Its one of my absolute favorite parts as well. Imagine what that could bring in licensing over the years. Or, even better, the ability to scale big enough to process all(or most, or even some) of Americas third party REEs.

Definitely nothing but good. Every angle that I look at. The only real risk i see with NioCorp is on a macroeconomic level. If suddenly the world didnt need scandium, niobium, titanium, or REEs. Thats the risk. And i dont think anyone, anywhere, thinks that will happen.

GX2 and NioCorps fates are tied together. Unless some massive change in financing happens before March 6, which is unlikely, the ratio is set.

If by some chance there is another huge financial backing(government grant, significant partner, or just a straight loan), obviously the value of NioCorp will significantly change, requiring the ratio of share exchange to also be modified. This is however more then unlikely. And that is perfectly fine with me also. The path for NioCorp’s future EBITDA realization is already here thru GX2, and world demand. And it does appear that GX2 is heavily involved, I.E. the current DC trip photos.

There have been dozens of statements relating to the processing of our own REE’s made by the NioCorp team. Look at those.

Not to mention the proprietary processing occuring, as we speak, at one of our partners facilities just over the border Canada. What are they Processing: our very own REE’s. Of which on-site and expandable capabilities are expected.

Do the DD folks. Dont be fooled. This is a once in a lifetime, maybe multiple lifetimes, investment.

Interesting. The mind travels with this sort of qoute. For instance, maybe Mark thinks the mine will have processable minerals before the processing plant is completely finished, sometimes it does take years to build a one of a kind plant.

Or perhaps an old quote taken out of context, especially with the last few months of proven(somewhat) processing in Canada. Could have easily been overlooked by the author.
