Over 80 million people have acne in the USA alone. Seventy five percent of all individuals will suffer from acne at some point of their lives. The acne treatment and prevention market is growing while at the same time no new products are emerging and the number of previously used treatments is dwindling or restricted because of recognized health concerns. World Bank to alleviate Madagascar power struggle
With only 14% of the population with access to electricity, Madagascar is high on the priority list for the World Bank Group.
Last week, the World Bank Vice President for Africa, Makhtar Diop, confirmed the Bank’s commitment to support Madagascar with $1.3 billion over the next three years, as pledged in Paris last December during the international donors conference.
Diop made this announcement during a courtesy call to the President of the Republic of Madagascar, Hery Rajaonarimampianina, SAT PR News reported.
World Bank to increase power access
Diop said: “The World Bank will work with the government to improve two critical development factors: human development and access to energy.
“This will entail scaling up nutrition for children and expanding electricity access to a greater percentage of the Malagasy population.”
President Hery Rajaonarimampianina expressed his government’s appreciation, noting: “I welcome the continued and tangible support of the World Bank to help improve the social and economic development of Madagascar.
“I am very pleased that the commitments announced in Paris have begun to materialise into action through projects.”
Parties involved
According to media, the discussion was attended by ministers of finances and budget, Gervais Rakotoarimanana, economy and planning, Herilanto Raveloharison, and the Governor of the Central Bank, Alain Rasolofondraibe.
In addition, the World Bank Country Director for Madagascar, Mark Lundell, and World Bank Country Manager for Madagascar, Coralie Gevers, were also all present at the meeting.
Renewable developments
With low electrification rates, the renewables sector could help improve the current situation.
A region rich in hydro resources, Vassilis Koutras, managing director for Francophone countries for Dominovas Energy, a US-based power solutions firm, said that the country's hydro potential is high and developments are looking promising.
"Madagascar’s hydro potential of 7,000MW represents a tremendous opportunity for Dominovas Energy and signifies a leap forward for Madagascar. Madagascar is one of our top priorities for development and operation of multiple power projects," Koutras noted in a statement late last year.
This came out January 25
The World Bank's deal is with Madagascar. Madagascar's deal is with Dominovas
Writing is on the wall with this one, we are a press release away from the biggest run of our lives.
Here is the article. She was appointed at the beginning of Septemer
Madagascar appoints ambassador for renewables projects
A US-based power solutions firm last week appointed Dr Emma Rasolovoahangy as Ambassador for renewable energy projects and Special Advisor for the Republic of Madagascar.
According to Dominovas Energy Corporation (DNRG), Rasolovoahangy will assume responsibility for Dominovas Energy’s sub-Saharan renewable energy projects with immediate effect.
Her responsibilities will include the specific mandate to oversee and direct operations for the proliferation of the company’s technologies.
Renewable to get new leader
Rasolovoahangy commented: “My journey from my home town of Fianarantsoa in the Republic of Madagascar to working with global multi-national companies and obtaining my PhD from one of the world’s most prestigious university’s in the United States of America in Stanford has been absolutely remarkable to say the least.
"As a Malgasy national I acknowledge my roots and endeavour to make a major impact on my country and people for generations to come."
She added: "I am excited to join Dominovas Energy Corporation in the pursuit of clean and efficient production of electricity via Solid Oxide Fuel Cell technology as well as its hydroelectric division, CURRENTERGY.
"I am filled with optimism about the strength of the team, the technologies, and the opportunity we have to magnify our impact in improving the quality of lives of millions of Malagasy people and sub-Saharan Africans. I am truly thankful for the opportunity to be part of Dominovas Energy and look forward to the journey ahead."
Hydro potential
Vassilis Koutras, managing director for Francophone countries for Dominovas Energy, said that the appointment comes at a time when the country's hydro potential is high and developments are looking promising.
"Madagascar’s hydro potential of 7,000MW represents a tremendous opportunity for Dominovas Energy and signifies a leap forward for Madagascar. Madagascar is one of our top priorities for development and operation of multiple power projects," Koutras noted.
India and Indonesia? Make that 3 continents DNRG will own
“We are expecting to deploy in excess of 10,000 megawatts over the next 10 years. Through our global manufacturing partners we’ll be able to meet the demand of a global market… we’re on target to secure power provider agreements for multiple megawatts on a scale never before experienced within the fuel cell industry,” Allen stated.
(From a previous PR)
As you have posted, DNRG has already secured the 2B necessary for the 650MW coal plant. In fact, this was a prerequisite to meeting with Madagascar.
Madagascar is run on 80% biomass including 68% of that being firewood. They are the Neanderthals of the energy world. Therefore, they signed for the 1.3B so as to be able to internally design the necessary infrastructure such as power lines, grids, telephone wires etc. Simply, DNRG produces the power plant using the "most efficient, advanced and cost efficient" fuel cell technology on the market and Madagascar hones and adjusts their internal power infrastructure with the 1.3B
Take a look here http://dominovasenergy.com/news/
There is one PR in particular that will stand out. However UJ is discussed in almost all of the PRs so feel free to look around
There are three PRs discussing the UJ contract. That is the latest one which details the gas company they have signed for the venture. We will see news on this soon as well.
Take a look at this
https://www.energylivenews.com/2017/01/26/madagascar-gets-1-3bn-to-improve-power-access/
Money always comes first and Madagascar has signed for 1.3B. I expect the 8ks will be out today. Everything is in place.
