I think they are just clarifying that the original date of the 13th is a Sunday and Friday the 11th is a holiday, therefore, the 10th is the date. Don't think it is bullish or bearish. I screwed up and bought a bunch of shares for a quick trade this morning thinking we would get a quick spike to 75ish. Didn't happen, got burned.
