Agree, REVS are a top priority now IMO, and they are certainly focused on it.. We will see it soon enough, in the coming quarters imo.

What we will be seeing as well now, are updates on agreements/ joint ventures / etc.. all tied into this property.. There will be A LOT of these coming down the line im thinking, 450 acre ranch WEEDERY, lots to build on this.

If XYZ company comes in on this property to develop something, how would that look for LVVV? Think it would also bring in other investors? Add value to the company as a whole as these are brought in? I do, should they pull this off, it can turn this into a retirement stock imo.
