Thanks for that great info!
Sure like the sound of that!
those parts are intricate and demand long term strength—Liquidmetal?!
The maze and the $63,000,000 investment into liquidmetal show that team Lugee is real. As do the patents and the parallel license agreement that was blessed by Apple. Go team Lugee!
Exactly. Great post
Go team Lugee!
That is unbelievably impressive. Those parts are so small and intricate. Gives me hope for that airpods max hinge.
Thanks!
Thanks! That’s great info. Any data on how the data and power pass through the hinge?
Close up and zoom able Airpods max hinge pics. Perfect liquidmetal application!

Thanks!
Glad to help.

no one said they were financing LK
It is however a fact that LQMT is significantly financing some other entity which is a classified as level two for the debt. Perhaps you should research what the definition of level 2 debt constitutes.
Now, it is plausible that whatever corporation that LQMT financed needed the cash for working capital or cap-ex for equipment for a manufacturing contract. If LQMT financed it, it’s also plausible that it was done for a sales contract that LQMT initiated. At these levels, that would be a whale.
There is no chance in hell, without significant repercussions from the BOD, LI, and stockholders that LQMT would invest into an unrelated company at a level 2 security.
OK, just found a link to the LQMT maze: https://s3.amazonaws.com/rooms-prod-uploads/p3YfwNv2Uq.0.jpeg
It's part of the maze...someone had a pic/diagram of the maze, if you could share with usaskull it'd be appreciated. at one time this was pinned to the board, but it was removed for some reason.
Yama--here are links to the analysis of Liquidmetal's debt securities.

Notice the sizeable increase in level 2 debt securities....they went nearly all in on this investment! Machines, raw materials, blended working capital....looks like a good leading indicator. Now that LK Technology is blowing up, I'm betting that these are related!
I posted a spreadsheet at the other site. I’m working now but will be glad to expand on this later.
Strong possibility that the debt securities financed those machines.
Damn. That’s beautiful.
Foxconn has an amorphous metal division! Nice find!!! That is 100% Apple.
Man, I wish I knew! So hard to tell at that angle.
Love that pic....also shows liquidmetal USA origin of 106C, which is outside of crucible.
pay attention to the INTERNAL pics I provided links for and directly mentioned...not the EXTERNAL parts you referenced. good luck.
All Liquidmetal investors need to look at these pics (below) of the Apple Air Pods Max hinge mechanism. In addition to the complexity of the metal parts and the electromechanical properties of some of them, also note the springs. These parts are a perfect example of a "lighthouse product" as mentioned in the liquidmetal blog on 12/24/2020. I believe the working capital to make these parts was financed via debt securities that were significantly increased in the 3Q. Take a look for yourself and ask yourself why bromage, li, and the board of directors agreed to the sizeable increase in debt securities during the 3Q--there must have been a whale of a contract to support this change in liquidity/cash position. I think this is it. Make your own conclusions, don't ask me any questions, this is just my speculation.

Some were, but not even close to the levels we saw in 3Q. check out the increase in the 3Q. It jumped incredibly. I’ve posted a spreadsheet a few weeks ago on the other site.
Debt securities gents. This is the smoke before the fire. Look at historical levels and compare to Q3.
Exactly
Ok that’s friggin awesome!
Bullshit. It’s timely because it’s now production ready.
Very important and timely read: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6265695/
Great find! Thanks for all your DD.
This definition should be pinned to the board
A net of $5 per hinge to LQMT would make LQMT a BILLION dollar company.
The real secret is to not bet on a colt.
Great DD! Thanks for sharing!
