That is some very good news to hear. Sounds to me that it will definitely be dropped sometime this month. Once that happens we will NEVER see the trips again in 2015, IMHO.

Its just frustrating that they dont have a back up auditor. Life can always throw us curve balls and there is no question that the current PVSP auditor is obviously going through a terrible tragedy that one can sympathize with. However, even a 3 week period cant even cure that type of loss. One would believe the auditor would need some extended time off and I would of thought PVSP would of passed all the financials and work off to a secondary auditor.

Every company should always have a backup on hand, especially being involved in the financial markets of this country and knowing many, many shareholders are depending on certain financial documents to be released during a specific time period. I do personally sympathize and understand the delay on the auditor's end of the spectrum. I also do not harbor any frustration towards the auditor.

However, I feel PVSP should of had a recovery plan in place as soon as the auditor broke the news to the company. Someone else should of jumped in because its obvious that when a tragedy like this occurs, one would need an extended time of bereavement. I did recognize Paul's tweet the other day, but I would of thought they had a solution. I am definitely in for the long haul and wouldnt even think of selling below Copperland and hopefully holding til Silverland.

I know we will take off once the Q finally hits. My patience is just wearing a bit on when it will hit. Honestly, it needs to hit sometime in August. We are in the trips right now because of all the delays causing frustration amongst shareholders. There is no dilution, no reverse split coming, and maybe a few jack n the box 1-2 tick flipper dipper dingbats. Im just shocked we are in the trips and would of thought we would be holding steady in high teens or low 2's by now. What is with all your constant negativity towards the guy? You know the Q is going to be released sometime in August. Its getting redundant with all the personal attacks on him. Cant you embrace the new vision and future and sector with Green Canary? Put the past behind you and embrace the future.

Paul may have had some blunders in the past, but we need to move forward with the new company, sector, concept, team, future, etc. Paul put us in prime position and set us up with the MMJ sector. His bad past will be dust in the rear view mirror and you will owe him praise and thanks, in due time. These are going to be great times and the ship will right its course.

Look, I feel all of your frustrations with the delayed Q. There should be a back up auditor with every company in the United States business world, IMHO. I honestly believe that Paul will no longer be holding the role/title of C.E.O. with a future press release in the fall, IMHO. I believe that Paul will become the C.F.O. or some other position, but I do believe he will remain on the team in some fashion.

There is no question they need a shakeup with their marketing/P.R. team. I wish they had extra funds to pay promoters because honestly that is what we need right now. You need to get on some of these radio shows for penny stocks and get this merger news and company info out to as many people as possible. NOT A PUMP N DUMP, but a legitimate promotional news memo to the penny investors.

I cannot believe my eyes and shake my head in disbelief daily when I see that we are still in the trips. Its an amazing buying opportunity, but with what we have on our plate we should be in the 2's by now. I know we will be at Copperland soon enough and eventually Silverland with so much in the works its only inevitable.

However, these delays that have been going on for months and between these delays and BOTCHED and awful PR timing releases has definitely been killing us! We should ALWAYS be dropping news on Monday or Tuesday, IMHO. Some of the P.R. team must go to a marketing 101 class. I remember when Paul had his premature tweet about excited for the weeks to come and that turned into a month and a half of people anticipating. The PR/Marketing team needs to right the ship moving forward.

However, in the end its the fundamentals, revs, acquisitions, expansion, and much more that is going to bring PVSP from the trips to the cream of the crop in the MMJ sector. We wont be here much longer and as I said before, the high was .0030 with NOTHING behind it a few months ago. We will soar past that when the news starts to drop. Again, I did not invest my $$$$ in a telecommunications company. I invested right before their announcement of the news on the MMJ sector.

Ive done much due diligence, as many of you others have. I dont care about the high O/S and what has happened in the past with PVSP in the telecommunications sector. I care about moving forward with Green Canary and GrowBigSupply. I care about Green Canary timing the P.R.'s correctly and maybe even getting on some radio shows, social media (A MUST), and promoters. Many dont know about the Green Canary upcoming merger and future, so get out there and spread the word.

I feel terrible for the tragic news of the auditor, but there comes a time where you may need to find a backup. In any business you should always have a replacement with needs of an emergency on call. The Q needs to drop and hopefully it gets out today or tomorrow. Time will tell, but looking forward to Green Canary's great future soon to come.

Although, I can or cannot confirm such information, as I have only been a shareholder since the end of Feb. What I do know is that Paul Riss saved PVSP from the majority of OTC sub pennies fate. Paul made the prudent choice to research and bring forth solid due diligence to find a way to save the company and its blessed shareholders. Paul had a lightbulb eureka moment and has taken the steps forth to breathe new life into its bones. In the one sector that is the future of
our country and many others!

Paul found the one sector that will revolutionize the company and merge with a new company willing to take on Pervasip's telecommunications baggage. I did not invest my hard earned money for a telephone company, that I promise you. I did my D.D. and knew what the future was going to be and what was going to be lined up. There is almost no such thing as a long term hold in the OTC. That is almost a death sentence to the shareholders $$$. However, PVSP/ new symbol is an exception, IMHO. I know what I hold and what type of company the future holds. I believe Paul will still be a part of the team, but in a different role. I cannot confirm or deny that, obviously.
