Pulse 2 Article link to Carlton James Group
https://pulse2.com/carlton-james-group-simon-calton-profile/
“ — Back in 2015, Carlton James Group started a tech company with a scientist in North Dakota, which has since gone public, and is now preparing to make some notable announcements regarding the technology it has been testing that aims to revolutionize the battery market.”
“ What differentiates the Carlton James Group from other firms?
“Investments and assistance from most other firms are viewed as a given company’s ‘exit strategy.’ That’s not what we do; we want to work with the companies we invest in to grow, advance and complete a proper exit from us, down the line. Working with us isn’t the endgame, but we’ll help you get closer to reaching yours,” Calton answered.
Future Company Goals
What are some of the Carlton James Group’s future goals?
“In the immediate future, four of the companies we’ve invested in, across a wide variety of unique industries, are slated to formulate exit plans from us at some point this year,” Calton concluded. “Long-term, we plan to continue fine-tuning and executing our stringent investment onboarding process that will lead to even more strong, communicative collaborations, resulting in financial growth and ultimately ending in a successful exit. We know what we’re doing and our process works wonderfully; the next steps are simply to continue expanding our reach, to further carry out our mission.”
I sympathize with your plight. Seems like you have given up on CRTG. What confuses me, is you are still posting here. Might be best for you to find another investment
TWA,
There’s a lot in the works … jump back on the train before it picks up too much momentum.
During last week's shareholder call, Coretec (CRTG) CEO Matthew Kappers and VP of Partnerships and Innovation Michelle Tokarz shared strong results from cycling tests on its modified silicon battery material intended for EV application. These tests proved three important factors:
Successful bonding of a polymer to the silicon nanoparticles
Engineered an solid electrolyte interface layer that
Improves rate capability
The cycling stability of Endurion's silicon material outperformed unmodified materials

Thanks for sharing level 2 info….go CRTG
Dude,
Signed MOUs with nano particles suppliers and NDAs in the works with battery and automotive manufacturers, and a 3.5 million dollar grant to Adelaide U for ZBLAN fiber development. Time to wake up and smell the Coffee. This Train is leaving the station
I’m looking for every positive sign I can find. :)
I would imagine so, since the RIchman Chemical leadership follows the LinkedIn posts
Quikshft,
I agree and I think the Ford, GM, Tesla, and Rivian references may also be in the “sideways mention of potential partners” category.
Wonder if the companies mentioned by Matt K that are “dark and under the radar” are the ones Michelle T mentioned
“ There is typically quite a bit of overlap between the cell and pack manufacturers with players such as CATL, LG, BYD, and Panasonic to name a few. As we develop and perfect our unique anode solution, we would rely on these kinds of cell and pack manufacturers for insights about building cells and packs as well as capability to manufacture large orders as necessary.”

Walrus,
Thanks for sharing this. I will be buying on this dip
Great job with the AI Chat. Looking forward to the response it gives to the questions you can generate in relation to the transcript, once CRTG posts it on the website
It’s true…. Just matter of when we get on the Nasdaq not if. This is the first time Michelle had crt mentioned battery and automotive companies approaching CRTG.. She’s telling the truth

Pegs1,
You’re welcome, I hope you’re feeling better. I don’t believe there will be another RS. TDCP had no other recourse in the previous situations that led to a RS. They had no revenue and the CSpace image chamber solutions that Schott Glass came up with were to heavy. The only option TDCP had in 2016, was to merge with the Coretec Group and offer up a RS to remain financially solvent. The current scenario is completely different in that now automotive manufacturers and other companies are approaching CRTG. Alroko and SkySpring have signed MOUs with CRTG. The active anode material that emerged from the artificial SEI that CRTG has engineered has been proven to work. As Quikshift mentioned in an previous post ‘’the wheels are turning’’

