3rd time since last summer. Also notice the SS increases occurs around these crazy spikes before falling back down? I'm pretty sure that's because the MMs are trying to get the best price for their client who is selling, this isnt etrade type selling here, but MM type brokerage houses. It would explain the temporary boosts. The long term net for dilution is negative sure, but short term can raise PPS out of no where. While I think retiring shares is a net positive, I would think the MMs would try to get the lowest price for their client who needs to buy them back, so it would be a short term drop in PPS. Any experts think I'm on to something here?
