Thanks for the reply Macod. IMO delays should be communicated.
Come on man an engagement is reviewed & approved by the partner on the job or at least the Supervisor. This is their business, reputation and livelihood on display here. By the looks of this unprofessional engagement letter I would not engage this firm. The letter is addressed to the Chairman , who SB refers to as the company's CFO. I suppose he can hold both titles, however, I have usually only seen the CEO/President as also sharing the Chairman's title
Exactly. The accounting firm should have been able to give a lot better estimate of the date the audit should/will be completed. If they don't which it appears they haven't I'd start looking for a new accounting firm.
Prince Edward Island, maybe which is one of eastern Canada's maritime provinces, off New Brunswick and Nova Scotia in the Gulf of St. Lawrence
I noticed that also. Its worse on the ONCI board. One of the mods is big time bashher and name caller who deletes post which do not fit his/her agenda.
I'M with you 100% Rocket, but as anyone who is in business and or in the stock market realizes delays happen. The trick is to minimize the delays as much as possible. I am perfectly happy to wait until all the pieces fall into place by Roger and his teams. I look forward to years of much success with AMFE. However, that said someone else remarked on our board that this waiting is similar to children waiting for Christmas.
LOL. I love it."Aimed mostly at correcting impatient morons twisting truths " I couldn't have said it better myself. Excellent!
Its an updated 10K L21, which means the 10K was previously submitted as indicated by Roger. Changes were made per the audit to the updated 10K by AMFE and is being resubmitted tomorrow to the auditors for their additional and hopefully final review. This is the normal logical audit process. It sounds like from your posts you are unfamiliar with typical auditing procedures and are just trying to cause doubt, imo.
I thought the same thing. He may have been hacked because I have not seen such childish wording by SB before. If he did write these tweets then they should be the tweets one writes to get it off your chest/mind and then delete.
EXACTLY
Not exactly sure what your point is. I'm an investor now and posting on this board that the audit will be completed in X# of days or weeks does not offer much believable proof frankly.
I beg your pardon I am not a little brain dead at all as was inferred! I know what is required to commence an audit as that was my profession. The CEO stated back in early Oct, he would publish the Audit Engagement Letter after the lawyers performed. some kind of review or adjustments to the letter. That's a long time ago. Maybe the audit has commenced and the CEO forgot to follow up and publish the letter. BTW,Professionals do not name call and infer others with differing opinion- a little brain dead. IMO.
I agree with the statement presented, " We can't do any real growth without audited FINS moving forward..." which is why I and others have been repeatedly asked to see for the Audit Engagement Letter. At this point in time nobody on this board knows if the audit has started or not until the CEO tells us. Anyone who makes a statement that the audit is currently happening is speculating at best.
Without the Auditor Engagement Letter it's hard to determine what is exactly happening with the audit. I agree I don't believe the audit has started.
No ,no , no. He's playing in a sevensome which includes 2 players who have never played golf before and it has added 2 hours to the round. They are only on the 13th.........
I agree 100%. I invested on my personal DD & also leaned heavily on Steve's resume & reputation. I don't think I'm wrong or the stock is in trouble. I want to see some proof of the pudding.
Exactly. I couldn't agree more.... Let's get the audit started, Steverino!
Agree there are other stocks for what that matters. I have not seen anything stating the audit has started. Please post your information for all to see... ,that would be nice. President Reagan, "Trust , but verify"
Signing and publishing the Auditors engagement letter is NOT hand feeding(your word) all the shareholders. It was SB's stmt. that he would tweet the document. The engagement letter is the initial step in providing Certified ONCI Audited Financial Stmts. to the public. The Auditors were selected 10/5/17. The engagement letter is not rocket science. In this age of emails, tweets etc... the letter should have been out , signed, tweeted and audit started within a week. Remember the audit is suppose to take 6-8 weeks. Without certified financial stmts the company does not upgarde from pinks which will bring in many more investors.
Oh. OK. I did not know that. Thanks
I had not thought of this being a marketing stunt to draw in millennials . Good angle, trefontane.
