Yeah. I suppose it might be useful to own a network of call centers covering North America, South America, India and the Phillipines.
This shows when it went private:
MPVC Inc. announced that it has entered into a term sheet whereby the Company would ... sell all of its assets and transfer all of its liabilities ... to OC Communications Group Inc. ... owned by Michael Hilmer.

Ours: http://www.onecontactinc.com/
One Contact (Canada) Inc. and One Contact Inc. are wholly owned subsidiaries of OC Communications Group Inc. In 2005 OCI began acquiring contact centers across North America on the basis of ‘service offering strength’ and management strength and today we have the most compelling solution available for the sub-300 seat markets. We find our attentiveness and transparency is refreshing to our clients and our speed of execution second to none.
This market is often under served with significant gaps between what the largest of providers are offering and at what price. Most mid-market centers do not have the diversity in capability that OCI brings to the table with proven success and coupled with strong business analytics and considerable facility strength we are able to offer very competitive financial solutions to our clients with uncompromising quality.
Our model affords us the ability to entertain transactions as low as 10 seats and we have helped launch several consumer focused businesses (Utility, Telco and others) to where they are now successful, self sustaining and a continued loyal customer of OCI but of much greater scale.
We encourage you to test our solutions today in a flexible pilot, overflow or full contract scenario. You won’t be disappointed.

As much as I would love good news right now, I don't think it's ideal to release anything during a nosedive in the market. It might be best if they wait. But I'm no expert. Maybe people look to penny stocks as a hedge against wide spread market downturns.
I agree. Silver is probably a good investment considering the tea-party's latest successes at conning our spineless president into shoving what's left of our economy down the shitter. I'm just glad that a good portion of WLSA's business is in Canada.
That's right, I keep forgetting about those folks... Here's a (not so brief) summary of some of the people working for us:
If ZIPZ is serious about offering "quality" apps, they should look into acquiring items that are unique, useful, and which haven't already run their course. Their ebay marketplace idea was a great one... 10 years ago... When ebay was still new, exciting, hadn't yet sold out to "the man, and hadn't yet been buried by their competition.
I could see something like this having some potential in today's world of social-networks and fitness-obsessions:
NOWPHIT is a new social gaming platform and smartphone application that empowers and inspires people to improve their personal health and fitness and makes it easier to achieve healthy lifestyle goals. The NOWPHIT app will be available for the iPhone via the iTunes Store at launch (expected Q4 2011), with Blackberry and Android versions to follow.
NOWPHIT syncs with gym or at-home fitness machines and allows "NOWPHIT athletes" to track, train and compete with each other over the NOWPHIT network in real time for virtual and real-life rewards such as trophies, medals and location-based coupons and special offers. NOWPHIT also features a charitable and event function. NOWPHIT athletes can raise donations for a charity of their choice, and virtually train and compete in real athletic events anywhere around the world (i.e. the New York City Marathon).

The company is in the process of changing its business model toward "green" energy, "green" waste disposal, manufacturing of waste-related vehicles/equipment, "green" home-energy upgrades, energy-audit services, and "green" solutions for businesses. They have completed several acquisitions including Sunbay Energy, Fanotech-America, Enwise Home Services, Enwise Building Science, and Innovative Solutions, with more acquisitions likely on the way. They have tentative deals in place for the construction of clean methane and biomass-fueled power plants in Canada, and possibly the US. They are expected to release their financials in the next month or so, with OTCBB re-listing following shortly thereafter.

I'm pleased and surprised... Newlook actually held reasonably close to their promise of submitting their 2011 financials shortly after their 2010 financials:
Newlook Industries Corp. (CNSX:NLI) ("Newlook" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed its unaudited consolidated financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2011, along with associated management discussion and analysis and officer certifications (the "Interim Filings").
Trading in the Company's securities was suspended by the Ontario Securities
Commission ("OSC") on May 20, 2011 as a result of a cease trade order ("CTO") issued by the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC"). The CTO had been imposed due to the late filing of the Company's financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2010, the interim financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2011, and associated management discussion and analysis.
As the Company has filed all the above-noted materials, an application to the OSC for a full revocation of the CTO will be filed immediately. Upon revocation of the CTO, the Company will initiate the reinstatement review process with the CNSX in order to commence trading of its shares.

