companies (doing whatever, doesnt have to be a real company per se); start your own company, reverse merge into some empty worthless shell, and go to town dumping shares for FREE CASH in your pocket.
big chunk just sold at bid, total seller. maybe he is gone or almost gone. ridiculous.
yes we need buyers, but it doesnt take much to shoot this to .003 at all, we just need the heavy selling pressure to stop.
so it looks like a big holder has been liquidating and it WILL end at some moment, and then this will reverse very strong.
i don't think the company has been dumping.
from what i gather from info there is a big shareholder selling here. it will end suddenly at some point and then reverse hard.
very possibly much of it was.
They know exactly how to kill runs before they start.
seriously, is there not a huge reported short here? that would explain them not letting it go.
or company dumping.
absolute joke 20 mil on ask at .0013
321-216-7500 Angela Collete in control of HPIL - very respectfully ask her/text her if the company is DUMPING SHARES and diluting/devaluing their shareholders' equity.
apparently MM's are quite short here, and keep putting up these giant discouraging walls of filth. they want shares cheap and now.
is the company dumping shares does anyone know? this action is not cool.
people like "this"? thanks, Skippy. Look, I have not texted her yet, and if I do, it would NOT be rude, but respectful and mindful of disclosure regulations. As all should be. but sheesh, obviously you do not know me.
Respectfully challenging officers of a public company is a good thing. It does not imply childish impatience at all, but it empowers shareholders to not just be helpless, passive waiters on a 'someday' mindset that never comes. And yes, some investors are fine to simply buy and hold and wait and never do a thing.
public companies take public funds through public markets, and that changes their level of accountability. Shareholders are part of that accountability process. So people SHOULD engage and ask them tough questions. You are essentially loaning them your money to make it increase, so do NOT feel you are BOTHERING them to see how they are spending YOUR money.
Hope this clarifies for people.
(edit)
WHAT is the VISION for HPIL, Angela? What are you doing right now to get it done? if HPIL is selling shares that shareholders are buying and funding, where is that money being spent, and why?
This is not your private thing, you have enjoined public funding from the public markets, and it is your fiduciary duty to update shareholders of the bare-bones vision here. Publicly funded companies cannot operate in total secrecy & darkness, but must share as is necessarily appropriate and legal.
so start asking. stop waiting.
shareholder passivity is toxic, we need to be more activist-minded with our investments, and put public-company officers on notice that they have to disclose material developments as it relates to our investment in their company.
so start being heard a bit. stop waiting and doing nothing.
