I think what investors need to grasp is the time and patience it takes to get new products developed for market; it’s a bit daunting, they received orders in 2015, and now becoming reality in 2020, that’s a full 5 years plus, to set up new manufacturing and prototype these parts, with initial runs etc...
Unfortunately the parts that made early market presence in 2017 were smaller revenue streams, 2020 will begin the development period, which is higher production volumes.
I believe development parts, would be associated with 6+6% being they are lqmt customers, if not 6% it is, but this goes inline with JDP so any customers (manufacturers) will be affected by this and revenues would be broken down by territories UNTIL March then all associated production will be divided...
Any parts that lqmt (middleman) sells directly to customers namely medical, would be considered a sale which would have a 30-60% profit margin on products.
There’s a big difference when selling parts or selling the manufacturing process, parts will yield smaller production with bigger percentage, while the process which is a higher production (auto/CE) with a smaller percentage....this will be difficult to judge.
Released numbers operating profit 190mil yuan

That was a rumor I came across, my time is limited so I thought I would put it out there...
Oh boy....eontec cleared audit will enter apples supply chain??!!
Not excited until I see mm, more to come I have my eye on automotive development projects...
Was just stating what is ‘known’ 300k minimum, if others feel it will be more or less then they need to bring some links that states otherwise.
Replied to the wrong post, on that note My target is 2022, for Apple’s secret to be revealed!
Yes this was in preparation for mass production - two things here, development projects and development parts...
We know two things - one is yihao is working recurring orders with shipments starting in July, the other is the dollar amount of ‘monthly’ shipments....
300k per month minimum...
Inside bracket along the edges, grey color, this is considered the midframe chassis?
It all adds up, I’m a bit gun shy here; I want to throw my arms up like we just scored a touchdown, but I don’t know, we have never seen this much information with pics attached, and the only missing piece now would be revenues...
However I don’t see Apple making a liquidmetal breakthrough announcement at an iPhone event, it must come from a “new breakthrough product” something that will light up the internet...glasses? we will hear more of portless iPhones in coming months but before this happens another product needs to be released imo.
Same strength makes you wonder why...? Interesting thx for pointing that out!
Those were Not the 5G mmwave phones
You seem well in tuned with Apple products...do you really think plastic is apples answer?
You make a very good case for this josh:) thanks!
This is sound, and makes sense to me, the only concern I have is the manipulation that is in part with this investment, I’m holding firm...I believe we will see dollars and it will happen quick;) let’s goooo!!
Lots of nano talk!?!?
Yes lqmt is needed...it’s hard to test phones on networks when it is sparsely covered in mmwave micro cells...Look for connections to get better throughout 2022.
5G just got real! Here’s what @Verizon 5G Ultra Wideband looks like on the advanced @Apple iPhone 12 Pro in downtown San Francisco. And check out those upload speeds. #5GBuiltRight https://t.co/0nFv0vJRZN pic.twitter.com/6ZpAQzxu1k

