I forgot to mention that management owns or than 50 percent of the outstanding stock of this company as well.
The SCA drug they have no other competitor. Their glutamic platform for depression may
be real big. In addition
it maybe useful in a number of other disease indications.
It seems they have best and brightest and they have the finances though I don't know how much Port gages interest was diluted from the 48 percent stake they already ha
d unless Boi havens capital structure has two classes of stock. Voting for the original equity owners in the original class A financing and non voting
in another class of stock.
If the two phase 3 trials they initiated hits
one or the other or even one with a zero chance,a 50 percent chance a 100 percent chance to be sucessful. The stock price will stay where it is at present price, double in price for one sucessful. It trial ,triple in price or blue sky if both trials are successful.Any other info or thoughts are appreciated
Anyone have any idea how the appeal for
clearing the infringement on their suboxone film product is ptogressing.
It this is cleared and there is progress on their tadofil [Cialis] film product I am sure
that with these catalysts we will never see under $1.00 again.
New presentation from Intell
igenixjust out!
HI
Anyone just see the new form 8K filed for a CNS tablet with Chemo?
Portage just did a spinout of their dry eye drug into a separate o[pthamlic compnay.
They own wholly own PPL and partly own Sentinen and have a stake in a compnay called Biohaven in qhich they owned almost 48 percent which also owns part of another compnay
that has pioneering drug work of a doctor from Yale.
I understand previously prior to theri latest round of funding of $80M Biohaven was valued
at about $ 130 M because they have two phase 3 drugs that they were initiating.
As a result the the $ 80M funding whose sponsors wes Pfizer and Bristol Myers Squibb
and Venrock( Rockefeller venture fim) .I think their equity interest un Biohaven mayhave dropped in an equity share in the 30 percent range.
DIfficult say what Biohaven is valued at now since this funding but probably over $130M
Forty eight percent ownership of Biohaven of $130 M translates into approximately $62.4M
If after the $ 80M funding Biohaven is valued at $ 200M they own 35 perecent equity
this would equal $70M
When you compare the sum of the parts of this company it is not apparent that at $.13 per share and the stocks market cap of $32.9M
Question is how wil and when will this value be realized by Mr Market?
I wish they would consider a share exchange with someone in the woound care business like a fellow texas compnay
in San Antonio called Kinetic COncepts.
The are almost in the same similar business and would
be a nice add for a business such as theirs
They gross almost $2B and loads of cash about $250M
Exchange their shares for ours in a share swap at a nice
IPO price of $10-$15 per share with no cash and everyone wins everyone wins!
Any comments please?

We have been burned by Madoff?
I was reading a story about naked shorting and guess whose name came up in the articles Bernie Madoff.
He got passed with the NASDAQ the Madoff Rulle and the doing away of the uptick rule.
.
You can view these artiicles on who was involved and it is
a list of who's who ,famous miscreants and the mob.
These articles can be viewed at www.deeprecapture.com
Anyone for comments on this as to whether this has
happened to CTGI?

What did DOn say 2 weeks ago?

If you look at the same 10Q as of 9/30/08,LTC preferred ed shares that were not issued as of that date were valued
at $1.37 per share by an independent valuation firm.
They were supposed to be issued for $1 per LTC preferred share
with all of the losses and debts and converttible notes
and etc.
I do not know if these shares have been issued since or the details of the valuation.
In addition there has been a lot of stock based compensation and stock for note conversions that utiliized no cash
for over $3M plkus whichle they got from Empire initially
$3 M and another extension of another $3M totalling over $6M.
It maybe a false assumption that they are out of cash
since they have done note conversions in the past.
No officers or part of managment have sold their stock
and there are only 55,000 shown as being short currenlty
So is there someone related to their recent financing
shorting this convertible note in Canada or on the Berlin exchange?
It is typical when a convertible note is issued that the
issuer will short the stock to limit their losses by locking in their stock value.
So who is the big bad wolf?

BBhuey
Fox,
I think he loves to irrittate us several times every day
and rub salt into a sore wound already
He won' sell me his stock at $.06. or $.08 but it doesn't hurt tio try.
Maybe he should make himself usefull and join Obama's team
and get stimulated to help bailout the banks and the markets.
Then he could make enough money to take a "golden parachute " or a "golden shower" out of this stock and into his next penny stock .
Regads,
bbhey
Big Brian,
Do you want to sell today? I will be buying all the way
down to $.06
If I buy your shares at $.06 promise
promise you will get off this board and not have anymore disparaging remarks about this stock.
On second thought maybe you will agree to
buy them back from me at a higher price 3 months from now when LTC announces its first transaction since you are
short this stock.r..
How about it lets make a deal? t

Let me know when you o want to sell your shares
I will put in my order to buy!.

