No, do the DD.
Awesome news. They sure seem to be building a powerhouse here. When I see cash on the balance sheet I will certainly be adding a ton here.
I agree the quarterly likely won't show anything new. If something happens we will hear via filings and a pr.
I beleive around the 15th if I recall correctly
I email Hany Salem often. Only rarely does he reply. He replied last at the start of January saying that a meeting was taking place in Dubai in Mid January and they will have news soon. He never replied to subsequent emails though.
I find it Interesting that all these odd market makers are on the high bid.....
Very interesting volume here today. Anyone here involved in any of these buys?
Thank you!
The one thing I don't particularly like is that The Liberian Institute for Global Studies (LINGS) is nowhere to be found on Google. Any mention of them is only from the RVPL PRs. For a $750 million project you would think there would be a footprint online.

Agreed
I do agree in a way that it's a bit of a red flag here. Has me a little concerned, however the other evidence pointing the other way seems very strong.
It was released around 6am. Came across my equityfeed news stream
The Big and Small of the Clean Tech Sector MacReport Media "Press Releases"
The clean tech sector comprises several key areas in terms of what's available for the investor in the public equity markets today. Companies that deal in solar and wind energy tend to have the largest market caps such as Power One Inc. (NASDAQ: PWER) and General Electric Co. (NYSE: GE).Biofulestend to be slightly smaller such as Kior , Inc. (NASDAQ: KIOR )andthanthere is RVPlus , Inc. (OTCQB: RVPL) Amicro capwith the most room to grow and they are beginning to prove it.
The Liberian Institute for Global Studies (LINGS) is a $750 million project to build the first green campus in West Africa between ECCO2 Tech, ECCO2 Corp and certain West African governments. The objective of the project is to offer sustainable tools and resources to improve social development, women's rights, and further educate emerging growth countries on climate change and energy efficiency. In order to enhance the resources available to the project, RVPlus (OTCQB: RVPL), a holding company of ECCO2 Tech, has announced today that it will acquireIntervisualTechnology in a merger to be completed by April of this year.Intervisualwill make available educational products and services to LINGS through face-to-face and virtual applications. Students in developing countries who lack financial resources for teachers and schools will garner sustainable financial support from the company on a cost-effective subscription basis. As for RVPL, due to debt financing from United Nations financial aid partners and extant grants, revenue in the billions of dollars could be generated from the companys partnership withIntervisualand the LINGS project.
IntervisualTechnology is a Florida -based accredited school that offers educational services both physically and online for grades 6 through 12. As well as federal, state and local contracts, the company has contracts with countries in Africa and China . Advisors include such high profile persons as former Florida governor Jeb Bush . Aside from the completed merger, RVPL andIntervisualplan to launch pilot LINGS projects this summer and fall in Guam , Central America and West Africa .
RVPLs ECCO2 Tech (Environmental Control of Carbon Dioxide) specializes in universally clean technologies that reduce carbon emissions, are energy efficient and most importantly, sustainable. ECCO2 Corp , the not for profit branch of the family, was recently admitted to the UN Department of Economics and Social affairs as an affiliate partner of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change . The company is an observer organization for the United Nations . This status opens doors to garner over $100 billion in aid to fund ECCO2 projects. In addition, the company has gained attention from multiple major media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal , MSNBC, Forbes, Bloomberg and CNN. ECCO2 has also appeared at clean-tech awareness conferences held by private organizations as well as government agencies.
The clean tech sector comprises several key areas in terms of what's available for the investor in the public equity markets today. Companies thatdeal in solar energy tendto have the largest market caps such as Power One Inc. (NASDAQ: PWER). The company is the worlds second largest maker of solar inverters and has been nothing but profitable in recent years. It has no debtand about $200 million in free cash. PWER has a market cap of $506.61 million and shares are currently trading at $4.17 .
Those companies that deal in biofuels tend to be smaller cap companies for the most part but KiOR Inc. (NASDAQ: KIOR ) is larger with a market cap of $587.42 million . KIOR is a cellulosic biofuel maker. It uses woodchips and a catalytic process to turn those woodchips intobiocrude, or renewable crude oil. Unlike petroleum based crude, it is wholly renewable. The crude can then be refined into almost any finished product such as diesel, jet fuel or gasoline. Shares in the company are currently trading at $5.53 .
Some of the largest companies on the market are invested in wind as a clean alternative. General Electric Company (NYSE: GE) is a prime example. The energy portion of the conglomerate is involved in the production of wind turbines as well as solar panels and various other clean technologies. In fact, GE is one of the nations leading wind turbine suppliers and is committed in its development of clean technology. Currently GE has a market cap of $236.99 billion and shares are selling for $22.59 .
All of these companies are, in one way or another, direct competitors of RVPL and ECCO2 Tech. And they are much larger. But what sets RVPL apart from the bigger boys are the government contracts the company has garnered from emerging growth countries in order to help educate their citizens of all ages on how to use and sustain clean technology. They have consciously placed themselves in a niche that is not only commendable but one that is growing as global ecoconsciousness and environmental awareness is spiking. Look to this amazing small-cap to sustain remarkable growth in the coming year.

