How so? They already stated Coachella is selling clones...two distribution deals made with already 8k miles logged for distribution.. revs are happening from what I'm seeing and am looking forward to seeing the next Q report.
BTW...Cliff and Kyle are running the show with Coachella.
$LVVV
Float is all that matters imo...500 mil...and it hasn’t changed...which is great
This ranch imo is manageable and clearly well funded.. and is also seperate from the cloning division.what we see with the ranch now is open space for other businesses to grow and expand their own foot print on this property..one that will complement LVVVs cloning business w/ 7X Pure and even distribution..
As these various businesses come in to develop..we have new lease agreements and then new customers "in house" per say..450 acres worth of MJ businesses.. all I can say is WOW..if this does pull off..LVVV WILL GO TO THE MOON IMO.
30k feet in the air atm : )

“We have established strong relationships with local authorities”
This is nice too see... big as this project is, going forward should be easier on approvals for any new operators wanting to set up shop.
“We are in talks with several operators and we will make sure that only the best will be operating on the ranch."
NICE! can’t wait to see who jumps on board....lots of projects will be happening on this ranch..

LiveWire to Accelerate Paso Robles Estate Grown Weedery - Welcomes Applications by Third-Party Operators
Press Release | 06/25/2019
LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc. (OTC: LVVV) announced today that it is accelerating the customization of its newly acquired 265 acres property, Estrella Ranch "Estate Grown Weedery" in Paso Robles, California. Since the acquisition of the property, the Company has received very strong interest from third party operators to participate in the operation of one of the soon to be largest vertically integrated operations in California.
Reacting to the strong interest by third party operators, Livewire is currently in the process of accepting business plans by qualified operators to participate in the facility development and establish their customized operations on the property. LiveWire is planning to develop the Estrella Ranch "Estate Grown Weedery" into one of the largest, fully legal and vertically integrated high-end cannabis facilities and wellness retreats in California. The operations will be supported by a 25,000 square foot nursery adjacent to the property, operated under a separate Minor Use Permit. LiveWire, via its subsidiary GHC Ventures, LLC has already begun operation of a Statewide distributor division, operating under another permit for Statewide cannabis distribution in California, issued by the Bureau of Cannabis Control California.
LiveWire is considering partnerships, joint ventures and strategic alliances with carefully vetted and experienced operators in the cannabis industry to fully utilize this large property and the opportunity it represents for legitimate operators. Operators will have to go through a strict qualification process and meet the high standards that LiveWire has set for itself and expects its operators to meet. Operations will include outdoor and indoor facilities for cultivation, extraction lab and research facilities with ample power, water and storage capacity complimented by luxury recreational opportunities. The Company will also consider opportunities in the hemp market.
Bill Hodson, CEO of LiveWire states, "We have been working on this acquisition for about 12 months, making sure the suitability of the property for our operational purpose meets all conditions to operate legally on this incredible property. The Ranch will provide for high-class operations located centrally in the world renown California wine country, one of the most beautiful areas in the State. We have established strong relationships with local authorities, supported by the fact that we have already received a Minor Use Permit and have begun the build-out for our nursery adjacent to the Ranch. We are in talks with several operators and we will make sure that only the best will be operating on the ranch."
The Initial development will be comprised of 265 acres that can be expanded to a total of 450 acres as demand dictates and at the sole discretion of LiveWire. The property is equipped with an abundant water supply of natural springs and artesian wells, high-power pumps feeding a sophisticated irrigationsystem, ample electricity and multiple storage buildings and elaborate equestrian facilities consisting of four equestrian barns and thirty-five stables. This is complimented with both covered and open arenas, a pole barn, additional workshop and ranch headquarters with seven offices and a total of approximately 50,000 square feet of additional building space, beautiful recreational areas with an exquisite Spanish-style main estate and two additional residences that can house up to 30 people.

