Mixing up dilution for retirement. Keep in mind that dilution is the issuance of shares, while retirement is the elimination of shares. Last Thursday the company retired shares, not diluted, per the PR.
The VP of Sales and Midwest Sale's Manager are not stationed in FL. So it's literally physically impossible for them to "run the warehouse". The MIDWEST Manager is, wait for it, in the Midwest, specifically IN. VP is in South Carolina. The only dual role office person is Jasmine, the office manager. She also handles receivables, shipping, etc...
Retirement of shares is when the company buys back shares, not issues them. Dilution would be issuing shares. They just retired shares for the 2nd time in a year.
Incorrect. Also get the facts straight $260k.
Just bad timing. It'll break that high sooner than you think.
Retirement of shares is the opposite of dilution FYI
Absolutely wrecked, love it! I cant believe it's been 2 years already. How far we have come. Sure some flip in the dips, but the long term trend is up, way up, and will continue up.
Never go by 3rd parties, they are always notoriously outdated. Always use the otc markert site anything related to share structure and disclosures.
Bahahahahaha!!!! Amazing! Go KGKG!
Hahahaha to the moon! Go KGKG!!!! Squeeze time!
Careful with SIPC, it's still where it was when I was in it last fall, and their beer is trash. KGKG catalysts inbound, it would be smart to at least wait for the Q1 bounce.
Not even close. It's actually undervalued. You have to take earnings which are likely to hit 2 - 2.5m by end of year, plus assets, which VATE, as much of a dog it is, we do have 160m shares. Then you need a multiplier to factor in growth, which 50x is usually on the low end. We have plenty of room to run, plus catalysts like uplist, major distro news, sponsorships, product launches, and I wouldnt be surprised to see RC retire more shares as he did last year.
Dont you just love seeing where this came from 2 years ago, and how different our conversations are now?
To be fair too, we havent been pushing it to alot of our stores just based on the few it is in. I'm sure it moves better in a premium grocery store than hemp shops. Maybe some local coffee shops too. Our focus has been Kona, so we havent given it a fair run, but months between reorders of the coffee is slow even for hemp shops where this niche type of product should still excel.
Wow, it is lower than when I sold. Not that surprised but figured the product launches at the very least would push it up. What a sad stock. It's not even cyclical anymore either. Maybe Q1 will boost it a bit. Good luck to those still in it. I lost faith though still sell their bagged coffee, but phasing it out as it moves slow for us, and in prep for CBD coffee which we have yet to select. Never heard back from RM on shipping details or a sample, and we found a local CBD coffee as a potential product, but it has to be kept cold. See that was the biggest red flag for me, communication, and follow through, paired with lack of transparency, just rubbed me the wrong way. Tried to keep this neutral guys, but I'm tilted to the negative side of things at this point.
Q1 and uplist aren't even here yet. She is going to gonnuts. Love it!
Im shocked actually. Maybe it's the calm before the storm. I've seen us jump on news the day after release a few times. Less common though I'll admit.
Anyone else seeing Tiger and Mickelson dropping all this CBD? So awesome. Need to get these guys some HighDrate haha! Speaking of, who all picked up that Inlightened Alchemy oil, and what did you think?
Thanks, I'm just so stunned lol
Anyone remember that BP I said took 6 months to clear 4 cases? Then started to order again a month ago? Turns out my persistence has paid off. They told me their family own dozens of stores, which I had no idea in all my talks with our contact, so they want to order a pallet of cand and a pallet of bottles. I'm stunned guys, I wrote them off at one point, but still went in to say hi, and chat her up from time to time, and it appears it will be worth it!
To be fair there has been a couple hundred million indilution, but I believe it's done now preferred shares are gone.
Your new here I see. No one in their right mind would call this a scam if they did even an ounce of DD on this. Not everything is about SS. The entire purpose of going public and trading on a platform is "dilution". It's called raising capital. There is positive dilution, and negative dilution. If a CEO is buying KGKG Ferraris withthe money, then we have a problem, but let's say dilution is due to explosive growth, required marketing, hiring of a VP of Sales to go national, add trucks to fulfillment, etc... that is a huge positive. Intermediate to longs will enjoy this stock.
3rd time since last summer. Also notice the SS increases occurs around these crazy spikes before falling back down? I'm pretty sure that's because the MMs are trying to get the best price for their client who is selling, this isnt etrade type selling here, but MM type brokerage houses. It would explain the temporary boosts. The long term net for dilution is negative sure, but short term can raise PPS out of no where. While I think retiring shares is a net positive, I would think the MMs would try to get the lowest price for their client who needs to buy them back, so it would be a short term drop in PPS. Any experts think I'm on to something here?
SS changed yesterday according to OTC profile, looks like it.
Plus I know for a fact they have backup plans should something happen to alkame, though I dont know the specifics, nor could I share it if I did know them, but they definitely do.
I sold off the little I had left today. I also emailed him a couple weeks ago asking for a sample of the new coffee since we have a local vendor who makes CBD coffee and can deliver to us free, as well as shipping costs, and never heard back. My take is that this company is poorly run due to lack of communication and progress. I see why KGKG sold them and Robert left Ryan to himself.