Everything posted is from the website. Take a gander at their PRs under the Investor Relations section. It will remove all doubt.
I have a really good feeling about news today.
Great Press Release Great Coverage. This is the media coverage we have been needing and the best part is that the biggest coverage is in Europe where the acnease flagship product is most prevalent. Loved the new products and the targeting of expanding markets. This company is all about growth, the shares will soon be gobbled up by domestic and international traders
Look into their currentergy. I posted on this as well but they have information regarding this hydroelectric aspect of the company clearly available on their website. Madagascar will not be 100% renewable. They will have the 650 MW coal facility as well as additional hydropower. If you look into their current energy situation you will find they are at rudimentary levels with 80% coming from biomass. They stand to upgrade significantly and have recently confirmed with the world bank that funding (1.3B) was available.
Theses guys are committed. There will be a bit of a wait but things are turning around. This company had a decent amount of debt and is in beneficial and profitable litigation against the sub companies. There will be a move in 2017 but it is anyone's guess when. Updates will come and if there is any additional information that I discover or find out through communication with the company I look forward to sharing it here
The a/s was raised to pay off a note. They were intending to have a r/s so as to make the company more attractive to potential acquisitions such as a truck co in Tampa. However they would not have had enough shareholders on record since most hold 4 shares or less and the R/s would wipe them out. With too few shareholders the co would be privatized.
My guess is that by not having to be sec reporting they can r/s, acquire 2+ companies, become sec reporting again and get the price back in the pennies
They have a currentergy division and a partnership with Andritz hydro
Andritz Hydro is a global supplier of electromechanical, national electricity grid systems and services for hydropower plants and one of the leaders in the world market for hydraulic power generation. Andritz Hydro maintains a global presence in more than 50 locations and more than 25 countries worldwide. Today, Andritz Hydro is the legal successor of many former pioneers and leading companies in hydropower generation. Andritz Hydro comprises the research and development from these companies and over 175 years of accumulated experience in turbine design, with over 30,000 turbines (more than 420,000 MW) installed globally.

We have hit the breakout boards this week and there have been more eyes on this stock. I'm in contact with the company. I'll see if they have any planned releases and ask about a stock promo.
Happy to update the board. This is a life changing stock and I am happy that we all will profit. Here is to a big 2017 for DNRG and its shareholders
Everyone here has waited for the conditions to be right. Many countries were examined but the puzzle wasn't complete. Madagascar is it. There is no other way to say it. All the pieces are in place, relax and enjoy the run
Volume is always a good sign. The company is expanding their product line. Take a look at the shareholder letter and let me know because the whole thing sounds like $$$

I sent David an email using his Ifcr email on the webpage. If he doesn't respond I'll hit him up on LinkedIn
I am a part owner of the company as a stockholder and so I made sure to inquire about my investment. Their product is tested at UJ and this allows for a showcase to neighboring nations, that is one of the main reasons for the partnership. The US is already well established as well as other first worlds, the margins in regards to profits would not be as high plus they would have to remove the existing system so as to implement theirs. In Africa and 3rd worlds you are starting at the ground floor and that is exactly what makes the DNRG BOOT system so unique and revolutionary as it starts on the ground floor and continues from installation to operation to training to transfer.
Additionally, in the US the grants are going to solar energy and other renewables. The DNRG 650MW facility will be primarily run on coal. Regardless, thanks to Obama's decision to power Africa with the Rubicon, financing for DNRG and other Rubicon companies is guaranteed.
This is truly a life changing company, not just for the shareholders but for the citizens of Madagascar and for the future of their nation. More nations will see the positive effects and game changing technology of DNRG and ask for the same tech to be delivered to their country.
The technology here is not run of the mill, we are talking game changing technology. Therefore they are not targeting your local mom and pop stores saying hey we do electricity. They are discussing taking over an entire country and changing the way that country produces and uses energy.
Madagascar is committed to upgrading their electricity and have discussed how DNRGs tech will double their GDP in 3-5 years. Look at the pictures on the site and look at the big smiles and happy faces. Everyone is so excited to do business and knows they are changing the world.
Madagascar will just be the start. People do not understand how enormous this company will be. DNRG is running a showcase for Brazil and will be doing business there as well. There are many other nations looking to move off the third-world list and the absolute best way to do that is to ensure your citizens have electricity. DNRG is in the drivers seat and is picking and choosing the countries it is willing to do business with and right now, Madagascar is up to bat
1/5 of the action yesterday was short volume. You can't short at this price and expect to make a profit so the 100M+ in buying yesterday was short covering
I'll find contact info for IFCR, But thanks for the assist
Need to speak to the person in charge
Reply with the contact info. I'll shoot them an email
The pps will respond in direct relation the publicity of this companies numbers and new products. I will send the company an email later and find out what I can.
My understanding is that the company has solid numbers and the quiet period is over. That being said, since the company is not selling shares yesterday's volume would indicate an exiting of short positions by the MMs.
Both DNRG and UJ are in a symbiotic relationship. DNRG gets to use the facility to showcase its technology to the neighboring countries like Madagascar. The deal benefits DNRG more so than UJ, sure UJ gets attention and accolades but DNRG gets the Rubicon money
They have the news investors will buy on, they just need to put it out on accesswire and other news firms. The volume is indicative that they will PR soon and once the news hits HBRM's IHUB page, watch this puppy pop.
Did you see the short report? Lol. Better to know than to guess