Enwise has been mentioned several times in this "Eco-friendly home resource guide". And is highlighted under the "What's new" header on every page.

Brad, the news was already up on IHub when I checked in this morning... I find that CNSX is one of the last places to post things.
Yes I was on. I was the one who nervously asked about Sunbay putting up a display at the Canada Waste & Recycling Expo. Thanks for the info on that CC. I agree that the guys at DC know how to make their services sound like a good investment. Lets see if they can actually do what they claim. If so, this should be fun.
And yes, I'm interested.
True... Ironically, if WLSA gets to be as big as indicators suggest, one of the only persons who will NOT benefit from sun's work over the past several years... Is sun.
Translation... By working to keep the price down, sun has once again helped Simmond's "friends", at the expense of the shareholders... Thanks sun.
Newlook Files Fiscal 2010 Financial Statements
Newlook Industries Corp. ("Newlook" or the "Company") (CNSX:NLI) announces that it has filed its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2010, along with associated Management Discussion and Analysis, and Certifications (the "Annual Filings").
With the filing of the Financial Statements, Newlook is finalizing work on its unaudited consolidated financial statements and associated material for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 (the "Interim Filings") and anticipates filing these later this week.

You actually sounded like a real-live human in that post... Thanks for that... Usually I get eerie flashbacks to those embarrassing moments when I've found myself futilely debating a robo-caller.
It should be noted, that the Miramichi project was slated to be Copernic's project, not ours... Therefore it shouldn't be a huge surprise that the project fell through once the Copernic thing fell through... And anyone who brings up the news about Miramichi, without also explaining the associated details, either hasn't done their research, or has an obvious agenda!
That's it! I'm cutting you off! I'm sick of you reposting my findings and my criticisms as your own. From now on, you can dig up your own dirt! I vow only to post things that are positive for the stock! And I grant anyone permission to throw this post in my face if I ever go back on my promise!
Quote from Claudio Martinez of Enwise:
“This week’s relaunch of the federal ecoENERGY Retrofit-Homes program will offer homeowners a great opportunity to qualify for rebates. With up to $5,000 in federal rebates plus other local utility programs, the program provide significant incentives for homeowners to make energy saving upgrades to their homes.
Understanding how the program works and what rebates you may qualify for has always been a challenge for homeowners. Working with the Enwise group of companies provides a one-stop-shop approach to navigating the requirements of the home energy audit program and the best ways to maximize on available rebates and incentives. Through affordable financing and rental programs, homeowners can take advantage of rebates and energy savings without having to make any payments up front – a true win-win for homeowners during these tough times.

And if you're getting the impression that people are sharing information behind your back... You're right... Congrats on that. I guess you can consider that much a success.
If Simmonds continues to do nothing, I agree with your 3-5 cents target... But I really doubt he bought millions and millions of shares to do nothing... And once he lets the information flow on the company he's been building... I suspect you'll be kicking yourself for not taking your own advice, which was to follow the Simmonds money, and buy when he bought.
Just a few sites to watch in the weeks and months to come:

