Free deals is same as no deal. Revenue is what it counts. It seems Kay knows what we care most is revenue because every time after he announced so called huge deals, he was very very positive we would get a big revenue next quarter, or the second half of the year. Since I came to SFOR 3 years ago, Kay has announce many deals, and the company has not got any revenue from even one deal.
Previously, I thought he lied about deals, . From the posts of Pennydreams, Kay did sign many deals. The only lying is the revenue. There has not been huge revenue from any of those deals, not even small revenue. Cannot see his point for signing free deals. What does he get for doing this?
Agree with you this time. Obviously SA’s attorneys are smarter and did a much better job than R&G. SFOR’s attorneys and people don’t see the point of SA’s attorneys, and try to ignore their strategies. It is not not surprising that they were defeated twice.
Wish Sfor can get the lessons, and do a better job in the next appeal.
Validating or invalidating a technical patent requires too much technology than those judges have. To invalidate the patents of Strikeforce, those judges need to peel off the protection layers first, eg., ipr., ptab., which were awarded by experts in computer science and cyber. security . Do you think those judges have sufficient technical knowledge and power to do this?
I guess the decision of circuit court judges partly shows their dislike of the SFOR from beginning, who was too arrogant and aggressive in submission to appeal court, and who does not know who is the boss.
Those judges did not have power to valid or invalid a patent. The decision has to be made by a patent agency.
Agree with you. Cannot believe they are from a top patent law firm.
Plus, those attorneys from R&G thought they were the people who would pick the winner of the appeal, not the judges. They didn't respect the right of judges and were very aggressive in their written submit well before the oral argument, for example, "the decision of local court must be reversed". Who is eligible to reverse the decision of local judge? The judges in circuit court, not attorneys from either side. Attorneys can only provide evidence to judges to convince them, should not order them to make decision in their favor. If you expect anybody who judges you to be fair to you, respecting him is the bottom line.
The judges were not friendly to SFOR attorneys at the beginning of oral argument according to their voice and questions. What decision do you expect them to make?
no volume today. are we really taking off next week?
there is no problem about the validity of the patent which already passed the ipr and ptab. the problem Is whether sa has been infringing or not.
maybe somebody needs cash for another investment? selling so much at this low price in one shot is wired.
I wish the company can get big renenue from at least one of the big deals Kay has announced so far, don't care about projects. Who knows whether they can bring in revenue or not.
I am worried to see the share price still drops when Feb 4th is only a week away. Given the fact that SFOR already won IPR and USPTO(?), SFOR has good chance to win the appeal. But why are there not many buyers so far? I loaded about 1m shares in past 3 days. Planed to load more, but a sout of panic now.
You might be right. I wish your phrase is right. You are more optimistic than me.
Next year, ACS will have to pay SFOR 9 million. They have to accurate money to pay SFOR.
Wait to see what is going to happen after Feb.4th. I already have enough shares to take the advantage.
It is too risky now, because the appeal is the inly thing the company can rely on for share price. If the result of appeal is not pleasant, it would be horrible.
Cannot understand why the company has not got revenue from seven one of the many big deals Kay has annoyed so far.
I only buy with very small order every time. I loaded 800k in last dip, 100k or 200k each time. Now, the price is much higher than the price I loaded, most likely will not go back to that low price any more.
Already filled. Not going to load shares over 0.017. Now my average investment price is already over 0.0028. Cannot let it go up to 0.003 in any case.
Wish somebody would sell about 66,000 shares at 0.0167 so that my order can be fully filled today.
This makes me feel better. I do remember several lawsuits were pended to wait for the result of the appeal.
About the lawsuit, I put more credit than the deals Kay has announced. That is why I am long. But nobody can guarantee SFOR will win the appeal with 100% confidence. If the company gets revenue from at least one of the big deals Kay has announced so far, that would be a double lock.
I am still loading. I loaded every time when price dipped.