Congress votes to protect marijuana-legal States
Twitter iconShare
Submitted by Marijuana News on Fri, 06/21/2019 - 09:50
In groundbreaking decision on Thursday, Congress voted on a measure to protect marijuana-legal states from federal interference. As part of a larger funding bill for the 2020 fiscal year, the Blumenauer-Norton-McClintock Amendment stops the Department of Justice from spending money to intervene in states that have legalized cannabis for adult or medical use, writes Madison Margolin.
Reform advocates say this decision signals substantial progress in the fight against the Drug War. "The end of marijuana prohibition has never been closer," said Michael Collins, director of national affairs at the Drug Policy Alliance. When a coalition of pro-reform allies initially began working on the amendment in 2015, the chances of it passing were slim, he recalled. "But we convinced members that this was the right thing to do, and four years on, victory is sweet. Now is the time for Democrats to pivot to passing legislation that will end prohibition through a racial justice lens, making sure that the communities most impacted by our racist marijuana laws have a stake in the future of legalization." Anything less, Collins added, would simply be another injustice.
The landslide win of 267 to 165 votes is arguably "the most significant vote on marijuana reform policy that the House of Representatives has ever taken," according to Justin Strekal, political director at the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, who quoted by Tom Angell, who originally broke the news. The vote illustrates the growing popularity of cannabis law reform as less and less of a controversial issue among legislators on both sides of the aisle.
The measure is sponsored by a bipartisan coalition of Representatives, including Earl Blumenauer (D-OR), Tom McClintock (R-CA), and Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC). "It's past time we protect all cannabis programs," said Rep. Blumenauer, who also cofounded the Congressional Cannabis Caucus to advance marijuana law reform. "We have much more work to do. The federal government is out of touch and our cannabis laws are out of date."
The next step is to gain approval from the Senate to ensure these hard-won protections that honor the will of voters in more than half the United States, where adult use or medical cannabis is legal.
Its a Cattle Ranch actually. STEAK HEAVEN! LOL but If he got bought out, I doubt it, it would all be part of the package imo. Looks like they want that home/pool area to be part of a Wellness Retreat of the sorts per the PR anyways, and if he did get bought out, it would be after they get things moving along with the business.. At which point any buyout for him would probably mean he's set for life and could buy an island somewhere LOL
$LVVV
And BTW, he IS a partner. : )
$LVVV
Very good Painter, Thank you for the information. LOL

That’s who they are leasing the property from
As Rancho Mission Viejo's executive vice president/ranch operations, Gilbert "Gil" Aguirre is responsible for the daily land management of the 23,000-acre mixed-use master-planned community in Southern California. Rancho Mission Viejo is the largest family-held landholding in Orange County and is the last remaining cattle ranch in the region.
Read his BIO, that alone should be more than enough to realize that if he didnt agree, this deal would NEVER have happened in the first place. PERIOD! LOL

Nothing blind there buddy LOL Big things in play with LVVV!

Gilbert G. Aguirre
Honorary Doctor of Science from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences
As Rancho Mission Viejo's executive vice president/ranch operations, Gilbert "Gil" Aguirre is responsible for the daily land management of the 23,000-acre mixed-use master-planned community in Southern California. Rancho Mission Viejo is the largest family-held landholding in Orange County and is the last remaining cattle ranch in the region.
In addition to overseeing all of Rancho Mission Viejo's ranching, farming, agricultural and industrial leasing, and related ranching interests, Aguirre is a member of the ranch's executive committee and has participated in all major land-development decisions for more than 40 years.
Aguirre has long been recognized as a leader in the ranching industry. He has been the managing partner of the North Folk Cattle Company for five decades, and was an owner and general manager of the historic 300,000-acre PX Ranch in North Fork, Nevada, for three decades. Today, Aguirre is an owner and managing partner of a 14,000-acre ranch near Cuyama, California. In addition to serving as president of multiple industry associations, he held a seat on the California Beef Council and was named California's Livestock Person of the Year in 2014.
