$AVEO, the chart looks great. RSI = 38.26 and heading up,,,MacD = -0.177 turning up,,,slow stochastic = 31.88 heading upwards,,,earnings to be released soon. I got in at $2.95 this afternoon. All in my opinion

I agree with you and think Goodbuddy is in agreement as well. I'am sure Steve will release the CC news on-line once the CC is over.
Huh, I just looked and had to click on a post over there.
Sorry,,,meant even with opening.
Very low volume. Haven't seen it this low in a long time. Lot of consolidation. Day will probably end to change with opening.
That's what I have found. When you click to read a message, all of the ONCI news will be shown on the right side as you scroll down. Kinda weird!
Yep, ONCI has been starting off each day on low volume then before you know it,,it's gone from 3M to 12M. Once news hits,,,it's catch me volume x 10
Let me understand,,,you went back to try to learn something,,,BWAAABWAAAA
Your are kidding, right?
where did you hear or read about the medical marijuana platform for ONCI? I missed anything about a warehouse operation.
The filing is due end of January and Steve mentioned maybe earlier but in my opinion this 10-Q will take some time depending on availability of records. It's been awhile and just takes some time. The good thing is, I have all it will take. Along the way we will watch as the numbers for the April 10-Q skyrocket!
Good luck trading all!!
Thanks for that DJ! I just posted the same thing elsewhere. Now is not the time for me to NOT be a shareholder. Something which hasn't been mentioned lately is the new domicile. Colorado requires all filings be completed within 120 days of the initial paperwork being filed. The attorney filed the paperwork and it was stamped on August 2, 2017.
We are one day away from beginning possibly the greatest month we have seen yet, and I am damn sure going to be around to enjoy it.
November = CEO Conference Call ==> Colorado Domicile Complete ==> New HQ ==> Huge $ Sales ==> MJ Announcement ==> JV's with significant companies (especially overseas) ==> heading toward the completion of the audit/ and much, much more.
I agree that it's not a chart play yet, but more of a play on confidence and news. I have been looking at the chart for a week and and agree with you, and the Bollinger Bands seem to be closing in on one another as well. Not too long before a breakout to the upside. Consolidation is about over, IMO.
The problem we all have is that you guys have to put up with him on NECA,,,and we have to put up with him here. Like a gnat.
I doubt that would help!
Yep, and when the winds shift, you will again praise the CEO and stock. You add nothing to any conversations. Just following the trend, that's all you do.
Hey Fitz, I hope you are well. ONCI is the place to be right now. It just feels big to me right now. It's been consolidating for a while as the stocks issued for the debt have been being dumped into the market along with some of the MM's keeping this under their thumbs. I have been pleasantly surprised at how well the bulls have kept this at these levels. I have continued to buy at the dips and I believe other shave as well.
As today is Halloween, I think we will get a treat from the CEO. November is shaping to be an absolute beast for this company as there is so many things about to take place.
Good luck to you buddy and I hope you have maintained a position in this.
Thanks for this Cheeky.
The NOL issue is as clear as mud to me. A lot of requirements need to be met and a lot of complicated definitions need to be understood. Here is a write-up pertaining to bankruptcy and the use of NOL's which I can understand, somewhat.
http://www.woodllp.com/Publications/Articles/ma/030301.htm
I tried to contact TerraVia today. The phone number connects you to Corbion but is is only a computerized recording and I was unable to get connected to anyone there.
I for one congratulate you for taking one for the team (great post). I also was benched for three weeks because of the same individual. Now that your back , it's time to put your best effort into growing On4 Communications exponentially! Glad your back.
Good message. Steve Berman is doing an excellent job and keeping us informed when we need to be. I, for one, am not expecting two or three messages a week from him. I trust he wants this company to be great and the shareholders to be understanding that he is working as hard and as diligently as he can. Like you it's not "if" but "when". We are incredibly lucky to have Steve Berman as our CEO.
Thanks for this write-up Cheeky. I was unaware that Corbion had a US Ticker Symbol. Good essay on your conviction to hold stock where you do.
Yes it does Harry.
But TeraVia is now owned by Corbion
I don't know about the cash but it appears to me that Corbion did purchase TerraVia for the IP, the NOLS, and the property. My hope is they would leave TVIAQ operating as is on the market and use it as a wholey owned subsidiary. I imagine NOLS couldn't be transfered to a company operating outside the US, thus leaving TVIA operating independently here in the US. Corbion, as far as I can determine, has no US operations. They would have to leave TeraVia operating in the US in order to receive the benefits of the NOLS. This would come in very handy if they are not expecting to make a profit on TeraVia until 2020.
Maybe I am missing something in my logic and assumptions.
I guess my biggest question is === Who now owns TVIAQ?
I also don't understand why Corbion would prepare the Power Point Presentation in late September if they didn't receive the Intellectual Property and other assets so they can produce what is shown in the Power Point Presentation below.

SC777,,,Can you show me where that is stated? These are the documents which I was relying on.

Counsel to the Debtors and Debtors in Possession
I realize that I am slow to catch on to things and need time to search and look at everything I can. I have been wondering why Corbion would want to acquire TerraVia for the NOL credits when they don't have a presence in the US which is where the credits can be used. I see Corbion wanting to have a presence in the US, and plans to utilize the purchase to get a foothold in the US. For only $20M they now have a subsidiary here on a financial market called OTC, with a trading ticker symbol. However I still wondered what the attraction to TerraVia was other than obtaining a presence into the US financial market and getting those credits. When I reviewed the seeking alpha power-point presentation made by Corbion (it say's created by TerraVia but no doubt it was created by Corbion) it all became clear how genius this play actually is. And they need those credits as they don't intend to become profitable until 2020.

Yeah, whomever I owe,,,thanks. I am glad we are here!!!
You are the Man!!! Have you followed the story for very long?
Okay, thanks
I read a couple of different message boards and this is being overlooked on all of them. I happened to see a message from Cheeky about this stock,,,
Thanks Cheeky
I need to read through the web-site to visit how everything was sold-off and distributed.
yep. I think whatever happens, we could walk away with a lot more than we have.
If you click on the September 15th date in the site below, you can read that Corbion nv was the Stalking Horse bidder and was awarded the sale for $20,000,000 with all the rights and effects we have been discussing.
http://www.kccllc.net/TerraVia
My question now is ==> Will Corbion continue operations under TVIA within the US OTC market? Or roll it into it's own operations and ticker symbol in the European Market?
I agree that it's bottomed out at a low pps., and with that gap,,,,yeah, I'll be buying in several traunches Monday.
A stalking horse offer, agreement, or bid is an attempt by a bankrupt debtor to test the market for the debtor's assets in advance of an auction of them. The intent is to maximize the value of its assets or avoid low bids, as part of (or before) a court auction.

It does to me as well. Check this out (creditors and important dates)

Ans, as you believed, the IRS presently maintains this ability for preservation of the NOL.
Blade$dream, the issue is we know what is coming with this company and the pps. I think we would have had a lot (most) sell at $.017 if we had known this was headed back under a penny. We didn't have that particular crystal ball plugged-in so we could see into the future. What we do have is the knowledge and understanding that this company and the PPS will be much greater than $.017. Additionally we also know that if you're not holding you have a really good chance of being left behind. And that could cost us a lot more with having to chase.
