Wow, nice post. Short and to the point. And no smoke. Thanks
Just because you can't find them, means absolutely nothing. Its a holding company, they don't need that much of a wharehouse as the companies being acquired have them already. Nop
Everything has been answered, we are going in circles here.
Rehashing old stuff is absurd. And a lot of double talk. The company does not need cash to buy a business if they are getting finacing. Those kind of questions only scare people into not buying and have little or no substance.
Doesn't really matter as I know what I own. Others will need to do their own real dd.
What does that post have to do with anything related to mlhc?
Accountants afraid of desert????
Many businesses do not use an auditor, that is a concern that public companies have to deal with when buying up smaller companies. Nop.
When did rossi say anything about that? Where are you coming up with these statements.
I have no idea if the other poster you responded to is right or not. But I never heard rossi say any prior lender was done or not done.
Where did I say I know who the seller is???? I have not posted that on any board whatsoever.
Because if you read the pr's and last quarterly report he received 100k last summer, 175k in the early fall and 125k in mid to late fall.
That adds up to 400k. It does not include gun powder capital's forthcoming 450k.
Also private label does not require fnhi to front all the costs up front.
Fnhi can always, like most companies, use more cash. But for now he has adequate funding.
He now has capital to work with and has real orders. Very few otc companies can say that. His projections will all work with capital.
He did have to overcome a name change and other hurdles, all the while never hyping anything. Other companies may have resorted to underhanded tactics to try and get the pps up. Not hear. This is a real deal butbas I have said many times before: it is not a quick flip.
If you really need to wait for all financials, that is ok. The problem is quarter 2 will be out in August. You can by shares now or in late August, but probably at 300 to 500 % more than today.
Obviously your call.
Good smart move. Keep going if you can. These prices are absurdly low.
Nice post with a lot of good detail
He is a hard working ceo for sure.
We will all reap the benefits from his hard work.
Never going to see trips here again. Anyone waiting for trips will miss the whole run.
Anything under 25 cents is a steal, under 10 cents is highway robbery and under 2 cents maybe the best deal of all time.
don't you fret about it, the longs are slowly and methodically soaking up any blocks. We know where fnhi is going and we are enjoying the so called dumping by a seller who wants out. He is obviously happy selling and we are happier buying.
Good for all parties.
Nice factual post.
Appreciate the insight.
We are not going to 01. Why do you think that?
Absolutely
No it means that they have yet to make a deal with a shipper. So they are paying full retail like you and I would to ship something .
They are not ripping anyone off.
That being said they should cut a deal with a shipper so people can try it who don't live in an area that sells it.
Just please and keep it fair
That is only on retail sales from the company to individuals, has nothing to do with wholesale shipping.
Please don't distort the facts and slant it for no reason.
Yes it is way too expensive to ship individuals but wholesale to big buyers has nothing to do with that.
Agree, just not in one or two trades.
Patience is needed
Yes, but doubtful
Baseless claims
Concur fully
Nice post
But true
Good questions but this is why law suits rarely pay out well. There is significant overhead in each case that needs to be overcome. Once that happens there can be considerable extra.
The problem here IMO is that so far the settlements have been small. Will there be a large settlement? Maybe, and maybe not? That is what we are hoping for and thus the risk, (no big settlements), or the reward, (one or more big settlements).
That is up to company management, the courts and the quality of each suit to be decided by them, not us. Until then you can contact the company or travel to their annual (if they have one), Stockholders meeting to find out more.
Maybe a call will work?
What you said could happen, but it is more likely that it won't. Bottom line is you cannot count on them winning enough in law suit to have a surplus.
With 7 million volume how is 200 million pn ask going to disappear in one day?
If that is what happened, he is as bad as clay.
Why?
Yes they will be. You may get a dividend if there is money left over but that is not guaranteed one iota
Hope you are correct.
Do you think it will be over a dollar when bk is finalized , or at zero by then?
Honest opinion appreciated.
I have been in bk before. They are all different. Bottom line is very rarely do commons ever get anything.
Does not mean you can't trade this dangerously over the next several weeks, and win. But in the end there is a 98% chance the last shareholders in, will lose everything.
I am sure you feel you can protect yourself and get out in time. Maybe so, but not everyone can do that.
Very very very few bks end up good for common shareholders, and in many cases the preferred lose too.
Just read the posted filings and the filings say that ONLY if you are in before the petition.
So how does it work?
Agree completely
But not on the OTC by retail. Too high of a markup to do so. But Mm's can create air shares etc.
On big boards you can do it if you have enough money
