CC SAR triggered @ 1:34pm
MGI needs to close above that first resistance point - I haven't been in it for a while but have it on watch now. Thanks Bagheera
I saw it earlier this morning and silently cursed it...Are the insider sales finally finished? Unless they're going to be acquired I will ever touch CROX again
I (as others) will be watching and waiting to jump into the swing...it's all about making the $$ in this market. Thanks for all of your hard work and keeping an eye on the broader market for us all!
As always your insight and unbiased perspective is immensely appreciated....even if you hate the company I appreciate your analysis and opinion that the chart says it's ready to launch~
Wow, it's looks like they took the fire escape straight down to the basement! Blew past all lines of support...
Congrats Nate.... sometimes holding pays off- especially when news like that comes in A/H!
CC +7% $1.93 today still trending up (link back 2 for chart)
The next few weeks before the financial release should be excellent. Aside from the increasing MAs I can see the following support/resistance lines- of course volume could break through a few of them with little effort
resistance---$5.26
resistance---4.59
resistance---4.41
resistance---3.89
resistance---3.29
resistance---2.90
resistance---2.48
resistance---2.27
resistance---1.95
support------1.68
All depends on the buy-out news and interest
Based solely upon the chart I'd say between $2.90 and $3.29 depending on volume and support/resistance
resistance---3.29--(4)
resistance---2.90--(3)
resistance---2.48--(3)
resistance---2.27--(5)
resistance---1.95--(2)
resistance---1.68--(5)
Buy-out news is a completely different game all together- solely based upon the SP offering -based upon the previous offer of 6$ a share I wouldn't say an offer of $5 a share unreasonable
5$ or 6$ buyout doesn't matter to me they're both far beyond where we were at the end of trading today!
CC-buy out news- I could easily see a best buy acquisition to further limit competition and consolidation of business lines, stores and strategic retail placements- same market, inventory and contracts...easy transition and acquisition
Additionally, the previous buy out offer (Blockbuster) stood at 6$ per share if these offer are even close to 6$ I could see CC pps launching from where we are today
TNRI Looks excellent and had another rising day...convinced me and I don't normally play anything except the big boards!

Welcome back Laura- How about a little clean-up help
I've seen/heard that countless times regarding OTCs as well. I never really paid much attention to the dillution/settlement arguments since I knew it was a frequent occurrence on OTCs. I didn't think it was as prevalent on the big boards.
Ironic how the CFW SP settlement was much higher then the 'formal' EOD....I'm not a conspiracy theorist here but it is interesting to see
What a wonderful market we have... Thanks for the clarification
Definition of Insanity = Conducting the same unsuccessful actions (that haven't worked in the past) expecting different results
I definitely paid my tuition on a few pinkies
CFW 2 AH trades for 20700 @ $3.34 or were those settlement trades? My L2 doesn't show the settlement designator
CROX...I have an idea- Can we please not ever mention CROX again... actually I'll go ahead and delete ALL previous CROX threads right now-
I told the wife about it (what happened last week) and she didn't understand (she loves the product) ...I told her I despise the company, product and market on CROX regardless of her love for those stupid little rubber shoes... we had a wonderful discussion after that...lol...women and their passion for shoes
CC battling for +14% (HOD) close
There is speculation that the volume and interest will continue in preparation for the financial release (Sept 29th) due to CCs restructuring efforts, store closures and operational initiatives that the $$ numbers will be better then in the past....more to come on this one

I caught it yesterday on the LOD and held overnight...waste of time and trading fees
OUT NEXM -not going to bounce today IMO
PAET breaking out above 3.50....finally -Fringe I sent you a PM
PAET breaking out of 3.50
CEGE and NEXM both got slammed down hard yesterday...CEGE bounced nicely but NEXM is still 'waiting' for the bounce.... I think they both could have done better if there weren't so many other plays running hard today
You think there are too many other active stocks making big runs i.e. too much competition for interest? To think I had my finger on the button to buy FRE and ABK Tuesday morning.... damn it all
-80% down in one day and the following day it doesn't bounce? WTH
NEXM was being bought up in AH tonight watch for the bounce tomorrow morning-
The drop was based on over-reaction to the news listed below
NexMed Announces Decision for NM100060
2008-08-26 16:15 ET - News Release
-Management Conference Call at 5 pm EDT Today-
EAST WINDSOR, N.J. -- (Business Wire)
NexMed, Inc. (Nasdaq: NEXM), a developer of products based on the NexACT® drug delivery technology, today announced that based on First Interpretable Results of Phase III clinical studies for NM100060, a topical application of terbinafine formulated with NexACT® for the treatment of onychomycosis, the decision has been taken not to submit a New Drug Application with the Food and Drug Administration at this time.
The two NM100060 clinical studies were randomized, double-blind and placebo-controlled, and designed to assess the efficacy, safety and tolerability of NM100060 in patients with mild to moderate toenail onychomycosis (nail fungus). No significant adverse event was reported in the studies.
NexMed entered into an exclusive, worldwide agreement with Novartis in September 2005, under which Novartis assumed all clinical development, regulatory, manufacturing and commercialization responsibilities for NM100060.
“While this is disappointing,” said Vivian Liu, NexMed’s President and Chief Executive Officer, “a European comparator study is still ongoing, and those results are expected mid 2009.”
NexMed will host a conference call to discuss today’s announcement this evening, August 26, 2008, at 5 pm EDT. The call can be accessed in the U.S. by dialing 877-407-9205 and outside of the U.S. by dialing 201-689-8054 and asking the conference operator for the NexMed Conference Call. The teleconference replay is available for one week by dialing in the U.S. 877-660-6853 and outside of the U.S. by dialing 201-612-7415. Replay pass codes 286 and 295576 are both required for playback. The conference call will also be Webcast live at URL http://www.investorcalendar.com/IC/CEPage.asp?ID=133535. NEXM for the bounce - in @ .24 during the LOD today
I don't get it...right after I posted my comment @ 2:40pm it started sliding on the 10 min chart....buy volume came in around 3:30 and carried it up a little only to be smacked down again.... almost looks like dillution but CMF kept trending up? I'm more then slightly confused with the later half of PAET trading today
I know... it's been 'consolidating' for the last hour.... it's past time to let it fly~
PAET 15min chart looks solid~ The interest in PAET within IHUB has increased exponentially over the last 2 weeks....that interest has translated into excellent attention and trader focus
