Back in the trips. HCTI is standing out even among other OTC scams.
From what I'm reading they just set up HCTI for 30 times more dilution.
This is just amess
Agree the printing press is in full swing. I wouldn't be surprised if they
Come close to maxing out the 1.5 billion by next month. This is a disaster
If there might be 16 or 17 billion additional shares authorized or issued as has been written. ... but why worry its a month or more away.
I understand how increasing authorized common shares to five billion
Will likely affect the stock. The other parts, increasing series b preferred
Stock b series to 11 million and increasing redemption price for series a,
I don't fully understand how those will affect the stock. Is it as bad as
Increasing the common AS?
How do you know this is the lowest price forconversion.
Where is this listed?
So if the debt you mentioned is converted to shares it would be
Two billion shares of additional dilution? Last filing showed over
Six million of notes payable / ST debt. Will this eventually cause six billion shares to be issued?
You got to in it to win it.
No risk, no reward.
No pain no gain

Apology.
Most public companies don't have a private company which shares the same management. Nor do most public companies syphon money from a public company to a private company which shares the same
management. Keep laughing while HCTI loses another 99%.
Keep finding more and more green paints, but I don't see that
any have really taken the market by storm. Some have been around for thirty years, and haven't really gone anywhere. Guess it will take legislation, and time.

There should be over a billion shares to go, unless you think they already have 600 million shares OS? Guess that's possible, especially while they have gag order on the OS information release. This management and dilution is just amazing.
Both my patience and liquid capital are long gone.
There's only one way to play HCTI, avoid totally until there's
real news.
" Patience and liquid capital will go a long way in the long run.
Patience is a virtue Baby!!!"
Just having a potentially viable product doesn't preclude the company from being a scam, especially if they designed the whole
structure to enrich management. This appears to be the case with NTI and Hybrid management being one and the same. Just doesn't pass the smell test.
It's not at a penny, its 10% of that!
"From $16 a share to 1 cent
Scam scam"
Does the company still have a gag order regarding the OS?
Has anyone tried to get the number lately?
Which PR you talking about, what date, etc.
Maybe a link?
Perhaps meaningless as $6 took it up 5X to $1 post split.
Silly games, and yes, ridiculous.
I think the MM encourages this volatility, ignoring higher bids
to manipulate the price up and down.
"Yes $7 brings market cap value down $150,000. This is RIDICULOUS "
Agree options are the way to go here.
Up a few percent after hours, think this may swing between
present level and $1 for awhile.
Upside on any positive news in October could result in a nice spike, meanwhile company has no present cash crunch, etc.
Was looking at 2019 calls, but so far lowest strike I see is
$3 ????
... am I reading that right? If so, guess it will change soon and
have lower strikes offered.
This sure took a beating, but at some point, with the current information, its a bit overdone.
The company has $315 million in debt to go along with its $366 million in cash on hand. At a modified burn rate of $30M per quarter, this cash stash would leave them with about 2.5 years worth of cash for operations.
Currently the company is listing two phase three, two phase two and two phase one trials as well as preclinical.
Additionally, they are doing work on several vaccines including Ebola and MERS
Just visited the website, they have some impressive partners:
Novavax has a number of active partnerships across the globe including a contract with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) to develop vaccines for seasonal and pandemic influenza valued at up to $179 million, as well as an ongoing collaboration with Cadila Pharmaceuticals and a partnership with LG Life Sciences.
NASDAQ delisting is a non-issue. Companies are given lots of time to come into compliance, and in worse case it would be a RS.
" Looking pretty bad for NVAX. Where are they going to find the capital to continue?
Who is going to fund them?
What do they have to sell? "
For a brief moment I thought there might be a discussion as to why the MM would be selling shares for significantly less than available bids. Silly me.
"
Move the valuation down. Haha. There is no valuation ...this dog has been so diluted and it continues to bring suckers in!!!"
But they sold the shares for a lot less than buyers were bidding,
so who benefits from low share prices and company valuation?
( I'm guessing the MM if there are announcements forthcoming ? )
Seems to be a concerted effort to move the valuation down.
15000000
0.0251
376500
15000000
.0357
535500
Big difference!
Is this even legal?
How are they able to sell at .025 when my bid is still valid at
.0357 ?????? It's not AON so shouldn't it have had to execute before the ..025 sale?
No, no qualifiers.
MM playing games with the bid / ask?
I always thought the bid listed was the highest any buyer was willing to pay, and the ask was the lowest any seller would take?
I've had a bid at .0357 all day.
why was the bid ever listed below that ?
why was the stock sold for less than that?
Does this work different in OTC or something, or is there manipulation going on?
Thanks!
Didn't say anything about the consultant, other than he will be taken care of has he has in the past.
Check filings for what he has received this far.
NTI has basically given itself the option of gaining a 77%
Stake in HCTI. This is not in the interest of shareholders
Any shareholder who is not troubled by this hasn't thought it through.
Who is making assumptions now? Private NTI management, the
Same people who run HCTI may or may not limit restrict stock gained in the 77% option of its excercised.
Doesn't matter if the immediately liquidate stock, bankrupt HCTI,
Or choose to continue operations. They will have taken equity out of shareholder hands. Sorry to point out what should be obvious from
SEC filings.
Probably won't be at current valuation, they've set it up to screw over
The shareholders of it moves up. Don't worry about any related party, lender, or consultant, they'll be take, care of at shareholder expense.
Like always.
Yes, it is bad news if private NTI takes a 77% stake in HCTI.
Shareholders will have been sold down the river and would take her another
Beating.
NTI is set up to win at shareholder expense.