Thanks for the update,

Here’s the AI Chat GPT analysis to your question:
“Yes, it's definitely possible for a company to pursue a reverse stock split if they feel that their current outstanding shares count is too high and they want to attract new investors. This can also help to boost the price of individual shares by increasing their value. However, such a decision should be based on a thorough analysis of the company's financial situation and goals. A potential partnership may be a good sign for the company's future, but whether that alone would factor into a reverse stock split decision would depend on other factors as well. Ultimately, it's up to the company's management to make informed decisions on their stock and company strategy.“

Sorry to hear you’re ill. Praying you have a quick recovery. Walrus and Quikshft added some great posts on the Shareholders call review
I concur, sorry for the confusion with Veeco
Pegs1
There was a slide presentation that showed goals for Q1 through Q4. The Q4 goals were listed and included Commercialization strategies, if I remember correctly.
I buy CRTG stock every 2 weeks using my 401K brokerage account. My average pps is now at .05. This is a no brainer….no longer an if, but when it goes into the Tornado phase
Quikshft posted this on Stocktwits
“Perhaps the most eye-opening statement made to me during the call was that the 'major' manufacturers are now contacting Coretec. The line is that those can't be made known at this time as these who are interested in what Coretec is doing are also sharing privileged information and their own intellectual property. But, if a partnership is formed we'll know about it as there will be a form 8K filed. Wheels of progress appear to be turning.”
Also, I heard Michelle specifically mention automotive manufacturers approaching CRTG now
Pegs1
The webinar will be posted on the CRTG website soon, as well as a Form 8K.
The webinar was 54 minutes long and it’s the most informative one to date.

MOU is a memorandum of understanding
“A memorandum of understanding is an agreement between two or more parties outlined in a formal document. It is not necessarily legally binding, which depends on the signatories' intent and the language in the agreement, but signals the willingness of the parties to move forward with a contract.
The MOU can be seen as the starting point for negotiations as it defines the scope and purpose of the talks. Such memoranda are most often seen in international treaty negotiations but also may be used in high-stakes business dealings such as merger talks.”
I’m thinking this may be the other company that CRTG has a MOU with
https://www.veeco.com/technologies-products/
Yes, and he addressed the fact that fuel cell powered vehicles still need a battery.
Yeah, I believe I heard SkySpring mentioned second and maybe El Roku on the first? We’ll be able to see that on the webcast after it’s posted on website
One of the companies is Skyspring based out of Houston Tx. Michelle mentioned the first one, but I didn’t hear it clearly. I’m in Hawaii right now and had difficulty with the Wifi

I’m just speculating, but it may be that CRTG leadership is certain they’ll have revenue by mid July 2024, but for reasons unknown to us, cannot disclose certain arrangements currently underway.

I believe Matt Kappers said that it’s neat being a part of all that “working with the dark companies that are under the radar and getting ready to surface.”
It’s at the 21:40 minute mark in the video link below:

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking. Perhaps we’ll get a form 8K about a partnership tomorrow. I noticed that Panasonic and LG are developing cylinder batteries for Tesla that are about a quarter of the size of the previous ones used for the the Y model vehicles. These smaller batteries won’t be manufactured until 2024. The photo shown in the link below displays the newer, smaller batteries that Panasonic plans to manufacture in 2024

Looks like details on registration were given in the latest PR on the CRTG website.

Quikshft,
Excellent DD and great job exposing this significant “force multiplier” in CRTG’s Endurion battery technology. Patiently awaiting news of a partnership.
I noticed Matt Kappers fidgeted in his seat and smiled when he listened to the reactions and responses from the Host and other CEOs after he mentioned that there are several companies operating below the radar that are dark and getting ready to surface. I found that intriguing
CRTG needs to ink a deal with Tesla, Panasonic, and LG. The “clear next steps to get them to the next level” of NASDAQ and commercialization of the active anode material
Hopefully the NDAs for the stealth companies are not for too long a duration until a PR is permissible
Matt Kappers mentioned dark companies operating below the radar which are getting ready to surface and how it’s an exciting time to be working with them. You can follow the narrative from the 21 to the 22 minute mark in the video linked below from the Technology conference held yesterday on May 11th
