POWER HOUR!!!!!
Nice to see some new faces. Word is getting out.
This thing is starting to wake up. Been holding and accumulating for a few weeks. Not selling down here!
Better watch out. One of the other posters here might get Costello's super secret attorney on your case for libel.
How dare you impugn this man's character? How absolutely dare you sir!?! (This is called sarcasm for all of you ihubbers)
Lol. This board is a joke.
News can come any time. That's why it's news!
Starting to get interesting around here. Volume spikes are coming at shorter intervals. Smells like big buyers trying to accumulate under the radar. Just a guess though. the
Could have sold for a 20% gain yesterday. decided to hold off and make this my lotto stock for the next few months.
Yeah, because the "Harvard Grad" (has that been verified?) And captain of industry doesn't realize that there are SEC rules around discussing mergers and acquisitions on a publicly traded stock? Weird.
Anybody here ever try directly calling up a real hedge fund manager without some sort of formal introduction?
Narrative is really starting to break down here.
Imagine for a second that you run a hedge fund with 700M under management. Now imagine that you just bought a publicly traded company that has, for whatever reason, had a massive runup in share price.
Would you make ANY statement to ANYONE outside the company regarding your publicly traded company and a potential acquisition that hadnt been cleared with legal?
If so, why? What's the upside?
Does that really make any sense.
Look at the chart. This is already a loser.
Has anyone been able to explain how the deal with Ontario can get done without more dilution. Like the actual mechanics of how a deal would work given that the entire A/S is either converted or reserved for noteholders?
Or has something changed since the last time I checked out the filings.
I can't wait for this 10q. Anybody have a timeline? Buying up the cheapies while I still can.
My biggest red flag is that Costello is picking up the phone and talking to some of you guys.
Having worked through acquisitions and companies going public, I can guarantee that the best you would get is a canned email response directing you to the investor relations or PR group. No legit CEO of a publicly traded company would ever put themselves at risk of an inadvertent SEC violation by talking to some jabronies from ihub.
Also, none of the CEOs, CFOs or COOs that I've worked with would shoot the shit with randos from the internet in the first place. These are busy people
Screw it. Buying more.
Their App is vaporware. Doesn't exist. Can't download or install it for android or apple.
Consider yourself warned!
Lol. A whole new generation of XSPT bag holders.
Let's recap. They have an app that's been in development for five years.
They have a small consultancy that builds websites for local SC businesses that they purchased last year. It accounts for all of the revenues and half of the losses.
There are currently several notes that are in default and converting at $0.0003. That's why the volume is so consistent at 10+ million shares every day.
Flip and get out.
GREEN. VOLUME!!!!!
Not saying he lied, just read the seeking alpha article. I haven't checked myself.
And the whole "why would he do that, it's against the law?!?" Defense has been used by every criminal ever. Check out the "American Greed" series on CNBC for hundreds of examples of this.
I hope for all the longs here that everything is on the up and up. Haven't really seen anything other than the seeking alpha article to suggest otherwise. This is the OTC, and everyone needs to do their own DD!
People haven't realized what this is. They think it's a few ivy league women in a knitting club. The portfolio they've put together is LIT. having the chance to indirectly own a piece of these growth companies is incredible.
And yet the OTC world is out buying up dilution from crappy she'll companies run by scam artists.
Unbelievable.
I hope Matt got out above $0.02 this morning. He seemed like a decent guy.
Did he go to Harvard or not?
Made a few bucks flipping this back in the $0.10 - $0.20, but the market cap got too crazy for my liking.
Figured this was just ihubbers bidding up a low floater into the stratosphere. Never crossed my mind that Justin could be lying about his education. Should be pretty easy for him to prove no?
Need another vague BS statement from Jody to prop up this turd. ASAP.
NOTEHOLDERS NEED TO BE PAID.
GREEN. VOLUME.
Not cheap enough yet. Will check back after lunch.
Not your typical bloated OTC trash.
Management has decades of experience. Masters degrees from Harvard, MIT and Yale. They have connections to big sources of money.
They also have real revenue ($1m+ and growing) and operate lean to keep costs low.
Most of the OTC tickers are run by low IQ mouth breathers who sell convertible notes and then pump the stock so they can do it again.
Just the management team alone makes this a gem. Do you really think these women (who could make $400k+ at other companies) are doing this to hold shares of stock at $0.01? That's insane.
Looking for cheap shares. Will check back in two hours.
No one is selling down here. Existing longs are only buying when the MMs try to shake this into the 9's (at which point it's a feeding frenzy).
The only thing this ticker needs is more eyeballs.
This is the kind of stock you hand down to the grandkids.
Like Coca-Cola. Or IBM.
Sniff. Sniff. Smells like money!!!
We don't need news. We need high energy on this board!
Wait, I'm confused. Is the deal done? Are there still notes outstanding? Is PCTL flush with cash?
Them noteholders gotta get paid!
I mean, the noteholders can convert every single share in the A/R. Jody has about $40 cash on hand.
Doesn't leave many options.
Dude. Give it a rest. Noteholders have shares to sell. And a lot of them.
I'm chomping at the bit for these filings. Anybody have a ballpark estimate on the timeframe?
Well, At least we know there isn't any dilution happening. This thing is BEGGING for volume.
Lol. That deal is coming any day now.
You guys are like Charlie Brown. PCTL is Lucy. The Canada bailout is the football.
And the technology isn't that impressive. If it was really a game changer, they would sell it to J&J for $50M and call it a day. The fact that they're scrounging around the couch cushions for a few dollars to keep the lights on speaks volumes.
As they continue to have success, they will attract top talent to the team. Right now they are running lean and banging out home run after home run.
With the kind of numbers that they are putting up, I wouldn't be surprised if they brought on some heavy hitters from VCs and major consulting firms to join the team. They are going to have a hard time doing that with the stock price banging around $0.01 though. As the price rises to $0.05 - $0.10, they'll be able to make attractive offers to top talent.
Think about where the stock price would go if you had 20-30 experienced, well connected consultants working here. It would be pretty incredible.
I've bought and sold this several times. If you had sub penny shares and didn't sell between $0.02 - $0.065, you are a complete idiot.
I'm not wrong.
Doubt it. Cat is out of the bag. This is truly just noteholders converting.
Here is what happened:
Note holders started converting at around .003 a few weeks ago (check the 8k and 10Q for proof that notes started converting in June)
There was a pretty big buy on one of the days in July. Who knows if it was orchestrated or not.
Traders saw 10M shares show up on their volume scans
Led to a few days of intense buying and then a controlled walk sideways for a few weeks. Then a couple more cycles where they let it trade and it made it to $0.01+ All to keep the interest up
And the entire time, it looks like noteholders were pushing roughly 5M to 10M shares into the market at an average of $0.007 - $0.01. Don't have any proof of this other than looking at the daily volume.
Then somebody "finds" the 5 Trillion (actually 5 billion) A/R increase and the stock craters.
Haven't seen one press release from the company since the volume on this thing started. It really does look like it was held up by traders looking for volume (which was actually just dilution) and telling themselves a bedtime story about that silly small time agency that the company acquired.
Kind of feel cheated that they got some of my cash without even coming up with a cool pump story. c'est la vie.
Lol. I'm out. If there is a bounce, I guess I'll miss it!
Maybe I'll play it again next year after they R/S and re-pump it.
