they received money from the selling of shares and paid for services in the form of shares. That is how they are able to operate. So long as there is a market value for each share, they can continue to do this. If it was a private company, where the shares have no market value, it would collaspe.
Yet another HUGE revenue stream? Groovy.
AS far as I'm concerned, if you do not have a sense of humor with this company you should not own it
LOL. I called the company to buy a Magicphone and the person on the other end did not know what I was talking about. True story
The Mexican deal was a good one too. No Mas Cables. You can't you make this stuff up. And how about when someone here reported that they were in some Mexican hotel and they were using the signal. God I love this board.
"It is a silly place" But I don't mean to discount some of the members who do bring some informative information to the board.
Interesting how falling in love with the investment rings real true here.
Got involved years ago when it was a medical device company, kept throwing excess change at it through the years, met a penny stock promoter during the Huff regime who filled me in on quite a few things. EVERYTHING he predicted became true.
Interesting how during the years I've seen a love of the uniform greater than the technology itself.
For me it's a just a risky bet and approached it that way and have gotten a lot of enjoyment from the board.
Run
Been invested that long too.
good luck to the real longs
Yes I believe so, but I thought it was in some integrated capacity with our blimp of the time. There were other Airship demos as well. But this one does seem to have more of a serious flavor. Time will tell.
Would you have a contact at Google? I'm having a issue with my mail server. Apparently my server was spammed and google is now blocking all my company's emails. My IT people have tried to reach out to them, but no one responds.
We all felt this way many years ago during the Trident Naval Exercise or whatever it's called. Plus there were other DOD events.
Show us the $, please.
Well said sir
I am ignorant to the government procurement process, but when the DOD wants to develope a weapon, don't they award a contract to design and build? My point is how serious is it when we read that it's being built to the needs of interested customers.
Pumping IS a serious issue, but not it's not from the company. The company just doing what it has to do....and that is keep trying. My point is more frustration in not being able to sell one.
LESS THAN $2,000 I WOULD NOT CALL SELLING PRESSURE.
I think the market is wise enough to know the story here...... Show us the money already. It been a long time of the same old story.
Better to paint a girl wearing a mini-skirt on it, that will really get those radicals scared. We already have the shape working for us, show some skin and they'll be hiding for sure.
Yeah, yeah yeah...............over a decade of these fruitless PRs. Where's the money?
Mide,
Did you see my question to you regarding the gtc contract?
Time to call in mr. Romney?
You want more?
Here's two more.
Boy this board is great.
We have incurred substantial indebtedness and may be unable to service our debt.
Our indebtedness at December 31, 2011 was $16,647,378. A portion of such indebtedness reflects judicial judgments against us that could result in liens being placed on our bank accounts or assets. We are reviewing our ability to reduce this debt level due to the age and/or settlement of certain payables but we may not be able to do so. This level of indebtedness could, among other things:
·
make it difficult for us to make payments on this debt and other obligations;
·
make it difficult for us to obtain future financing;
·
require us to redirect significant amounts of cash from operations to servicing the debt;
·
require us to take measures such as the reduction in scale of our operations that might hurt our future performance in order to satisfy our debt obligations; and
·
make us more vulnerable to bankruptcy or an unwanted acquisition on terms unsatisfactory to us.
Our independent auditors have issued a report stating that there is substantial doubt relating to our ability to continue as a going concern, which may impair our ability to raise additional financing.
The report of our independent auditors contained in our consolidated financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2010 explains that we have incurred substantial operating losses and raises substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern. Analysts and investors view reports of independent auditors questioning a company’s ability to continue as a going concern unfavorably. This report may make it difficult for us to raise additional debt or equity financing necessary to continue our business operations and the development of our airships. Potential investors should review this report before making a decision to invest in the Company.
I was reponding to BBB's post and the link to that. Is it one and the same?
Yes of course, "good news all around" LOL
Thanks. As long as they are able to secure funding the never ending story of waiting on this company continues. Hopefully it will stop soon, or at least we find out some news, detailed if at all possible, of interest in the airship.
Mide,
GTC will charge for airtime?
Or is it simply the sale of units and they tap into the signal as if you or I go out and buy a Garmin.
Run
Jack,
What's your opinion on the viability of the airship in regards to selling it.
My outlook is gloomy due to the military's apparent love of winged drones and Koplin's ship being on the market for a long time.
thoughts?
Their most expensive tracker cost $450. to break $100,000(is that the magic disclosure $?) they would have had to order just over 200 units at that price. Eh, who cares.
Well, how many of these vehicles should such an entity have?
How much do the the devices sell for?
With that we can guess?
Either reread the whole post more carefully, or not, because you are taking a phrase from it and deliberately spinning it. Unless truthfulness is important to you, kindly don’t respond.
You cannot pretend that posts do not exist. It is all here for everyone to read. It is clear, to at least anyone rational, that maybe a third of the regular posters, cannot comprehend this company failing or do not believe what they write.
You're arguing with a group that cannot see anything but this insolvent POS making them rich. And when it all hits the fan they'll be the first to cry foul.
not joking, but not what he believes either.
This company will not be on the Nasdaq this year. Jeesh.
There are viable products, areostats and such, that are already in use for this.
He may be referring to the type of "senior" VC firms that WW has boldly predicted would step in, before this Friday, and refinance the La Jolla loan.
Oh god.....................
I don't think you have to worry too much about that.
Hopefully, but I doubt it. Like you wrote, I would assume we would have heard more if they are at the next level of tests.
What's terrible is that the best they could say in that there is "interest"
I guess that's the one. Which really is pretty terrible.
Just wonder where it is and if it's still inflated. If it's been moved, do they have to PR that?
I think the last PR just said that the DOD is "interested"?