Aguirre is a founder and director of Capital Bank in San Juan Capistrano, California. In 2016, he was named to the Orange County Business Journal's OC 500. He is president of the Donna O'Neill Land Conservancy, Rancho Mission Viejo's 1,205-acre preserve. He is on the boards of the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City and the J.F. Shea Therapeutic Riding Center in San Juan Capistrano, California, which honored him with the Mark E. Aldrich Board Leadership Award.
Of all of Aguirre's contributions to the community and the cowboy way of life, his leadership of the Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo may be the most significant. The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association-sanctioned event is held each August and billed as "The Richest Two Day Rodeo in America." The Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo also has generated more than $1.9 million in charitable donations. Aguirre was elected to the California Rodeo Hall of Fame in 2008.
Born in Tucson in 1935, Aguirre graduated from the UA in 1957 with a bachelor's degree in animal science. Aguirre received a lifetime achievement award from the UA in 2009 for his support of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. In 2013, he was named the CALS Alumnus of the Year.
It’s all gonna come together at some point.. it never happens when we want it too unfortunately, but when it does.. LOOK OUT!
LVVV ROCKET SHIP TO THE MOON!
$LVVV
LOL...I will take some Alien OG please. : )
Fact is (IMO) this should be trading WAY above here, at least into dime land.. A few updates on REVS coming in, some good projections, and we will be well on our way there FAST imo. WAY to many big things in the iron here.
LETS GO BILL! CLEAR THE WAY HERE FOR THIS TO TAKE OFF!
$LVVV FTW
Not following, completion of that deal wouldn't drive LVVV shares down any..Would it? How so? I am thinking it has something to do with restricted shares being released and someone is cashing in..
$LVVV
Of course, there is alot i would love to know above what was in the PR.. I think its something that will come out in due time.. The PR was just released, and it in itself was HUGE.. so yes, i think more needs to be explained and hope to see more about this soon. Truth is, we cannot get Up Listed fast enough. lol. seems alot would be explained with uplisting..
Its all on the PR..
The property, once owned by George R. Hearst, the eldest grandson of the late William Randolph Hearst, will be managed by LiveWire Ergogenics and host essential cannabis cultivation, manufacturing and research facilities. In order to fully utilize this exquisite property, the Company will also establish a cannabis-based health and wellness retreat and provide educational and recreational experiences for shareholders, industry partners, local governments and State agencies.
LiveWire will consider partnerships, joint ventures, strategic alliances and create networking opportunities with the best operators in the cannabis industry, exploring the opportunities for those companies to operate on the Estrella Ranch-Estate Grown Weedery property, with the goal to create a cannabis production and retreat of unrivaled excellence in California. Operations will include cultivation, extraction, lab and research facilities complimented by luxury recreational opportunities. The Company is also considering growing hemp to take advantage of the sprawling acreage and beneficial topographical features of the property. This will add to the value of the company’s already awarded Minor Use Permit for its nursery in Paso Robles and the State-wide California distribution license granted by the California Bureau of Cannabis Control based in Coachella, California.
Over the past several months, LiveWire has been preparing its plan to develop one of the most exclusive, vertically integrated cannabis operations in California. The Company will enter into carefully selected strategic alliances and contract with select experienced and credible operators from different sectors of the cannabis and wellness industry. Operators will have to meet the high level of standards that LiveWire has established for all operations that want to operate a turnkey and fully legal cannabis production platform on this property. In addition, Estrella Ranch will also benefit from products produced in the Company’s nursery and its cloning operation in a separate location on the same property and in in Coachella, California, to expedite the start of production on the Ranch, according to the Company’s focus on “Best-in-Class” operations.
TONS OF POTENTIAL HERE. Somewhat of a MJ Business park of the sorts.. Looking like a lot of B2B sales opportunities here.
$LVVV
LOL.. This isnt going to be a HORSE FARM, if everyone can just read the PR, its just basically a relationship established for RESEARCH into the affects of CBD on horses.
The Pet industry is HUGE and just now recently getting into expanding past just dogs and cats..While traditional dog or cat products currently predominate, those targeted for equine and other domesticated animals are on the horizon.. So They are looking forward, and taking advantage of this now and rightfully so.. Its a market that is expected to eventually bring in 100's of millions annually.