I will say this, if they can ever get themselves together, and not take a full year for a product launch, effectively communicate, be far more transparent, this could be big. It also seems to have left its .035 to .045 channel until we see more positives which apparently the long delayed product launches were too much for many.
If only you guys could see this bartender Sierra, we've been chatting with. Not only does she know her CBD but shes model hot and interested in helping us sell Konas. 1 minor problem.... she has a crush for my guy Zach, and hes married with kids like me lol. I told him if hes so damn worried, I'd handle her and her accounts. So we'll see what happens. She could definitely move alot of Kona, looks and personality are huge, and bars would be super easy sells for her I feel.
Nice, let me know how you like it when you get it.
Anyone in Jacksonville, FL have a lead on where to buy Kona? Friend at work lives down there and wants to try them. I told him to look for any Lucky's Markets but that's all I know for reference.
Told you guys lol. I actually emailed RC about it, cuz it had to be the wrong date just because the the first paragraph was word for word the same as the attor ey letter from last year, referencing 4/2/18, plus the annual the letter should be referencing was 4/1 not 4/2.
Mistakes happen, no harm no foul.
Hemp oil doesnt have any of the cannabinoids or very low levels, because it comes from the seed of the plant. Think of hemp oil like coconut oil, or olive oil. CBD oil isolate or full spectrum is made through an extraction process to pull out the cannabinoids from the whole plant.
You will definitely love the CBD I'm talking about then. Just dont take a full ml to start unless you dont want to care about anything for a solid 24 hours LOL!!! In seriousness though, try a drop or 2 from the tincture to start, the potency is going to blow your mind. 1 of our customers turned us on to it when we were meeting with the owner and he wanted us to try it. Put my tongue out, he dropped 1 on, which isnt eben the proper way to sublingually take it, and could instantly feel it. Pretty amazing stuff, perhaps even the best on the market. They did learn their process from a guy in CO who had been doing it for years. Hit me up when you try it, I think you will be impressed. The pricing is as good as the product itself. Should see the distro pricing, it's pretty amazing.
Is Bobo a Howard stern reference btw? ;)
No one is talking about dilution but you. The dilution we saw since last report were those C's, which are gone now.... that is fact. Sentiment on boards and stocks in general are always swaying. There will be super catalysts that inevitably occur in this stocks life time as they keep growing. It's going to be a site to behold.
Oh like those Preferred Cs? Wait, they were retired. I'd also like to warn you about slandering, that would be against TOS. Maliciously lying about a stock can get you into legal trouble as well, opinion or not.
No, small private company out of Madison. Can buy on their site. Which also details their process.
https://www.inlightenedalchemy.com/shop
Inlightened Alchemy. Local from Madison, WI, 100% organic, therapeutic level quality. Can order online actually. They make the oil I was talking about in my last post. That same oil is also used in their cold brew.
Sorry, I dont. We passed on the tea to start as we want to get our hands on a coffee. I've been in talks with a local coffee brewer who does CBD coffee, but the coffee was OK, and needs to be kept cold unlike VATEs. I've been waiting 2 weeks to find out shipping cost before officially taking on an order. The MOQ is quite huge for their coffee (250 cases at 24 units per case) came out to around $10k for an MOQ but was told they would honor the pricing on less than that as an intro price and to help get us going. Thing is, we have to eat the shipping, so if shipping is too high, and cuts into the margins too much, it might not be worth it for us here in WI. We will see what happens. We definitely need to add more product lines for additional revenue streams, but I'm picky, as I only take on high quality and/or unique niche products.
You guys should see the full spectrum CBD oil we are picking up. It's literally the best, most potent form I've seen. Uses an organic ethanol bath to pull every cannabinoid off the hemp, and they even burn the plant remnants after the bath to make an ash to get the rest of the minerals found in hemp and add it back to the oil also provides alkalinity to the oil. It literally has all 565 known cannabinoids in the oil, a true full spectrum product that does meet the < .3% THC requirement, lab tested, and because all cannabinoids are present, you get the "enterouge effect" as the cannabinoids work synergistically together, read up on studies of full spectrum vs isolate. I've never seen an oil that has every ccannabinoid, like this, pretty impressive, unique stuff in a sea of oils, aand we will have it!
A single drop, only ~7mg CBD, feels like taking like a half ml of isolate of similar strength, its nuts guys. It's the most therapeutic version of CBD I've seen yet in all the shops I've been in, plus its 100% organic, even the extraction process. Company is founded by 2 engineers from UW Madison, which they must have some damn good lab equipment as I know a guy who makes his own CBD oils of high quality, and they are simply blown away by the level of quality and purity these guys have been able to accomplish. Company is Inlightened Alchemy.
If you look at 4/2/18 on OTC site discourse, it's the same first paragraph I think they just forgot to update the date to be honest. The annual report last year had the same letter and on the same date as the 2017 annual.
Done deal
Love it Knife!
Shame not everyone has common sense, some rookies touting retracement to 3s after 5s.
