Doesn't look like it is going to make it but closing above .60 would be very positive
Looks like we lost any demand at this point. Nobody buying so they drop the bid. Need something positive to create some demand. Hopefully Medved does a little sales pitch for vringo while he presents on financing at the conference today.
And you know this how and why?
Did anybody notice this morning UBSS on the bid for 110K?
It sure looked like there was some turning going on in the .45 to .459 range for the last week and I thought it would get worked through and start a little accumulation, however, the supply doesn't seem to dry up and now we've got another run of selling.
Just buy some, put it away for a while and you'll have a nice return. This one has too much going for it right now.
BA218 drop me a line at kickinask@gmail.com if you have a chance.
I agree this sucks. This needs some news to put a little support back in it. I would like to know what there definition of soon is.
They aren't free shares. They have to purchase them for the exercise price of .55. If they exercised today they would have a loss. They certainly wouldn't exercise until the price is comfortably above the .55 level.
Agreed, however, the exercise of .55 is a positive. Incentive to get the price up to actually exercise them. Plus it is another $132k of capital.
Awful quiet here today. I has been a disappointing day with the market surge and no buying here.
Back in the 40s again. Ouch. Be nice to see some news now that the holiday is over.
Yes, nicely done.
What's with the big spread?
Looks like auto dropped the bid. Oops now they're back again. Not sure what to make of it today. Guess I'll watch and learn.
That was only in reference to wishing it was halted, definitely not about going down. I understand what you meant by it.
They moved the large bid from .54 to .56. Although I didn't notice if it was AUTO at .54.
I hope your wish doesn't come true! Some heavy buys all of a sudden. Strange trading so far. Almost as if someone knows something. I can't believe they would announce anything during this holiday short week as they wouldn't get the eyesballs of a normal week.
It sure looks that way. Still holding my trading shares as they never hit. Hindsight says I should have taken the .57/.58 and bought them back. Not worried about my core position as they are tucked away.
6.6% is 6.6%. cents is irrelevant.
Not only that but most of them have hundreds of million in shares outstanding.
If you're an insider and you thought the price would further decline you wouldn't exercise your options. Plus, it is an extra $184,500 to the companies cash.
I have been going back and forth all weekend on what to do with my shares. The trend is definitely lower short term but the question is what is the term and how low. Partnership agreement could cause a run on this.
You need to keep reading in the PR. The next sentence states they expect a partnership soon.
SAINT LAURENT, Quebec, Nov. 11, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IntelGenx Corp. (TSX-V:IGX.V - News) (OTCBB:IGXT.OB - News) ("IntelGenx") today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved IntelGenx' lead product, CPI-300, for patients with Major Depressive Disorder. CPI-300 is a novel, high-strength formulation of Bupropion hydrochloride (HCl), the active ingredient in Wellbutrin XL. CPI-300 is the only single dose 450 mg formulation of Bupropion HCl approved by the FDA.
"This is a defining moment for IntelGenx, as we have now clearly demonstrated our ability to independently take a product through development to regulatory approval," said Dr. Horst G. Zerbe, President and Chief Executive Officer of IntelGenx. "We believe physicians will embrace CPI-300 as a more convenient and safe alternative for their patients requiring high-dose anti-depressant therapy. So we now turn our focus towards the commercialization of CPI-300, with the objective of a product launch with a partner by the second quarter of 2012."
IntelGenx has been in active licensing discussions with several leading generic and specialty pharmaceutical companies and anticipates finalizing a commercialization agreement soon. As previously announced, the company has entered into an agreement with Pillar5 Pharma Inc. for the commercial manufacturing of the product.
Not sure what to make of the way this closed. Kinda expected about .56 to .57. or even for the day. Chart looks pretty crappy right now. Guess I'm stuck with those trading shares for a bit. Lots of positives from the company. I'm still hoping for some kind of update now that they received approval. If it would've shown more strength toward the EOD I may have even added. Sorry BA, I'm going to have to cut in to some good 'ol Wisconsin sharp aged cheddar, have a Friday fish fry, a few cold ones to wash it down and an old#7 to finish the evening.
It closes HOD I'll send you some Wisconsin cheese to go with that beer.
I would love to see them announce a quarter end conf call to discuss 10Q(not really) and the FDA approval, partnership update, etc.
They seem to be fading this all day. Still a lot sitting on the ask so I don't see any EOD rally. First level of support s/b .47 and then the next at .40. Hope we don't test either and today's low is our bottom. The overall market will have more effect on this than anything barring news.
I am with you. Have a core position and jumped the gun on adding a trading position at the beginning of the week. I thought we would get a little more on the open and for a little longer (meaning 15 minutes) but the gap open was very momentary. Didn't get out of my trading shares so I'm stuck with those for a while. I don't really see the buying strong enough for this to make much run any time soon unless we get a partnership agreement. I don't think that is imminent, however. Without the buying, I think we could drift for a while. I think the overhead will be a lot to overcome to get any kind of significant movement. Lots of big orders sitting on the ask so short term doesn't look very appealing. We'll see how this afternoon goes but this could settle down from here yet today.
I would love to see that but I don't see the buying strong enough to take out all the sells along the way. I think we close around .60
I hope you're right. Doens't seem like they would be allowed. Regarding the name forfivo, see the picture from there website.
http://www.intelgenx.com/technologies/tech-multilayer.html
Notice the name on the pill.
I have been waiting anxiously like everyone, however, I am a little skeptical that someone from the FDA would confirm this before it is officially released. I have a hard time believing that an FDA employee could comment on an approval. Also, forfivo, really. Hard to think this isn't a hoax. Here's to hoping it does, in fact, get approved.
Why don't I have a good feeling about this? I got caught with some add'l trading shares that didn't make the run I expected on Monday. Gut tells me I may take a beat down on this one.
Veterans Day, Gov't agencies are shut down.
I think they are just clarifying that the original date of the 13th is a Sunday and Friday the 11th is a holiday, therefore, the 10th is the date. Don't think it is bullish or bearish. I screwed up and bought a bunch of shares for a quick trade this morning thinking we would get a quick spike to 75ish. Didn't happen, got burned.
Ok, orders placed. Another layer.
It would seem support held and it has weathered the storm. Now to decide if it is time to add to.
Yikes, the bid is at .58. If they hit that this could retrace in a hurry. Here's to hoping .60 holds. Thought maybe the market breaking up a little would put in a floor today.
New LOD. Not sure if 60 is going to hold. Mad at myself for not taking half off the table.