Yes, that WOULD be swell! We've actually done reasonably well over the past year, considering our stop-sign status and limited visibility. I couldn't even begin to estimate our share price potential if Simmonds can actually come through on our relisting, project details, and promotion.
By the way, what exactly is he? He's got a symbol in his profile that says he is a "commercial user such as Investor Relations Professional". What does that mean? Was he hired to post this stuff?
I once asked him what he was, and he said: "I AM MY BROTHERS KEEPER". Which again sounds like he is working for someone.
I guess people like that serve their purpose by attracting a certain demographic... But damn they're annoying!
Pizza, my apologies.
So it appears that investors aren't the only people Simmonds is keeping in the dark... He also stopped communications with important city officials. Very unprofessional! Very frustrating!
MIRAMICHI - After more than five years of waiting for a proper waste-handling plant, the Northumberland Solid Waste Commission's acting chair, Nancy Lordon, is confident work on a new materials handling facility will begin within a year.
"We're hoping that by the spring, we'll break ground for the facility, either with the construction of a new one or possibly taking over an existing facility," said Lordon, who is also the city's deputy mayor and representative on the commission.
She took over as acting chair after Jonathan Brennan left the position in October, becoming the latest to preside over the long-running saga of waste management in the Miramichi.
This region is the only one in New Brunswick without a dedicated materials reclamation facility. The commission has been trying to remedy that for years, with little success.
In 2008, the plan was for a $5-million solid materials reclamation facility for the area. The province agreed to kick in $1 million but by 2009 the commission had only received one tender from Envirem Technologies. It was rejected with little explanation.
Lordon said the effects of the 2008 financial crisis, which saw the bottom fall out of the market for recyclables, ultimately killed that project.
Plans for the facility were put on hold once again when Metepenagiag First Nation and Ontario-based Sunbay Energy announced plans to build a waste-to-energy plant in Nelson.
Lordon said the commission hoped to work with the two partners but contact dropped off after a few months. After little progress was made on the project the commission decided to continue with its original plans.
Lordon, who will remain acting chair until the commission's annual meeting in August, acknowledged the long history behind efforts to build the materials recovery facility.
"Every time they seem to get close to one, they would run into something that would keep them from doing it," she said.
While frustrating, she said the current plans for a smaller facility were going ahead quite nicely.
The commission has received several letters of support from the municipalities it serves, has met with area MLAs on the matter and is currently looking for land on which to locate the new facility.
"I really, really feel that this is the right direction to go in, and I'm confident that the right decisions will be made this time, and we will have a facility within the year," Lordon said.
Province-wide the average rate of diversion of waste to recycling is 30 per cent. In Miramichi, that figure is a mere three per cent, covered mostly by the large blue bins placed around the city. Most waste is trucked to the Red Pine landfill in Allardville, adding to the commission's costs.
James Regan, a consultant hired by the commission last year, estimated at a city council meeting in March a new facility could cost as much as 2.5 million, but 40 per cent of total construction costs depend on the site.

Seriously... Dude... I really don't want to have to start bashing this stock in order to get rid of you... Like I had to over at ZIPZ... The mindless crap you post does far more damage than it does good... Please chill the hell out!
Also, I didn't mean to imply that sun's work contributed to the the downfall of WLSA... Clearly that was all Simmonds doing... But... IF sun's antics were at all effective at reducing the share price, there's a good chance that that reduction was beneficial to Simmonds when he was purchasing millions of shares... Given this possibility, and given the possibility that Simmonds might still be issuing shares for payment to his "friends"... It is frustrating to me that sun continues his efforts... It just seems that sun has lost focus on who he is working to hurt here.
From NLI's 03/28/2011 Listing Statement:
I might be willing to help disseminate that info to various chat-boards. But, I don't really have the contacts or means to do much else.
I'm also reluctant to do anything before Simmonds convinces me that there isn't a serious problem with our financials... And the only way I can think of for Simmonds to even come close to convincing me of this... Is to actually submit our audited financials.

Sun, If my memory serves me correctly, Simmonds was the one who screwed you out of your money. Not us. If anything, the investors here probably helped prop up the price, while you sold your shares and salvaged what you were able to...
Given this fact, why then do you insist on HELPING Simmonds accumulate cheap shares? Why do you insist on HELPING Simmonds dilute out the shareholders?
Please explain your logic to me, because I truly don't understand why you have dedicated so many years of your life toward helping him.
I think most of us see this investment for what it is... A gamble... High gain, high risk... If it doesn't work out, one moves on with their life. That's kind of the way it works... Except, of course, in your case.
Also remember, that a good portion of that money Simmonds "stole" from our subsidiary was invested into Sunbay, Enwise, Innovative Solutions, and Fanotech... Meaning we could still potentially reap the rewards from that money.
perspective... WLSA up 340% from the point where several of us were buying shares just over a year ago.. And down 95% from where YOU were buying shares... It's all how one invests it... Buy low, sell high... Remember that one? Maybe one day you should try it...
