Its the selling of more stock, than a company may have which is know, as outstanding shares.
Its the same as counterfeiting stock, and in the same class as counterfeiting 100.00 bills.
Macd is close to
showing a touch of purple, and it could be as early as Monday or Tuesday, then it will start up in PPS. Suggest buying if you have any idea to do so, soon.
Also the stow (Red) has just gone down through the green price line. You can look back where the red has gone down through the green, and notice an upturn in PPS followed.
Its all starting to come together soon.

Your correct, people will
worry about not paying more for a stock, than the bid, when they are buying on the feeling that 2,000 % could be made. DUH!
If they bought at the ask, they are helping the PPS move up, which helps themselves, towards the goal of big PPS increases.
I wanted yesterday to add a little. 300,000, just put in at ask. .0007. So it cost me 30.00 extra bucks, but transaction was fast.
Should and it will, it will move to .015+, that 300,000 would be worth 4,500.00. So do I care about the 30.00 extra dollars? 1.5 mil now
To each his own.
Guess a few people seen a 35 million share buy for 700,000, around .02 for nmcx today. Get the feeling here, long awaited news is about to surface.

Not in mine, I called Banc of America, and they stated its the duty of the T/A to send the needed info for ticker change.

Mr. Cox is underway at this time to fight the scam artist, and plans on using U.S. attorneys, and state officials, and prosecutors for prosecuting fraudsters.

Says USXP is thriving
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=9601211
USXP in the news, is thriving
Logistics Introduction
With the fallout of 9/11 still looming large, logistics companies are continually challenged to increase revenue and lower overhead in an effort to survive. Not much is said of the logistics industry in terms of "growth," these days, and that becomes even more evident when considering rising fuel costs. Airlines focusing on cargo, delivery services and freight services are feeling the crunch of an expanding economy that, for the most part, seems to have left them behind. There are some companies, however that are not only surviving, they are thriving. In this edition, Uptick.com focuses on a few such companies and why they have risen above the rest.
Leading Logistics Companies In This Issue, UpTick.com Spotlights:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
United Parcel Service, Inc. (NYSE: UPS) has long been considered a global leader in package delivery and logistics services worldwide. The Atlanta-based company has evolved form a simple package delivery service to a provider of a full suite of supply-chain management services. In addition, the company also provides lending and credit services specifically focused on capital management and logistics. The company's strategic partnership with Mail Boxes Etc. has also given it a strong foothold in the retail postal store market.
FedEx Corporation (NYSE: FDX) provides a number of services including package delivery, logistics, and transportation for consumer packages and larger commercial freight. Through its FedEx Kinko's chain of stores, FedEx also provides document management, mail and printing solutions for individuals and businesses. FedEx also provides supply chain management services for a number of industries, and also is a leader in international custom brokerage and supplying companies with important international trade networks. FedEx's international headquarters are in Memphis, Tenn.
DHL is the world's largest and most experienced international air express network with service to 120,000 destinations in more than 220 countries and territories. DHL maintains its position as the world's leading international air express network by continually expanding and upgrading its network of offices, hubs and gateways, and by offering superior service through a well-trained and dedicated work force.
TNT N.V. (NYSE: TP) is a global provider of mail, express and logistics services. The group employs over 161,000 people in 63 countries and serves over 200 countries. TNT N.V. is publicly listed on the stock exchanges of Amsterdam, New York, London and Frankfurt.
Passionate, dedicated, emotional, maybe even evangelical? Perhaps.
All words that could be used to describe Universal Express (OTCBB: USXP) CEO Richard Altomare. Altomare's fiery passion for his work is evident in the company's results, as Universal Express has quickly become a leader in logistics throughout North America. Perhaps most visible among Universal Express's numerous businesses is its Luggage Express service which allows travelers to send their baggage ahead, risk-free and worry-free to their final destination for a reasonable fee.
"Ever since Cro-Magnon man we've been carrying everything we own on our backs," Altomare says. "If I were around back then I'd be the one trying to convince him that I could ship his stuff for him."
It's that type of passion that makes this experienced company one that is growing as more and more travelers realize the benefit. Altomare isn't flippant about his company's future -- he makes a point of saying that he believes it will take time for Luggage Express to become the household name that he believes it can be.
Altomare notes his company's fantastic relationships are what put it head and shoulders above the rest.
"We are the only one that has 9,000 outlets, 4,000 courier partners, it's clear we are the leader in the industry."
In addition, Altomare is excited about Luggage Express's relationship with Crystal Cruise Lines, which is now offering Luggage Express service as part of their regular ticketing package.
These are the types of relationships Luggage Express is trying to build, and Altomare said he is in continuing negotiations with a number of other travel-related entities with the hopes of offering services through them as well.
With those partnerships solidly in place, and more and more consumers getting the word about the convenience and reliability of Luggage Express, Altomare estimates that Luggage Express can generate revenues in excess of $300,000-400,000 per week, where currently it generates between $100,000-150,000 per week.
To that end, Net Enforcers started a promotion to coincide with last weekend's football championship. During the widely-viewed commercials during the game, Luggage Express asked viewers to call a 1-800 number to point out whenever a piece of luggage was seen in a commercial. The first 10,000 callers would be treated to a free one-way Luggage Express shipment. Altomare saw the promotion as nothing but a positive.
"If we can get 10,000 customers to use the free one way, I'm certain that 60 to 70 percent of them will use it again. I haven't carried bags through airports for two years now, and I can't imagine going back."
In addition to the convenience for passengers, Altomare sees Luggage Express as a permanent solution to many of the ailments that the airline industry suffers. Specifically, he theorizes that a plane that didn't have to load up on cargo could provide quicker, more efficient service and could save hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars in the liability, fuel and staffing needs that come from hauling luggage. This would allow airlines to focus on their core business, moving people.
But Altomare saved the best for last. When it comes to reliability, Luggage Express is second to none. Altomare said that Luggage Express has moved more than 5 million pieces of luggage and has not misplaced one, where most airlines operate at a loss rate of six percent or higher, making not only Luggage Express convenient, but also the most reliable way to move luggage to wherever one's travels might take them.

