I agree with that. My 7.7 million have been audited too.
I might be able to throw another 5 grand at it otherwise I am all tied up right now.
CKYS will trade tomorrow.
I guess when the audited numbers are done you will. Good luck.
Seriously, you are right. Every situation is unique and what sets CKYS apart from other stocks that have been suspended is that it is a real company.
Calm down already....lol
When will we get that? Will that be the next revenue results we get?
Honestly I didn't go into that much detail. I was just glad to know they were actually retained.
Bird you can wait. I will verify things when I can. Everything else is speculation on my part other than what I can verify. I know that he was retained on the 2nd. He could have been retained earlier for previous years audits but I didn't ask him that. I seriously doubt he was lying to me. I also seriously doubt there would be much chance that he would get sued for simply answering the question about whether they are a client or not. After all Jim Plant told us he is doing an audit of his finanicals how angry could he get at the accountant for simply verifying that he was telling the truth?
I believe that you just busted MR Big CHIT....
Considering I spoke to him after the suspension started I would have to assume nothing has changed and the audit is continuing.
Todd whether they were engaged prior to Feb 2nd or not I don't know but I do know they were retained on Feb 2nd as per my phone call with Mr. Bongiovanni.
When will we get them?
That is possible. I am just verifying that they are retained now as of Feb 2nd based on my phone call. I did have the impression that he had been dealing with them for a while but I have zero knowledge of any particulars.
Mr. Bongiovanni told me he was retained on the 2nd. Fact.
I hope so too.
Yeah I just posted that. He said he was retained on the 2nd of Feb.
I haven't been able to get through since but I got through to him on the 5th and he said he was retained on Friday the 2nd of Feb. I don't know what paperwork he'd been given prior to that if any.
I agree most of the posts are purely speculation. The audited financials will be the answer. I just can't imagine being under that much scrutiny and still publishing a share count that is false.
Loanstew,
as per dictionary.com
'an approximate judgment or calculation, as of the value, amount, time, size, or weight of something.'
An estimate has to be within reason IMO. They can't say the o/s is 700 million when it is say 1.2 billion. That would not be within a reasonable range of error.
BTW- You keep making assertions about me in your posts by insinuating that I don't want to study the UAF's etc. Let me be very clear. I don't care what the UAF's say I only care what the A/F's will say. That will be the best way to guage the value of this company. The fact that they are unaudited means that they are unreliable to me.
Also, do you think the SEC would allow them to keep that share count on the website now that the suspension is over?
No I wasn't trying to confuse anything. Simply pointing out that dilution is speculation on your part. Also the SEC investigation is about the govt purchase orders, accounts receivable, and revenues. The SEC is a complaint based system and they got enough complaints to look into it. Obviously they didn't get the right answers or the suspension wouldn't have occurred, however that doesn't mean guilt. I think the very fact that they are unaudited implies unreliable that is why I am waiting for the audited financial reports.
Do you think the SEC would allow them to keep the current share count on the website if it were false?
That is a twist. You make the accusation then say if you can't prove me wrong my assertion must be true. We know they diluted from 455 million up to 700 million o/s in 2006. Beyond that it is speculation on your part.
I would think that if the 700 million 0/s and 200 million float were wrong then the SEC would have told them to take it down by the time we start trading Tuesday if not yesterday when the suspension was lifted. Just a guess on my part but seems logical.
I got the o/s a while ago when I called. Actually called before the New Year and the CEO happened to answer the phone.
Agreed. They should report thier findings since thier purpose is supposed to be to protect investors.
OK good point.
I called the SEC number on the complaint and asked him about this. The guy told me the suspension is only for 10 days. They would have to go through the process again to suspend the stock if they wanted to and that takes time. So we will be trading on Tuesday unless the SEC doesn't know thier own rules.
Just wanted to compliment you guys for the extensive DD being shared and freely expressed. I haven't been able to follow here as closely as I'd like to but this board is really informative.
My guess is the 4th quarter numbers might be a little funky. November and December are usually a little off with home sales. Just a guess.
Again there really isn't anything to debate here. I relayed what my broker said that because of the volume and interest it is likely that we open on the pinks or will be back on the pinks shortly. I even gave my own opinion that they will go on the greys briefly before back on the pinks. My broker basically said that the MM are prostitutes and if they can make money they will quote it on the pinks.
Exactly. Now I don't know how fast CKYS filled out the needed paperwork etc. which is why I say we may briefly go on the greys. For all we know they could have been several days into this before realizing that they needed to fill out a certain form. I don't have a doubt we will go back ont he pinks though.
We have no way of knowing what has or hasn't been filed already. It has everything to do with interest. If they can make money they will quote it. I already said that my guess was that we go on the Greys briefly and then pinks. But like I said Schwab told me that with our volume and interest it is likely we open on pinks or will go back on the pinks shortly. His words were capitalism at its finest. If money is to be made a MM will quote it. Nothing really to debate here.
I'm guessing we may go on grey even if briefly. I use Schwab and they told me as long as there is interest and based on our volume a MM will likely quote us on pinks but nothing is written in stone.
Thanks again please keep us in the loop.
Are you saying that Schwab said they don't do online trading of greys? I have Schwab and they allow online trading of greys for HVLN. Can you please clarify what you meant there.Thanks.
'Said they don't do any stinking grey stuff and don't need to.'
Do you have a link for the specific executive order. I couldn't find it.
I agree completely with that. I could care less about what JP tells shareholders. He can speak to us through audited financials. And I think he will. Holding and waiting here.
CYBERKEY will not always be tainted. If they don't have the purchase orders the SEC will make an enforcement action against them in the future, if they do have the purchase orders (and I believe they do) we will se A/F's instead of an enforcement action in the future.
'The public will not know if the SEC is continuing its investigation until the SEC publicly announces an enforcement action against the company.'
Thanks let us know what he says today.
MJ,
I was out today and I haven't been following SFNN as much as I'd like given the drama wiith my larger play. I think you need to get clarification from the CEO on this. I usually ask for the CEO by first name and give the implication that I know him when calling a company. Sounds silly but I get through a lot using that tactic...lol

As an IR firm they really aren't very helpful.
BA is probably tight lipped because they are on those PR's. If it turned out that CKYS was a scam BA would be named in a class action lawsuit IMO. I don't think CKYS is a scam but I would imagine that is why BA is tight lipped.