Who knows what the price will be in the future? Stock price always goes up and down. I started loading SFOR in late spring of 2016, and my portfolio was higher in late 2016 than now, when SFOR reached 0.025.
What I wish most is, the company gets revenue from at least one of the big deals Kay has announced so far, to show us that Kay is trustable to some extent.
I am holding many shares, have not sold a share so far. And my portfolio has come up pretty much.
But I hope the company to expose truth, not mislead investors. They have announced so many deals in the past 3 years. Where is the revenue? In early 2017, the company announced a big deal, people were talking about multi-million revenue in second quarter, third quarter, and 4th quarter. Has the company got any so far? In late 2018, the company announced another big deal, people in the other board speculated big revenue in this month, now, there is nothing. Do you believe the revenue in second quarter, as Kay said?
I see. Thanks.
What do you mean by "fleat being looked up"? Sorry my knowledge in stock trading is scarce.
I see. I read about the two deals this morning from the other board, have not looked at the new q yet.
If the news posted in the other board is real, this will go up.
Will see what's going to happen in the next few months. I cannot predict the future of SFOR without reliable information.
Picked up 800k shares in this dip.
Here we go, time to back up.
Writing so much is same as nothing. Nobody can read yellow letters on white background.
Wait to see when he gets some revenue. Early this year he said once the company products pass clients' test, there would be revenue. But how did Mcafee get a big payment before the clients' test of the whole set of products? How could Mcafee hold all the money for so long to themselves without paying SFOR the right part? Things sound so wired.
One board is too negative, the other one is too positive. Neither one is informative, or worth the time to read the posts.
There is a time limit for the lawsuits, cannot last forever. Before the appeal started, Kay said it would take 14 to 16 months. Next spring or summer the result should come out.
The key is who will win.
RSI is around 20 now.
Wish the ps drops to at least 0.012 for a short moment to get my orders filled before it goes up. I already picked 300k shares at price above 0.0145, don't like to pay so much for the rest orders.
Will the price go down again? Only picked 300k shares today under 0.015. 700k shares order at lower price not filled yet.
I came here in late spring 2016 when the price was below 0.001. So gained some so far.
Thanks for advice. Wish we all good luck.
ok. thanks
But it's up gradually. I will move some money into account. If the price drops low again, I will add shares.
Wish I have some cash in account. So cheap now.
What is happening now?
Your knowledge and skills in stock trading is much more than mine. Also you have been with SFOR every day since you came to this stock, and I was away from the news and posts about SFOR for weeks some times. I was not able to catch news or the good times when they came. I could only trade with big picture, not in details.
I don't think it is workable to trade SFOR as you said: It’s safer to buy on the day of any news and sell as the run dies off. Price does not always go with news step. by step. We all saw what happened with SFOR iin several cases in the past two years. Some times price went up with rumors. When the news came out, it was time to sell.
It is really hard to time the news and price movement. Some times while you are waiting for the news, you see chances in other stocks and move money over. When the news of SFOR comes, the money is already lost in other stocks. It has happened multiple times with me in the past two years. Otherwise, I would have more shares of SFOR than I am holding now.
Your last paragraph is so funny. LOL.
What is the recent ruling? I read from links which say Fed circuit court approved PTAB and IPR rule patent law suits or something like that.
What was the share price after the settlement of the last law suit in spring 2016? What is it now? At that time my portfolio had $100k, now it has over $1,100k. How could you say after law suits monies are used to pay for the debts and loans, we shareholders have got nothing?
Do you expect SFOR to mail checks to us?
The law suits which were started in past two years are not the only ones the company have. Once the company is done with the current ones, they will start to take more infringers to court. Even if all the money from current law suits is used to pay debts and salaries and bonus for their employees , the future money from more law suits will be kept in the company.
Once the value of the company increases, the share price will go up. So winning the appeal is the most important to me, as a shareholder. Given the facts that the company already won PTAB and IPR, and two best patent law firms working for the company on contingency. I believe the company has good chance to win the appeal.
Just realized that, so deleted my post.
