Bad timing. Looks like an easy 10 bagger from here.
With the share structure as it is, this could easily get to 0.1
> Shorters are saved by the sec.
I can't imagine being dumb enough to believe a conspiracy theory like that.
So make a call and find out if you care that much.
Doesn't change a thing, in my view.
> In any event, do you have any information as to whether, as a result of yesterday's Hearing, anyone who bought shares BEFORE the Bankruptcy still retains those shares?
I don't. But I don't think it's relevant either.
> What prompted the pps to go to .0008 a few weeks ago?
No idea. But I don't see any scenario in which the PPS rises to that price ever again, short of a pump and dump.
A few weeks ago.
> Some are going to find something wrong no matter what this Company puts out
And others are going to unreflectively think that everything is right, no matter what this Company puts out.
PPS is down 20% in pre-market. So more people right now seem to disagree with the 'everything is awesome' line than agree with it. But I'm sure everyone here will be 'buying those cheapies'. (Just like how they bought the 'cheapies' at 2x, 3x and 4x the present PPS.)
> and of course your arguements
better than your spelling.
Illiterate and innumerate.
> you are so right, i bet when people looked at amazon when they were losing millions said. wow, these guys are losing millions they are going no where
That's a really awful argument, and you should stop using it, because it makes you look dumb. Not every company losing millions will be the next amazon.
If you have some good arguments to offer, that's great. But if you can't even tell the difference between a good argument and a bad argument, I recommend silence.
> its ok, you keep looking backwards and i will keep looking forward
The only way to look forward is on the basis of the evidence we have at present. Otherwise, you are just making shite up, and guessing / hoping.
14 million was expected. 10 million is a very small YOY increase.
> there are companys out there at this price that dont even have revenue so
There's that usual crappy argument - some other shitty company has a sky high valuation, so why can't this one?
If you want to make a serious case for a company, stay away from that crappy argument.
Huge miss as far as revenues go. This will probably tank tomorrow.
You guys didn't sell then?
Why does that warrant a 500M market cap?
Agreed. A lot of people here clearly have no experience dealing with pennystocks that go through bankruptcy.
> ALERTED-( has been )- watch for buying-- FYI! Trade accordingly.
What does that mean?
probably the latter given the small volume.
Agreed. Those PRs didn't have any meat in them and won't resolve the natural skepticism many have about this company. Until we get real results, that's where we'll be.
I believe he is still in prison.
Lol. 15 years ago, their split adjusted price was about $40,000, compared with today's $0.06. So all that selling of shares has been a failure for them (they still can't make money without dilution, and only pull in tiny revenues), and obviously a failure for the shareholders as well. Perhaps that was your point.
Book value is irrelevant when you dilute, do a RS, then raise the AS the way this company does.
Yes, exactly - the sky is not falling.
One always has to be on the look out for toxic financing and out of line dilution, as those are what kills 99% of pennystocks - even ones that might look like they are decent businesses. I don't think we're seeing that yet though.
I'm not crazy about this deal either, but it is definitely *not* toxic financing.
> Going .50-$1 fast super low share structure
Lol. That's just a lie.
Authorized Shares
15,000,000,000
03/10/2020
Outstanding Shares
13,064,192,525
03/10/2020
If you really think that's a 'super low share structure', then you know nothing.
A lot of worthless crap in the OTC has been soaring, and is now plummeting back down to where it came from. Some good stocks are being hurt in the process. The quality stocks will rebound, and the worthless garbage will not.
No, it needs an actual business plan and a financial update.
> This will only go up up up
Lol. It's already red.
> People forget, IHSI was a big plan of Obama’s administration.
That's not true in any sense of the word. In fact, that is basically a big lie. Perhaps some people on this board will be stupid enough to believe what you said in spite of the complete lack of evidence, but beyond that, I think you won't get much traction.
> It means this 38 million shares can not be sold at a price less than .1285
That figure is not correct.
I don't think the .1285 figure is right; do you have a link?
> LMAO there’s a room of millennials that buy everyday
Oops ... they seem to be selling though! The PPS has lost 3/4 of its value in a few weeks!
> Will take several months but will hit .01. Then by June 2021 .87.
Hysterical! That would give the company about a 10 billion dollar valuation. You realize that they are basically revenue-less?
Anyone who pays any attention to targets like that is completely financially illiterate.
Because the company is basically worthless.
Glad I sold at 20. Sorry for the people at that time who believed the bullish lies people like me were saying at the time. I'm happy to have taken your money though.
Basic DD would have saved you.
And that 5 million dollar debt is class 1, as the posted documents show.
I don't understand the bullish case at all. There's a bit of denial of reality going on here - either that or just plain financial ignorance.
One can't compare apples and oranges. In the case of CLWD the number of shares being sold is massive, and they are available for sale immediately.
Class 10 means shareholders will get nothing.
> The fed and state governments have their eyes all over this company and will not permit shenanigans to even occur.
Yes, but any sale will likely be accompanied by a massive RS that will kill whatever little shareholder value there is. That's not 'shenanigans'.
