Solid bid support @ .001. Rock bottom right there
CGRA
Not too late to hop aboard!
CGRA
Preferred shareholders cant even convert that low if they could. Thats nonsense
With a market cap of $90k?! I could buy the entire company myself.....
You're free to believe whatever you want
CGRA
Yup! We're due for financials very soon. He's been releasing them every 3 months and they could come as early as next week (came out Nov 18! Expecting this to get a bunch of volume when that happens. He might even PR some news too. That might possibly be another reason for all the volume. Financials might be very good.
Can't wait
GO CGRA!!!

I see a huge opportunity here. We'll find out very soon what the plans are, but I'm extremely optimistic. It's safe to say that all the shares have been soaked up and there's not much resistance going forward.
The assets were purchased with preferred shares that have a .001 par value. They're restricted until Sept. 2015 and right now aren't worth converting at all. IMO since these companies have such a big vested interest, they're going to want to see the PPS increase substantially from here. I have to say, Bill got a great deal on these assets lol. He got them for nothing.
I have zero reason to doubt that these companies and Bill are working in the best interests of the shareholders. If he can't get it done, im sure someone else will! :)
Can't wait for the next few weeks
CGRA
Net assets = $8 million. Fair value for CGRA is north of .01.
.001 par value for all preferred and common. Very unlikely we're going to see anything lower.
CGRA
Here's the assets and how they were acquired. It clearly details that most of the assets were acquired through preferred equity in the company and any shares sold restricted for 2 years.
The assets came from KFM, Ventrum Louisiana, and West Salt Creek to name a few.

Pure fact........If he was fabricating this, then you'd see the same style of information on VHMC. You don't. Not even close.
VNDM isn't actively on the ask, stop spreading rumors. He's selling the holdings from .001 and is out to .0021.
Don't worry, we're going much higher. They haven't sold shares in almost a year
He wasn't on the ask. He was back to .0021, are you even paying attention to level II?
CGRA
VNDM loaded at .001. He's out, and thsts why he backed off to .0021 on CGRA.
Exactly. I have no clue why thats so hard to understand.
Exactly! :)
CGRA
yup! NITE didn't pick up 50 million just to scalp it imo. He's going to make a killing on this.
CGRA
That's where the buying is coming from. There'll be more IMO. If I had the cash I'd do it myself. It happens all the time (DELL, Charlotte Russe, etc)
What you'd do is take the company private, dump the assets and liquidate the company for more than you paid or hold onto it and manage it better.
A group would go in examine the balance sheet, offer Bill "X" amount. Tell Bill that they can do a better job and to take a hike. He has a boatload of shares, I think he'd like it too. :)
It's pretty much an arbitrage.
yup! :) The shares would be paid out in cash. Share price would rocket to the buyout price overnight (minus the arbitrage for the risk, which would probably be 5-10%)
Im not saying it's going to happen for sure, but it's an option going forward
The shares would be paid out in cash. Share price would rocket to the buyout price overnight (minus the arbitrage for the risk)
Sellers lose out big
CGRA
Exactly, It will pay off big. Once the impatient shares get soaked up we'll go big.
CGRA
The shares would be paid out in cash for fair market value. Given the amount of assets, the buyout would probably be at a discount but still more than the stock is worth.
ie. A private company offers $2 million for the company then every share would be worth .0063. If you bought 1 million shares at @ .001 ($1,000), your account would be paid $6,000.

It's investing 101. Why do I need to look this up for you?
ie $2 million bid would go for .0063 per share. 300-400% return.
Vnfm out of what he bought at .001
Typically this situation would never exists in an efficient, liquid market place. Due to the nature of the OTCBB this company would be better offnot being traded publicly. Its the same concept as a regular buyout minus the share exchange.
Been adding as well. Once financials hit, this will be up substantially
Private buyout in the works....
CGRA 4.5 MILLION so far
Where does that data come from? I used pinksheets for accurate short interest data. That site doesn't say where the info comes from.
Im not saying you're wrong. Im curious which is correct. Could be both actually
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CGRA/short-sales
On March 2014 this was valued at about $2.3 million dollars. (probably fairly valued)
Now it's market cap is $300k with the about the same book value as before. Simple math seems to have escaped your argument for some reason
What's so funny?
Who's going to short this? The margin would be insane. Have you ever shorted a penny stock before? There's very steep margin requirements to do it
I have to take everything you say with a grain of salt. Your knowledge of this stock is very suspect.
It was a few weeks ago, it went off at .0095 for 2 million shares.
We'll see .01 before we see trips
Here are CGRA's financial statements. You can take them with a grain of salt all you want, but if you compare it to VHMC it appears there's nothing fraudulent.
When the financials hit, you won't have time to get in