Christine,
I hope you are right with getting good news soon next week..
At these prices it is ridiculous for what CTGI to be $.11 mit
has n 40 patents and 31 granted already good in
many of the major countries including U.S.,Canada,
Australia,Japan and China and a estimated possible $3.5 Billion market to tap into.
Generator and 2 tools already approved both in the EU and FDA
with many more tools in the pipleine
Experienced management and worldwide sales peoplessales people
All they have to do is to bring it forward to be able to break
into these markets for a launch or sale or joint venture marketing deal.
Just one news release like that would break the back of these shorts while we watch these roaches run for cover
by having to buy back their shares
I know Japan would love to have this in their hospitals since they are against blood transfusions and very sensitive
about blood loss.
My guess is that CTGI HQ needed some money to start their
other CO2 technology and resorted to this type of dilutive
financing to get a sense of how the markets winds are blowing
before they continue with further financing with LAJolla
shose agreement prohibited to short selling. Now they have shown us their M.O.
Nevertheless it mysteriously happened seemingly initiated by unknown perps. .
BUt the "Sith Lords" as in the Overstock
stock shorts got involved becuase they picked up the scent of blood in our little stock.
Meanwhile the company and shareholders suffer from these actions
I think that the other money s from the merchant bank
$ 8 Million or so was specifically allocated for the
LTC subsidairy for their specific business and no other use outside of the LTC subsidiary that is my guess.
Best to All CTGI Longs!
Regards,
bbhuey
Big Brian,
I told you it is the market makers and others shorting
the breath out of the stock even though in the last financing it said the parties are not to short that doesn;t prevent
anybody else like the market makers who are exempt.
Other people have bought this stock at much bought at much higher prices .
A lot of other people have lost their their jobs and are unemployed while businesses are closing.
Maybe you should have bought Citigroup for #120
and that now it is $3 or invested your money with Bernie Madoff or other investment fund managers who committed suicide over what he did to them
You invest in a development stage penny OTC Bulletin Board stockotck what do you expect a blue chip stock in this economic environment for pennies?
Most penny stocks fail because of excessive dilution
because it is difficult for them to raise capital.
When all stocks are down 40-50 percent and the banks and equity financing is non-existent.
CTGI Management has their hands full in order to execute their business plan in this environment they are swimming in a pool of sharks and alligators
If you are not happy with the stock and not willing to ride it out sell it now!
bbhuey
.
I agree CTGI is underpriced.
I think the market makers who do not have to file
a Form 4 or a report on their shorting activities are to balme
The volume for the past two weeks has been a out of the ordinary in excess of 60,000 shares that was normally traded
per day
It basically boils down to faith in management
and faith in the technoloigy and faith in their execution of the business plan
Either you o believe and hold pr or you don't and sell the stock I am sure there are many other simialr opportunities
in the market
I imagine DOn and mgt. has their hands full and probably
are busy dealing with trying to advance the business plan
and the value of the company forward
It wuold be quite easy for Don to sell the entire company nay for a mere pittnace to satisfy these debts I have seen it many other companies and it is always at the shareholders expense.
I have not seen any indication that Management has given up on this company when they are so close to introduction and with
the success of the clinincal trials in Russia of over
10m0 surguries.
Shit happens and then you get over it!
regards,
bbhey
Look at the bright side the market makers that have unlmited
shorting ablilies and that don't have to report because they are exempt.
Theiraaablity to profit from our misery is almost over since the price is getting closer to zero.
All we have to have is one surprise announcement and they will
get their tails burned depending upon how many shares that
they have.
At this point I don' t even think it would have to be news on any sales.
Hopefully the games will come to and end soon.
Regards,
bbhuey

In November 2008 it was about 41M shares with a 28M share float the rest owned by insiders

