AF has been covering biotech for years, he knows damn well a company can’t arbitrarily change endpoints to make their trial pass. If it was that easy, there would be very few failures.

Hopefully, he points this out on the upcoming earnings call. Emphasis that is was a harder endpoint at the FDAs request.

On the subject of trial analysis, after they get the first couple of trials under their belt, will the time to analyze the results become faster and more streamlined or is each trial completely different.?

I’m still a little confused on how they were able to change the “n”, endpoints, and ph2a/3>3 AFTER the trial has already been completed.
They obviously had very positive feedback from the FDA .
Bodes well for an earlier approval then expected.

At least now we have a pretty good idea on what is taking so long to release the TLD.
I think this is a bigger deal than most people realize.

WHAT IF the TGD would have released the RETT data last week still “on time”?
Maybe we would have spiked to $20 something.
Then what? With the market meltdown, we might have been right back in the mid teens anyway?

Don’t want to be a Debbie downer, but I have lowered my near term PPS expectations. I hope I’m wrong but I’m only expecting short term pops from these trial reports.
I think it’s going to take a partnership with a deep pocket BP or revenue to get respect from Wall Street and the media.

With approvals and sales, the PPS should be in the hundreds however!
Longer term, PPS should be mind boggling.

Hopefully with good Avatar results we can get this back up to $20 bucks!