Could it be possible they are using different manu processes? Maybe bmg for mini/pro max?
Love to dream (Twitter) referred to the mini being in development since 2018...this timeline could work:)
Bend gate would be appropriate for the pro max...
These two were delayed until November.
If Apple has made the push to invest in the “manufacturing process” of amorphous metals, then licensing revenues from CM’s is where I would think this stream of revenues will come from, Apple has spent millions on R&D through lqmt technology, it is a known fact that lqmt/eontec/Apple are working towards commercializing amorphous metals, when Apple deems it necessary to market their product in Apple fashion with a liquidmetal dress, this would make room for a contract with a Sec filing - it seems as though lqmt has no regulations to follow when customers are going through CM’ s ie yihao which is not federally regulated on the stock exchange - if I had to process all of the info provided this could be a possibility...
If An investor is looking to tie in revenues to Apple using our technology, (trying to keep it somewhat simple) - There have been no Sec filings for Apple extending license and passing on rofr in 2018 is promising, possibility of 2 year development period to hammer down manufacturing on mass scale of a product that has been in the works, this along with use of 106 could signal revenue stream via licensing fees from CM’s, which means no Sec filing necessary UNTIL Apple is ready to expose use of liquidmetal (brand name) in their products...investors will need to assume there could be indirect revenues...”nano crystalline shield”
If they are serious about using lm, then this would be a perfect test, ugly but still a test...
Development projects I.e battery pack/frames (Tesla), magnesium doors (GM new EV hummer) - this is exciting to me...the machine was installed in 3Q and making parts in September...we may see 2-6% per frame casting, depending on what frames cost this could be huge, 1000 frames per month $20-$60 per frame will bring in $20k - $60k in monthly revenues...4Q numbers could SHATTER records with auto revenue.
https://www.teslarati.com/tesla-giga-press-model-y-production-1m-per-year/
It doesn’t seem as though development projects are to be taken as big money makers...however this will open up the multi billion dollar bmg market! - RUN FOREST RUN!!
Lmfao...nice work;)
“Our second quarter results reflect our continued shifting of manufacturing operations to trusted suppliers, refinement of our operating cost structure, and active management of the Company’s assets to maximize value”
“Active management of company assets”
I’m guessing this pertains to LF property and IP property ‘asset(s)’ - makes for a good argument that they may be instating some protocol to collecting revenues using assets...
“trusted supplier(s)” along with yihao being a “primary supplier” - this has big contracts written all over it...
From 2018 3Q
“In addition, the Company has active DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS with top-tier medical, automotive and consumer products companies, each with potential for volume, multi-year production.”
From 2Q20
“During the second quarter of 2020, the Company generated $33 thousand in revenue through initial part deliveries on development projects, as the Company continues to shift production to outsourced suppliers.”
“Initial part deliveries on DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS”
Under 2 weeks to go!
With the information that we have thanks to the hub, My expectations are at minimum break even of 300k in revenue per month...
From what I see on the lqmt webpage, medical would be on its own production supplied by lqmt, everything else is considered ‘industrial’ including auto, CE, etc - This along with the information provided in the Q’s tells me we are gearing up for 3rd party manufacturing revenues to become relevant in our next quarterly, and the numbers will talk...
800-1000 machines installed and working within 3 months on a big contract, is the goal!
Let’s not forget about glassimetal, Apple does own their IP...

It has me thinking what will the mini and max pro speeds reach on 5G network, and why were these products delayed?
It’s possible that Apple may be using this as a marketing tool, although every phone has been delayed somewhat due to covid...
Mini and pro max will be released after apples November event...
Now that’s some good research, appreciate the work;)
Is this us? Would be interesting to know how much revenue is attached to a product like this?!?!
As far as I know studio headphones were ready!? As were the air tags...
I’m not sure why these products were held back maybe it’s just coincidence like josh stated, curious if the bills been paid?
We have recurring multi year production with targeted market - we have continuous talk from management of looming commercialization with 2 other companies (stated in q’s) - we see Apple using nano crystalline materials in their new MagSafe products, we have smoke from eontec q&a along with some rumors of products in production with Apple and eontec, this could be open to revenues coming in 3Q along with 4Q revenues and a reveal with use of liquidmetal in a new product at the 5 year mark...where there’s smoke there’s fire!
Great read on the bmg play with apples midframe josh, when I read the description from the design guide it made a lot of sense, after all we were waiting for 2020 5G - there’s one issue I have, how will they relay this information to the public/retail investors? when those numbers come out they will shatter any expectations...
Eontec q&a
May I ask which product is the new product jointly developed by the company and Apple applied? How is the progress?

Development projects are targeted markets i.e auto Ce med
Hahaha;)
Yes what if those parts are bridge pins and zyris dental tool?
“the only true revenues are bridge pins and dental pieced parts since the orders originate in the US”
This intrigues me, we know from the eutectix deal that 6/6 will be the norm as business goes, this would seem to apply to yihao and other CM’s...
However the bottom line would go through lqmt, wether it be 300k or 10mil, the percent that lqmt makes is more then enough and their overhead is paid for by the customers, 18k/36k is not a lot of money, it is however ‘profits’ times this by 3 you get 54k/108k profit per quarter on the low end...this could jump drastically in the 4Q
Not pennies, lqmt parts cost from $1-$20...thx for the DD
Yes reality, keep self in check, make sure you do your DD...