There are 119 million shares outstanding. The company claims to have 1.9 billion in contracts over a 10 year period, and more to come. Dollars for sure in my opinion, as long as everything falls into place with the expected revenues and further contracts.
That's what you call bid support :)
Looks like we are going to have a great week, especially with news. This will all lead up to the quarterly next month showing revenues.
Was able to jump in at .0004. Seems like this has a lot of room to run here.
Yeah I added Thursday. Up to about 240k now.
Nice, glad to hear :)
Lol Longs aren't as concerned as non-shareholders....
Sure I'm down on this one right now, and so are others. The longs here who have stayed here for years don't seem overly concerned, yet some people with no skin in the game do.
You win some, you lose some. Even if this didn't have huge potential waiting on the possible mega million dollar Albanian Hydro deal, most penny's do bounce back up, whether it's a year or two, or a month or two down the line. Only a very small handful of penny's I have been in have gone down and slowly kept going down into oblivion. As long as you aren't in a diluting beast these stocks usually jump up again down the line. PSPW is not diluting, and has proven this.
Some of the penny's I stuck with for over a yearm despite heavy losses only to see substantial gains, and these didn't nearly have the potential this one does:
SLMU - Bought in at 10 cents. Watched it drop all the way to a penny over several months. A year in it jumped up to over $1. I sold for an average of 50 cents on the way up for a 500% gain
AQLV - Bought in at .004. Watched it drop all the way to .0008 after 6 months. Kept holding, sold for an average of .0065 for over 150% gain.
I could continue the list, and neither of these stocks had the potential story we have here. Sure, could PSPW drop more? Yep, if we don't get a peep from management within the next couple months. Will it likely see significant gains sometime down the line? I am betting on it. As for why longs aren't buying here, most already have more than they'd normally invest in a penny stock here. Sure I could buy more... In fact I do every now and then, but if this goes up 30 cents that's about a quarter million I'm up. That's a nice gain on paper. I won't get greedy and add much more here until the management gives us something new. I already have more then I usually would allocate to a penny stock, just like many longs do here. Without news there won't be any new buyers either. Does that mean this is a scam? Absolutely not.
And judging by the way they talk. These 1.9 billion in contracts over 10 years is just the tip of the iceberg. We DO need to see cash on the balance sheet though. That's very important.
But you really think that these well known market makers would risk being shut down by the SEC for a short position worth maybe a few hundred thousand bucks, when they are trading in the billions each day? If they really were short and were breaking SEC regulations they certainly would have covered by now. Sorry but I have been around these markets for quite some time. When shareholders claim conspiracy shorting, it has always proven not to be the case every single time. NITE is not wasting their time, and risking major major penalties, possible jail time, etc on failure to delivers just over a few hundred grand on a penny stock with a market cap of a couple million bucks at most.
Should be interesting to find out what the "major developments over the past 45-60 days" are. Seems like something pretty big to me. News Next week is my opinion.
There are so many positives here. Those who can be patient will almost certainly see very nice gains here IMO.
Have you taken a look at the Fail-to-deliver reports recently? No major NSS positions here. Sorry bud
There is no sizable short position Tob. Please stop saying this.
No doubt it's frustrating not hearing from the company for a while. Having said this, nothing has changed here. Although No news isn't good news, it also isn't bad news. If you look at some of the other Hydro electric projects within Albania which are under development, you can see that these projects have all taken over 18 months from the first signing of papers to breaking ground. It's not an overnight operation.
The last newsletter in August shows that 3Power is working with 4 different rather large companies on the Hydro project in Albania. None of these company's have denied involvement here.
Sure we would love to hear from the company, and in my opinion deserve to, however until news comes out that projects are no taking place, or the company starts diluting without a reason (which has not happened at $2.48 cent, and certainly not happening at 7 cents), I'm here for the long run.
I will repeat. There is NOTHING pointing to this being a scam. The stock price being down doesn't count. If the stock collapses further it will be for lack of the proper business management, not because the company insiders are fleecing shareholders. Having said this I do think we have good news on the Horizon. This is just my opinion of course.
Seems like people who got in on Monday because they thought there was going to be a promo are getting out. Good time to add IMO
Sent another email to management. Would be nice to hear something back.
Agreed it may be another month or two before major file works. Having said this we should get news out of the meetings sometime this week or next IMO which should be nice.
Much, much rather this go up naturally on it's own merit based on news and filings, than have a big pump and than a dump, and then all the serious investors staying away.
Yeah I have Etrade so thankfully I was able to load up months ago :) I think eventually Ameritrade will have access.
.15 has really thinned out.
I wonder if those reports have anything in them. Seems like we have some buying pressure, although small, these last 2 days
Already popping pre market here. 13 bid, 14 ask
Looking really good here for the 2nd week in a row. Lot's of nice hits of the ask. This could be the week we make a nice move with news expected this week or next.
At least thats what I think. I don't think they ever had Albanaia listed in the projects on the site.
Hmm. I don't recall if it was already there or not....
I think Turkey and Honduras are just outdated.
