Can we anticipate the partnership announcement tomorrow? It is material news after all.. Can they really wait till Monday?
OR could the deal be contingent on approval and not acceptance? Is that an option?
Hiw much u going to pay me and is naxolne on hand? Lol
He's done pumping.. time to dump for profit.
If this ever hits we'll plan a Ipci fishing trip
I'm guessing the deal is contingent on acceptance of the application. Or do you think its contingent on approval?
I'm assuming that it's either one of those conditions that's holding up the announcement of the deal likely?
Lol exactly
Never mind giving the stock a reputation of that of a pump and dump.
The reality is any news that is deemed material to an investor should be released. If they are telling him that they're in talks then that should of been released because its material news. It definitely affects share price. They're not going to tell him and no one else.
Just like his inside information that BBD is closing a deal soon too. More BS. He's likely pumping for someone else. Anyone with that information doesn't go post it on a message board for people he doesn't know.
Kinda of like the one now?
One thing you can be sure of is they would have to announce it. Aaaaaaand they have not. Aaaaaaand last time they stated there was nothing. Soooooo likely this is like last time which = nothing but hot air.
I guess we just figured out who phrama guy is :P
So is the takeaway on how this 60 day time frame to reply is only if there is something that needs to be fixed and the application is being rejected? Otherwise they should have the letter in hand by day 74?
Thanks..
Not familiar with US classifications.
Here's a question... I think it was mentioned several times that IPCI couldn't go ahead and manufacture rexista on its own because they would need a US manufacturing site due to import restrictions if I recall?
But are they not the sole manufacture and provider for the drugs in the Mallinckrodt deal?
"Additionally, and as part of that agreement, Intellipharmaceutics remains the sole manufacturer and distributor of the licensed products and will be compensated on a cost-plus basis, with Mallinckrodt agreeing that Intellipharmaceutics will be its sole provider of all licensed products marketed in the U.S."
So if that's the case are they all not being manufactured here in Toronto and sold in the US? Are they a different schedule and that's why the import restrictions?
Link to the SEDI report on that topic..

Can't see anything significant except a sale by the Odidi trust in 2015 and purchases when Penna came on.
Mostly option grants. But maybe it makes more sense to you vets. I'm basically a noob. Would this show both TSX and Nasdaq transactions?
If its an intent to sell then maybe its in anticipation of news and a spike?
Could that be with bonuses?
The recent focillan doses approved. Was par first to file?

I have no doubt. He makes it sound as if he's got the cfo's personal cell phone number. I work with a guy who is close friends with the CEO and met him. If I could've got the information he seems to get from a phone call the.last.thing I'd do is talk about it here.
What drives me nuts is all the privet conversations CFO has had with him. All the "sounded negative to me" garbage without ever clearly stating what was said to him. Its always this elusive talk with no specifics.
True, do we have access to the ingredient list for the filing?
On slide 19 did it not say that it was not in the current filing?
Just had a chance to read the presentation.
Anyone notice that we're manufacturing Seroquel? Guessing that means greater profit %
We'll hopefully something new in the presentation. They've all been the same for the most part
I have zero concerns about the blue dye. This would've come up by now if there was an issue with it.
to this I'd say what made more institutions hold it before prior to focillian approval vs now when the company has a much more brighter future?
I know there was some back and forth on this. Do we need to have a manufacture listed before the acceptance?
Whats the max time frame for the acceptance letter again? Are we looking at end of feb?
Let me know when you plan to go. I'm only 25 mins from them maybe I'll meet up.
Looking like a good day ahead so far.
Probably not. Banks are closed and stuff I'm sure.
I wish the US dollar was at par with CAD again. Then I could average down my US holdings. I've averaged down my CAD to put me in green a few % in this range.
Because its a cespool of misinformation, liars, and manipulators.
From what I can see in the agreement Par and IPCI share their revenue on it from whosoever version gets approved. Explains why they haven't issued any updates on it. They were just letting PAR run with it. So this is good news. Hopefully we get a PR soon. Surprised they haven't done so yet.
The run up was because of a bogus buy out rumor... Kinda of like the one being floated here now.
We know its proprietary production tech allows for the drug to be taken above-dose, without inducing overdose, or even an increased impact/euphoria, so that’s a major differentiator if the FDA agrees with the data that supports it.
The 2nd article seems to confuse rexista and oxtenda
Has anyone heard of the identified sites though?

The company has identified potential manufacturing partners and is currently evaluating various manufacturing options for Rexista in the U.S.
Did I miss something?
