GM, SS!
Gm, Monda, Ely and all. Fingers crossed.
If anyone does further work on the Ibox, I'd like to see this link (or the list of clients) included. For my own part, nothing has impressed me more.

GA, Monda! It just hit me! Remember Waheed said that once the merger was finalized, he would no longer be associated with the Company? Well, it looks like he no longer is. If Tuesday was the date of the final inking, this coming Tuesday is 8-K day, i.e., the fourth business day after a material change.
Best advice is bid as much as you can w/500 shares or bid as many shares as you can just above the highest visible bid. And if all else fails, hit the ask.
Maybe we'll get some news Tuesday and none of this will matter.
GLTY!
Enjoy the weekend.
What I am saying is that with less than 500 shares ordered there is no point raising your bid more than 1 cent over than the existing best bid. You're wasting money because no one knows your bid @ 1.40 exists. The seller doesn't know he's going to get 1.40 for his shares so it isn't going to "tempt" anyone.
Bizzare!
You, too, Monda...and it will be a long one.
Well, when I decide to sell, I won't be selling them all. :)
Anyone have a handle on what it will take to bring them current in filings?
I'm hoping there are aquisition plans behind SYRX going public after all these (30) years.
Not a bad guess. Could also be selling enough to have free shares. Or maybe someone trying to free up a little cash for what they perceive as a more immediate opportunity. Bottom line is that since the name change and R/M, everyone should know what they're holding.
Still thinking about the .25 seller. Maybe they were trying to sell @ ask and after they selected "sell", they neglected to change the price. TDA always defaults to the bid price. Otherwise, they could have easily dropped the ask.
Agree, Monda! Come Tuesday, we go into "any time now" mode. But then, again, it takes all kinds. I'm still trying to get my head around that 3900+ dump @ .25 a few weeks back.
No one can see it. They see 1.01. So if they go for the 1.01, you will fill @ 1.40 and will have wasted .39 per share, unless you're intent is to let the peeps on this board know that you're bidding 1.40 and hope to make your bid "visible" that way.
I still 1.01. Are you bidding less than 500 shares?
The start of a new business cycle.
GM Monda!
GM Mark!
LOL! Sorry about that.
Gm, SS! Should be very different next week.
Yo, Sue!
Gm, Monda, Gary, and Mark!
Good for you, Sue! Congrats!
Good show! Thanks, Monda!
The pps is only in this range because hardly anyone knows about it. Look at the boardmarks. We had 66 on May 12. Now 76. If we do, in fact, get a PR/8K next week, this thing goes nutzo.
If the folks at SYRX are noticing these prices, they must be laughing their butts off.
With so much going on here with diabetes products, I've been thinking about the NationsHealth test marketing they did with Big George last year. I always thought that it was something done so that NationsHealth could decide if they wanted to use GFME to promote their products.
But what if it was actually done so that GFME could determine if they wanted to aquire NationsHealth?
Gm, SS! Yes, we have a nice board here...so warm and fuzzy and very exclusive! LOL!
Hi, Sue!
Gm, Monda, ih and all!
I don't get it, either, but it's this unending BS that has the pps where it is.
Great news! Thanks, Mark! Can't believe it took me almost 3 hours to notice. Yikes!
It's really puzzling. If UBSS would back off, the pps could rise pretty quickly, IMO. I wish I had kept track of the number of shares he has sold over the last couple months.
What I also find interesting is that the filings haven't had any apparent impact on it, supporting insider selling, i.e., they weren't at all surprised by the filings. But they would have to file their intent to sell.
Looks harder to get past UBSS. At least NITE seems to have a finite # of shares.
Hi, there, Suebee!
Good to know, Monda. :)
GM! Where is everybody? HELLO..HELLO...hello...
Yes, Ryan. Thank you muchly!
UBSS seems to never run out of shares to sell. Makes me wonder if someone with a large holding is selling off a few thousand at a time so as not to discourage buying.