This maybe a little off subject but it's one of the games S&L distributes & may help put our name out there. Although I'm not sure S&L wants this kind of political free advertisement. I would think CAH would want both wall supporters and dissidents to purchase their product.
Cards Against Humanity buys piece of the US border so Trump can't build his wall:

I'm a little puzzled why CAH would do this actually
I wouldn't worry abt what other people think Rocket. The majority of us on this board know your predictions are the result of attention to detail very through DD. Your contribution to this board and AMFE is immeasurable. Don't be discourage by a couple of hacks. Please keep fighting the good fight for all of us.
Wow. That's great to hear DM. I can't wait to hear the details. Going out to meet my expats buddies for our Tuesday night get together. Check with you later./Rg
Thanks. That's what I was referring to in my previous post. That was written 10/18/17, almost a month ago. Where is it? Personally I've been in the audit business and I don't know what,"... changes our SEC consul advised. " could be to delay the Audit Engagement Letter this long, but I am all ears.
SB made a reference to his lawyer had a problem regarding why he could not publish the Auditor's Engagement Letter 5 or 6 weeks ago, if I'm not mistaken. Once the lawyer fixed the wording in the letter it would be published. You can look it up if u like. It appears this lawyer works very slowly......, haha.
Good luck with your Dr. appointments today DM. I'm pulling for u./Rg
I agree, "WHY... no talk about the NUMBER ONE QUESTION... What's up with the AUDITING... When did it really start.... when might it be coming out...." The last I heard/read several weeks ago was the Auditor's Engagement Letter has not been released as promised/mentioned by SB. It was being held up because of SB's lawyer's concerns. I don't know what the legal concerns could be. However, I find it curious that the engagement letter issues would take several weeks to resolve, imo. An Engagement Letter basically states the agreement between the auditor and auditee what the intention and responsibilities will be expected by each party. I have not read anything further on the beginning of the audit. Perhaps I missed any additional information regarding the start and projected finish of the audit. If so, I welcome clarification.
Not if you guys all ignore that poster as I did after his second or third post. I thought I checked the box where I can ignore responses too my ignores. I need to recheck that. Apparently not though because I still see people trying to reason with the nonfactual potty mouth poster.
MRJFK67, Tuna is an optimistic person and a great asset to the AMFE board. His positiveness has never wavered. Thank you for your service but I could tell from the way you address people as Sir & MR on the board that you were former military.
Thanks for the info/Rg
Where did you see that RotoGro products are made in China..shipped to company for assembly?
You got one Toad. Congrats.
To be honest with you I'd be happy to see the auditors engagement letter at this point.
That was my follow up comment TJG. An audited Q & K are the only definitive documents investors have to rely on. You are right either way he goes he will be criticized. Agree Q over Q & Y over Y the company is doing very well. Personally I'm waiting for the audited Financials. Cheers.
Yes. The majority of the PR's state a time period when a sale or shipment will occur. It's nice to hear/read but that's an assumption or forecast at best. In addition to a forecast what I'm looking for is, we have shipped 500 units/month to the customer with 6 dealerships in Western PA. To me that is more meaningful. Or perhaps simply state that we shipped 500 units last month. That way we can have some idea how the company is shaping up Revenue wise. A PR stating what we actually performed/shipped and the new sales info is one best way to attract new investors and increase PPS, IMO.
OK Thanks, TJG. I've read most of the PR's since 4/17 and I don't remember seeing much shipping info, but I'll reread them.
It's not REVENUE until the product is shipped and booked. Until then it's just a number mentioned in a PR.
That's not completely true. I am long and want to see a BIG PR to grow my investment in ONCI. However, these generic PR's are not going to do that. Yes I understand the total of all the PR's may be significant but in all honesty I don't remember seeing PR's that such and such purchase has actually shipped which is when REVENUE is recognized and booked. Now I could have missed the shipments PR's & tweets ,if so someone can enlighten me. Thanks.
I agree. This PR is disappointing and contains little info to really be excited about with the exception of the race car owner. Nothing I would consider BIG in this PR, IMO
