As per Nasdaq.com site, HEC is in a breakout pattern by their analysis of over 120 candlestick patterns. Go to Nasdaq.com & click on "info quotes" & then "stock consultant" page to confirm this. The flat top triangle pattern that it is forming is a very consistent & lucrative pattern. There is vey little resistance over $.88 per share meaning a large pop is emminent soon. Another stock in a similar pattern, but on very low volume is RMI (Rotonics INC.). Check them both out. You will be glad you own either one fairly soon.

Exxon posts another huge quarterly profit
12:45 p.m. 04/27/2006 Provided by
By Deepa Babington
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM), the world's largest publicly traded oil company, posted its biggest first-quarter profit ever on Thursday, but higher taxes dragged the results below Wall Street forecasts.
The Texas behemoth reported a profit of $8.4 billion, on the heels of record earnings of $10.7 billion in the previous quarter. The news is expected to fuel growing consumer resentment in the United States over Big Oil's long-running profit bonanza.
Stung by soaring gasoline prices, U.S. lawmakers and consumer advocates have stepped up calls for special taxes on oil company profits and the repeal of tax breaks the companies enjoy.
But Exxon's results failed to impress Wall Street, where analysts fretted about the company's higher-than-expected tax rate and lackluster refining results. Exxon shares were little changed in midday trade.
"This is a tax story," said John S. Herold analyst Lysle Brinker. "What we don't know is how long the higher tax rate will be sustained going forward."
With oil-producing nations increasingly slapping harsher terms on contracts with big Western oil companies, analysts fear higher taxes are here to stay, eating into the companies' profitability over the long run.
Exxon reported a first-quarter profit of $1.37 a share, up from $1.22 a share, or $7.86 billion, a year earlier.
Excluding special items, profit was $1.41 a share, below the average analyst forecast of $1.46 as compiled by Reuters Estimates. First-quarter revenue jumped to $88.98 billion from $82.05 billion a year earlier.
OUTPUT SURGES
Crude oil prices have risen steadily from about $20 a barrel in 2002 to more than $75 last week, driven up by fears of supply disruptions in Nigeria and Iran coupled with booming demand in China and India.
Exxon's oil and gas production in the quarter grew 5 percent, boosted by higher volumes from projects in West Africa and Qatar. Excluding divestments and the effect of prices on production-sharing contracts, output was up 7 percent.
"Delivering volume growth is critical to the Exxon story -- but incremental margins are equally critical," Citigroup analyst Doug Leggate said in a research note.
Refining and marketing earnings rose, helped by higher marketing margins, but fell short of some Wall Street forecasts.
Lower margins led to a sharp fall in earnings from the company's chemical operations.
Capital spending in the quarter jumped 41 percent to $4.82 billion. The company also spent $5 billion to buy back stock in the quarter, and promised to buy back $6 billion in stock in the second quarter.
Oil companies like Exxon Mobil have been attacked for spending hefty amounts to buy back stock and pay dividends rather than reinvesting those profits to boost production.

Notes from Yahoo Message Board:
2nd quarter reports will drive it to $5.
Yes, China and Iran are key. Russia is a corrupt opportunist.
China has its act together and NEEDS fuel. We're competing with them
and they are playing NKorea and Iran - China never collapsed
like Russia and its puppets. China graduates twice as many college
students as the U.S. AND they are staying in China - We have a workforce
that is also competing globally. This is not a short term pop - we need cheap energy.
You think on Friday, Saturday April 28th-29th that Iran will roll over, NO.
Oil will go past $75 on to $85 near term.
They can cause big problem on the Straits of Hormuz the chock point between Iran a and UAE
in Persian Gulf.
Since the earnings are so great here at HEC
and volume has been there to back it up, its just a matter of time now for this stock to trade near $2.00 again. Further price moves will bring this to $5 within 1 year.
Iranian Leader Warns U.S. Against Attack
Apr 26, 10:44 AM (ET)
By NASSER KARIMI
TEHRAN, Iran (AP) - Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said Wednesday that if the United States attacks Iran, U.S. interests around the world would be harmed, state-run Tehran television reported.
Speaking to laborers on the occasion of the International Laborers Day, Khamenei said U.S. officials have been using threatening language against Iran for 27 years, but the Iranian nation and officials do not care about the threats.
"The Iranian nation and its officials are peace-seekers and the Islamic republic would not invade anybody," the television quoted Khamenei as saying.
But he added: "The Americans should know that if they invade Iran, their interests around the world would be harmed. Iran will respond twofold to any attack."
Iran is locked in a dispute with the United States and its allies over its controversial nuclear program and is facing a U.N. deadline Friday to suspend uranium enrichment activities or risk possible sanctions.
Also Wednesday, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Iran's "enemies" would not be able to use the U.N. Security Council and the International Atomic Energy Agency to punish Iran.
"The enemies could not impose their wrong decision against us under cover of the Security Council and the IAEA," he said, according to the television broadcast.
Iran also dispatched its top nuclear official for last-minute talks with a senior IAEA official in Vienna, Austria, but diplomats said he was unlikely to be bearing major concessions that would alter the negative tone of the agency's report to the U.N. Security Council.
Other diplomats and European officials told The Associated Press that the United States - the chief backer of tough measures meant to gain Iranian concessions on its nuclear program - had already asked for a Security Council meeting for May 3 to discuss the report and how to respond to it.
The diplomats and officials demanded anonymity because they are not authorized to discuss the report or other confidential aspects of the IAEA investigation of Iran's nuclear program.
They said the report - to be submitted to the council and members of the IAEA's 35-nation board after completion Friday - was likely to be critical of Iran for defying a council request to freeze uranium enrichment and fending off agency requests to provide information meant to address suspicions that it might be seeking to make nuclear weapons.
Iran's nuclear chief, Gholamreza Aghazadeh, was not scheduled to meet with IAEA head Mohamed ElBaradei but with Olli Heinonen, a deputy IAEA director general in charge of Tehran's nuclear file, said one of the diplomats, who is close to the Vienna-based agency. That reflected expectations that Aghazadeh was not carrying major concessions.
Whatever he had to offer would be unlikely to make it into the report with the publishing deadline so close, said the diplomat.