While its great to see, This was more of a FLUFF PR imo for a potential future benefit..
$LVVV
of course, and it could go to dollars as well should they succeed.. Isnt that why we are invested here in the first place? I am not a flipper, lol.
so for me.. WIN OR LOSE.. Im in until the end..
$LVVV
Agree, REVS are a top priority now IMO, and they are certainly focused on it.. We will see it soon enough, in the coming quarters imo.
What we will be seeing as well now, are updates on agreements/ joint ventures / etc.. all tied into this property.. There will be A LOT of these coming down the line im thinking, 450 acre ranch WEEDERY, lots to build on this.
If XYZ company comes in on this property to develop something, how would that look for LVVV? Think it would also bring in other investors? Add value to the company as a whole as these are brought in? I do, should they pull this off, it can turn this into a retirement stock imo.
$LVVV
Exactly KWK, sure, we all want to see this go to the moon, I for sure do. LOL But its a business, and this is OTC after all.. delays are to be EXPECTED here. But in the end, you hit the nail on the head, soon as this does rocket, people will be selling off their shares, and not look back, or look to flip, and start the "Bitch" cycle all over again. LOL
Anyways, 1, 2, 3 years or more.. im in it long, and am excited to see all the various opportunities they have going on with this company. Long as i see continued growth / expansion, the rest will all fall into place in due time imo.
$LVVV
Of course, REVS are important and from what I am seeing anyways.. They are in PROGRESS now.. We are and will be seeing REVS soon imo and only continue to increase Q over Q.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE HOWEVER: Per the PR:
SO YES, We want REVS, BUT, THEY WILL BE GETTING INTO OTHER ARRANGEMENTS/PARTNERSHIPS WITH COMPANIES TO DEVELOP THIS LAND. EXPECT TO SEE OTHER DEALS LIKE THIS COMING OUT IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE.
This is NOT a distraction imo, This is in FACT expansive growth for the company into a MASSIVE opportunity for investors and businesses alike.
$LVVV
Nice, another notch added...footprint keeps getting bigger and bigger...said it before....this is a long term hold here..these guys are building something huge here!
$LVVV
WOW! GHC Distro is logging some miles, over 8000 in the last 3 weeks! From Coachella to Monterey to Santa Barbara to Los Angeles, and back to Coachella. Then off to Sacramento and do it all over again.
WAY TO GO LVVV!! I certainly dont need it spelled out to me.. Coming from Coachella clearly tells me they are moving TONS OF CLONES! Business is really starting to thrive there. So exciting too see this finally starting to take shape.
LOAD AND HOLD FOLKS!
$LVVV FTW
The point is that its really close and makes for a great feeder to the Ranch.. Of "Coarse" right?? LOL!!
Pretty sure i would prefer to believe the CEO of the company we are invested in, over someone that really doesn't understand half of what they claim in the first place.
and BTW, it is in FACT LVVVs site. If you follow the DD, you would have noted that SWI is not only invested with the company, but also promotes the company. They helped set up the site for them..
$LVVV
OK, it is NOT on the same parcel they just purchased.. The ranch will be used for Flower and Extraction, and the nursery will be the feeder.. Lots of interest from Northern CA Growers due to location, climate and access to the LA Market.
$LVVV
You disagree to reading any of the PRs? LOL GHC Ventures LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of LVVV.
You disagree to reading any of the PRs? LOL GHC Ventures LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of LVVV.
Yes it is, 100% wholly owned by LVVV as stated in a number of their PRs.. have you ever read any of them? might be worth while
$LVVV
Thanks Kim, that certainly puts things more into perspective for sure.
$LVVV
Yeah, We have to work with what we get sometimes. albeit not as detailed as one would like.. I dont think it ever is in OTC land unfortunately. whatever the case, they are doing A LOT and showing movement forward.. I am glad for that much... Up List should answer a lot.. or maybe GCM could do some digging on the public records..
