Yeah the MMs did come down. I noticed on my platform that when the 14s were up some buys went through but they sent them through at 0013 and not 14. Interesting. I'm not sure what to make of that seeing there were no 13s on the ask at that time. I think someone did try to take 'em out because both buy sizes were for 20,000 total which was what both MMs were showing. I was watching closely to see whether those buys were going to take out the 14s and make it jump all the way to the next MM sitting there at 0104 but it didn't work. Maybe that's what the buyer had in mind. I don't know but you're right...there's not many shares sitting there at all even in the teens to 0016.

This could easily take off with a little buying pressure.

Gary, this one could easily turn into S-S-V-C a few months ago where it ran all the way to over 20 cents! First week in January as I recall. I remember because we were both in that one at the time. Made some pretty good bank on that one too.

This one could go much higher the way the MMs are sitting on the ask. I'm telling ya man...at one point there were at least 3 MMs all sitting over a penny when this had 2 MMs sitting at the 0014 level.

This is not beyond the realm of possibility to go to several pennies or maybe even hit silver! IMO

I saw numbers way higher than that.

I saw at least 2 MMs at one point sitting just above a penny. I believe their asks were 0104 & 0105 respectively. The 2 MMs just below that were both at 0014 each with just 10,000 share sizes. There was nothing until 0104! I was thinking if someone took out the 0014s that this would FLY WAY UP THERE! And another one was way above 0105. I think they were somewhere around 7 cents or so.

So this definitely has the potential to move up huge tomorrow.

I noticed that for a long time during the afternoon there were only 2 MMs sitting at 0014 each with only 10,000 sizes then there was nothing until .0104! I think there was another MM that was sitting at like 7 cents or somewhere around there.

So it definitely has the potential to hit that tomorrow and maybe even beyond that.

Could be a VERY interesting day tomorrow!

Shares aren't going to come any cheaper than this. All I can say is I wish I had more funds to buy.

Just too many insider buys and filings for nothing to be happening. This stock is getting tighter and tighter with each trading day.

Pretty soon the chasing will begin.

Yeah I was wondering that myself. Maybe they're allowed up to 60 days to file a disclosure like with their 10Q forms although the 8k filed was on time but all their other forms were anywhere from 30 to 60 days. I don't think I'd worry about it too much though.

Here's what the google definition says:

"Form 3 must be filed within 10 days after the person becomes an insider. What's a Form 4? In most cases, when an insider executes a transaction, he or she must file a Form 4."

So I guess the next obvious question would be: Did the buyer or buyers become insiders up to 10 days ago from when the form 3s and 4s were all filed?

I have to admit I don't know all the technical ins and outs on that but I'll keep digging and see if I can come up with anything.

You gotta love all those Form 3s & 4s filed within the last 2 weeks give or take a few days! 2 Form 3s and 5 Form 4s. Insiders gobbling up the stock so they must feel something REALLY BIG is going to happen here.

It may be much sooner than people think and will probably catch many off guard.

I have a feeling we're going to have quite a few chasers here very soon.

So if there are 2 big buyers sitting on the ask then maybe they'll start moving up if no one sells into them. If news comes out then you can be sure they'll move right along with the price if they really want to fill their orders.

But with all the double prints yesterday that is that much fewer shares available even if the float gets chipped away a few at a time. Also if one or both of them feel like they can get the rest at a higher price of what's left over to complete their orders they'll just hit the ask for the difference to complete their positions.

So just saying...suppose they both have 100,000 share bids but keep getting filled 1,000 here 2,000 there with duplicate prints etc. then WHAM! news comes out and they still need say 50,000 - 80,000 still to go. They may just figure 'Ah...screw it! I better grab 'em all now while the price is still down here around the 4 - 5 cent range instead of fooling around bid sitting!'

That would be just the icing on the cake to add even more fuel to the fire. And who knows just how many more big buyers will show up depending on the news of course.

I know I sound like a broken record but with the tiny share structure here (75 million A/S Just under 20 O/S and float 600k AND CHANGE) and don't forget the fact that if anymore Form 4s are filed (someone posted earlier that that ALONE with the share structure would put this at 25 cents MINIMUM) this is setting up for mega huge...NO...

With a 75 million A/S and the O/S less than 20 million if there's a short here they are definitely playing with fire.

Gonna suck being them when this takes off.

I sort of eluded to this thought yesterday thinking wouldn't it be nice if they started a bidding war? But it sounds like they will just keep quietly accumulating whatever they can which is fine.

Just means shares are getting tighter and tighter. This stock is getting tightly wound and sooner or later it's going to EXPLODE!

If we only knew which one of these Grey to Pink stocks were really about to explode. I could wipe out the 003s if I wanted to.

Only 135k total shares on the ask. If I had the money to wipe 'em all out believe me I would.

That would make the MMs back up that's how thin this is!

And still more MMs on the bid side than the ask side which is another good thing! Shows that more people want in than people wanting to sell.