I have looked at the structure of this company very carefully
and it it has cost them over $24M and 9 years to get where it is today to get the legals for the patents filed ,the clinical trials and the doctors on staff in Russia to devote their time and to get the FDA and EU and EU approvals
The puny market cap is ridiculous especially with the small float
The Berlin naked shorters have moved into this stock
and choking the breath out of our little stock
Tthe vet thing may seem easy it takes resources away and
attention to the heart of your markket.
If these shorters are in fact playing games here with our stock we as legitimate shareholders must get together r
to stop them from killing our stock.
We have gold and platinum in the technology that our little company has but it needs capital and a good stock price as currency to be able to further their product into this
multi-billion dollar market against the majors.
The way this recession proof medical device stock has been acting it is almost worthless like PBLS that turned out to be
what the worst of an investors nightmare investment would be.
Since a lot of this stock is owned in street name the firms that we buy through can lend our shares to these bums and allow them to do what they are doing to us.
To prevent these shenanagins I heard that it is possible to request to have the shares issued directly to the shareholders
to prevent this abuse.
Anyone have any other ideas as to help stop the shorters in their tracks??
Regards,
bbhuey
Anyone have any suggestions?

We already have a joint venture for an miniscus to miniscus sealing machine with an unknown partner who will reimburse the company for 75% of the development costs .
We have not heard of any progress yet as on mentioned in the last 10Q filed on 9/30/08.
Alliances with strong partners can be beneficial to our
fledgling little company especially if it can get in the door with the surgeons who make the decisions.
IBM has marketing alliance partners and so does Sysco Foods.
Why not CTGI.
Every little bit helps if you are a fledgling company.

I don;t know if this is possible but imagine being able
incorporate this toghether with ISRG 's robotic surgery.
ISRG has over $1Billion in cash and invcestments and no debt
ISRG has the inroads with the same people to sell this
to the surgeons.
Any thoughts?

confirmed d last night.
Lets see how she reacts today low volume today

ISRG is going up over potential takeover rumors was over $300
per share was below $100 and now $111 per share.
They have over $1 Billion in assets and no debt.
Does anyone think this would make a good fit with CTGI?

I was going over the 10K and read that l:TC also has
to pay all of these fees.
1.LTC must pay a mgt.fee of $200k on the date of the filing of the s-1 for the IPO
2.Pay IAW cost of $4oK per month starting 8/1/08
for research and development work till 8/1/09 totalling $488K
3. Pay a $300K fee for FDA clearance of the 510K payable
10/18/08
4.RRepayment of note between the two companies for 8 % annually beginning 8/1/08
5.Payment of 2% gross royalty of manufacturing price
triggered by the $220K sales payable 10/18/08
6.Payment of $60K for reimbursement of costs for the Kiev
office.
While we do not know to what extent the company has paid for these fees with only $103K in cash on the books in Sept 2008
It appears that based ypon the timelines given that most of these may have been satisfied already except the first
item the fee and costs associated with the filing with
the s-1 for the IPO
If my guess is correct we are getting very close to having
something happen but the slience from DON and company is
deafening and this lack of transparency may affect
his IPO sales success.
Any thoughts?

This appears to be about 4 M shares additional to
keep all of the balls in the air out of a total authorized
shares of of 80 M to pay for salaries, rent, and other expenses such as the judgement or potential note default. note default.
So far I estimate that a little over a 1M shares have been
sold into the market to raise cash that started last Thursday
or Friday.
Don has always used good judgment in the use of money
but has never been reflected in the market value of the stock.
We have FDA and EU approval and over 13 registered patents
and were at less than $.10 price per share..n as
Don has an financial services background for over 26 plus years so far until now he has demonstrated a great deal of prudence in handling the compnay's finances.
Yet in this market environment where you have a credit crisis
ponzi schemes, bank bailouts, and equity market turmoil it
lends itself to be a trying time to raise cash if you are a
developmental startup company that needs money for the most important ingredients manufacturing, inventory and marketing .
The way this market has been treating shareholders has been
trying on all of our nerves we can only hope to wait for some some good news now.
All the Best
bbhuey
I think was about 41 M shares plus before.
Regards,
bbhuey
Sorry for the error, it is 45 Million shares issued and outstanding.
Regards,
bbhuey
I called the transfer agent and got someone that said that
the estimated issued and outstanding of CSMG Technologies is
45,0000,000 shares.
Anyone have any comments?
Regards,
bbhuey
Has anybody checked with the stock transfer agent
or know their name and telephone number to check out
what the number of shares are currently issued and outstanding?
If we knnew this then we would know who the culprit
for this extra selling we have experienced. The company
or the mysterious "Sith Lords" of shorting.
Regards,
bbhuey
Joe,
Wish you all the best and many blessings.
Hopefully this decrease in shareholders value
will be multiplied one thousand fold once when we find out
what they are spending the money on.

