I agree. There is a reason the buyback has been formally filed and extended. If the buyback documentation lapsed, he would have to go through the process of filing a whole new buyback before legally being able to take possession of any shares bought by brokers and retiring them. That is what seems to be the case to me at least.

Yep, I see all of these stock suggestions that are supposedly better than Phil. 1) They either have over 300 billion shares with no buyback option, or 2) their is no discussion of how revenues will be generated.
