'an approximate judgment or calculation, as of the value, amount, time, size, or weight of something.'

An estimate has to be within reason IMO. They can't say the o/s is 700 million when it is say 1.2 billion. That would not be within a reasonable range of error.

BTW- You keep making assertions about me in your posts by insinuating that I don't want to study the UAF's etc. Let me be very clear. I don't care what the UAF's say I only care what the A/F's will say. That will be the best way to guage the value of this company. The fact that they are unaudited means that they are unreliable to me.

Also, do you think the SEC would allow them to keep that share count on the website now that the suspension is over?