MLON International Ventures, Inc. Announces Official Launch Date of PayChest Site
MLON International Ventures, Inc. (OTCBB:MLON) is proud to announce an official launch date of Wednesday, February 15, 2006 for its new worldwide payment processing site, PayChest.
"Our site marks a new era in secure, global financial transaction processing," said Alejandro (Alex) Cerda, CEO of MLON International Ventures, Inc., "and I deeply appreciate the energy and devotion demonstrated by our MLON team. We also pay tribute to PayPal for its efforts at building a service based on an existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards. However, PayChest intends to go beyond this somewhat limited market to serve the hundreds of millions of people in countries all over the world who are unable to process credit cards.", Sneak preview http://www.paychest.com/3.0/
The company notes that rigorous Beta-testing of its PayChest site is nearing successful completion along with simultaneous presentations to opinion leaders in the international financial services industry, including the United States, Southeast Asia and China. In addition, marketing initiatives are being readied for their respective launches to the company's global communities beginning in the first quarter of 2006.
About MLON International Ventures, Inc.
MLON is moving into the $34B financial services and global currency markets through its acquisition of PayChest, Inc. via Wall Street Capital, Inc. The market is large and underserved at present, as PayPal, Inc. is only able to provide payment processing in approximately fifty-six countries outside the United States, which means there are significant opportunities for PayChest to become the dominant provider in several hundred countries throughout South America, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and Asia.
PayChest intends to leverage its financial transaction processing services by utilizing a powerful viral marketing method -- each user of our services, be it vendor or consumer, will require others to use the service in order to complete a financial transaction. Another tremendous accelerant for our new business model is the growth and acceptance of eCommerce -- the global Internet community is more than one billion in size and projected to reach two billion within the next ten years. Beta site: http://www.paychest.com/3.0/ From February 15th, PayChest's new home will be www.paychest.com.
This release contains forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Securities Litigation Reform Act. The statements reflect the company's current views with respect to future events that involve risks and uncertainties including uncertainties related to successful negotiations with other parties, closing of transactions, capital availability, operational and other risks, uncertainties and factors described from time to time in the company's publicly available SEC reports. In light of these risks and uncertainties, the forward-looking events described in this release might not occur.

O/T, but maybe not, this
stock BKMP is doing the same as AZTM.
A little birdie months ago, told me to buy AZTM, for no reason other, I have been buying.
I noted the bashers were excessive on RB when the price was around .0015. After the PPS moved down to around .0004, bashers were gone. The price in one day went to .0001, for some time. Tryed to buy more @ .0002, but could not fill. (In my opinion ) Shorts were covering as they found out AZTM was going to be moving.
Then yesterday, opened @ .0001, closed @ .001, 1,000% gain.
Come to find out, Aztm hub board, this came out yesterday, AZTM bought a search engine for revenues, and to post on the website, the mining operations.
