If you click on the September 15th date in the site below, you can read that Corbion nv was the Stalking Horse bidder and was awarded the sale for $20,000,000 with all the rights and effects we have been discussing.

My question now is ==> Will Corbion continue operations under TVIA within the US OTC market? Or roll it into it's own operations and ticker symbol in the European Market?