Beating.
Perhaps the plan is for related parties to cash, out before the option to give NTI a 77% stake is excercised?
This game is rigged for NTI and related parties. Shareholders need to wake up to hands reaching into your pockets.
There is an option currently in place which if excercised will give privately held NTI a 77% stake in HTCI. In SEC filings,it was, stated that since its the same people controlling HCTI AND NTI they may not act in HCTI shareholders interest.
Even if HCTI wildly takes off and makes money hand over fist, a 77% stake goes to private NTI as spelled out in SEC filings.
Wow, its up to .000575 pre-split?
... but I'll be very impressed when it reaches $1.55 where it was in
2009 before management bled it down steadily.
I wish I could loan someone money and get 25% interest, and then get a $158k incentive to take stock.
More competition for HCTI.
IMHO
I dont think that this compares too well to a bio stock.
NIPU has been around for over 25 years, and some non-iso products
have been on the market for almost that long. They havent done well, and
I doubt the market really opens until there are more restrictive regulations.
Additionally, HCTI / NTI really has a process, for which there are at least four alternate processes as identified by the DOD in the award to PPG two years ago.
If this was a pharmo stock, the generic would already be available.
HCTI given the right circumstances could take off, but NTI would be the principal beneficiary, not HCTI shareholders.
It's dead Jim.
I thought you liked facts?
" over .10 very soon, no other possible result"
why would you even say that, to entice new blood?
Assets, in the form of licensing fees, interest payments, stock rewards, have already been shifted to NTI and related parties.
... and there is potentially much more "shifting" to be done with the option of giving NTI a 77% stake.
.. not to mention the 1.6B AS.
None of this is in the interest of shareholders, as the SEC filings have already warned you.
Random factual numbers?
... only to someone that is refusing to see a pattern.
They have rewarded themselves, right after they went public they
partially cashed out, perhaps because they knew where this was headed.
Do you need a list of the number of times theyve rewarded themselves?
Be happy to comply, in fact, everyone should be wondering where that $34M went with almost nothing to show for it. Investors money gone.
... and they're still giving themelves options to move more money to
private NTI, up to a 77% stake.
I thought I had included supporting facts:
"... using funds after the initial offering to reward principals.
Then, they continued to reward themselves and their related party friends with stock awards, $15k a month consulting fees, 25% interest on loans, etc. etc. etc. "
They did that while incurring almost $34M in losses, and incurring $8M in debt.
Then, they departed from their pre-14c and created 1.6B authorized shares with the reverse split. They also created the option to give a 77% stake to NTI which they control and is private.
Their IR department has outright lied to investors.
Specifically IR misled investors about the AS remaining at
1.6B
I laid out some facts which would serve to support a concern that
HCTI investors are seeing funds move out of HCTI and into the private NTI. There's even a warning in filings that since the same people run NTI they may not act in the best interest of HCTI shareholders?
Please correct any of the above facts that if I've gotten them wrong.
"The facts never line up...if any facts are ever used at all. Thanks for your opinions"