-If CTGI is not in default with La Jolla and elects to stay in there and hang in there would not have been such a dramtic
sell off of CTGI shares .
I would think that if CTGI shares were issued to LaJolla they
would have held onto their shares since LAJolla would have
a better idea based upon representations to them of their
future prospects and what and how soon things were supposed to happen in 2009.
On the other hand there could be a simple explanation that CTGI need money to pay either their overhead such as rent
salaries ,legal expenses ,judgement satisfaction or
marketing or money to start up
the Co2 carbon capture subsidiary and is only temporary.
Maybe a better thing would have been to have a private
placement to all of the existing shareholders attached
with a warrant to buy the shares at a certain price into the future based upon certain milestones they expect to accomplish
Just my thoughts any other thoughts

Steve1,
The last sentence seems to be a backwards implied defualt
if the stock price is less than $.25 and deals with the stock price not the payment.
it can be payment to start a default or it could be the stock price below a certain level.
Regards,
bbhuey
Steve1,
I didn't that portion in the 8K where did you get it?
In the 8k it says that "CSMG has the right to prepay
any amount that Lajolla elects to to convert if CSMG's stock
is less than $.38 per share by making a payment of 118%
of the dollar amount converted."
In the 8k it also states"commencing 6 months from the date of the first secured note in an amount not less than $250,000 so long as THERE IS NO EVENT OF DEFAULT as defined under the first convertible debenture and that that the average volume
weighted average price of CSMG's stock is not less than $.25
per share for every period of ten consecutive trading days
during the termof the note".
It appear that we are in that default period where the stock
is less than $.25 we are in the soup.
To pay for the $125,000 advanced to CSmg plus 6 percent interest CSMG would have to sell at least enough shares
to meet the payment of 118 of $125k that equlas $147.5K
divided by an average price of $.20 per share would equal about 737,500 shares that would need to liquidated to raise cash to payback La Jolla if that is what is happening.
I don;t know if that is for sure if that is what is happening
but the volume of shares on sell side is intimidating
to say the least on no apparent news and for no logical
reason.
Regards,
bbhuey
.
The only reason that can explain this stock action is that
they maybe in default on the $1.5M which got $125-$250K when the price the stock falls below $25-$.38 you would need a shitload of shares at these prices to buy them back for cash at these prices over 800K shares at 118% of value if that is what happening.
This is only a guess but we won't have an explanation until the dust clears or the company issues a newsrelease.
Or someone be naked shorting the stock on the Berlin exchange to drive everyone out of the stock at cheap prices when they know in Europe what this technolgy can do and have had over 10,000 successful surgeries and a matter of time before it gets traction in the medical markets?
The Ukrainian device was a universal sealer that did all of these different tissue welding across all surgeries.
It appears in an effort to make more money they retooled
the device to be separated into separate devices that
took extra time in developing and getting approvals approvals for.
Meanwhile the markets are moving fast and furious and the whole market for equities and credit financing changes
from a growing economy to a recession bailout depression.
Only time will tell whether Don and Frank made the right decisions and that will depend on how well the medical
world perceives their product upon launch
The way this stock has been reacting lately has been frustrating to all of us to say the least
9.
I have been here for over 2 years and have never seen a
seller have that many shares to sell unless it is an insider or the company and not an institution.
Has anyone talked to the trasfer agent to get the current humber of shares outstanding
Does anyone know if they are in default situation how long do they have before they are required to file an 8 K like on the the $726K judgement which they have not disclosed whether or not they will appeal it or not?
I think they hired the PR firm expecting things to happen
and got hit with the poor market dynamics for the equity
markets and seem slow on the draw since the last letter to shareholders on any new news that has some doubts
Naturally managment's silence since then has been disappointing to shareholders
Regards,

Ever watch Star Trek and the technology they used on the show.
They had a hand communications device like a cell phone. .
Today we have that technology.
They had a medical device that was capable of scanning
scanning the body and another device held over the body
the healed people.
As each day goes by there is new technology that is commercialized to heal people.
Hopefully we are shareholders of such a company
As captain Kirk would say"Beam me up Scotty" with an increase in sharwe price
All CTGI holders are lookiung to be rewareded for
the risk they have taken in investing in this company
even though right now it is unclear of the direction we
are going in.
Yet does Macy's tell Gimbels what they are doing? before they
do it.
