"This would be big news if it was from NNLX." If it was you would be questioning why we haven't heard from an independent source. Which is it or in your mind it doesn't matter. When every bit of positve news is met with a negative comment it makes one question if you don't have an agenda. No one is always NEGATIVE or positive without an agenda.
I believe the last pr stated we currently sell in the us and uk. It may be they are developing relationships hoping to generate future sales. Nothing to indicate seling to anyone else as of the pr. I believe Saudi sales have just begun or have not yet started but are preparing to start. Don't get over excited but it's ok to get a little excited
I'm in to but, every day it gets harder. With the amount of recent volume, selling, you would think the co would put out something to keep the longs around unless they don't have anything. For the life of me if they are selling, it's time to let us know before we drift further or is that part of a plan? Weed out the weak and buy up the shares. Not a way to run a railroad.
Without any REAL news we rely on wishful thinking and false hope. All recent pr's and updates have done nothing other than prolong the anxiety. I remain hopeful and anxious.
The amount in question was $2, not $20.
It pains me to says this but I suggest you reread the Dec 20 2010 PR and compare the two. The recent PR says nothing as reflected in the stock trading activity. Might have been better to have said nothing at all. Hope I'm wrong and was looking for a release with some meat on the bones.
Please read or reread my post #8281 and respond as to what material information was released. If no one can, it might be time to change the subject in this discussion.
Please provide proof that any "material" information was provided or acted upon.
"The SEC adopted new Rules 10b5-1 and 10b5-2 to resolve two insider trading issues where the courts have disagreed. Rule 10b5-1 provides that a person trades on the basis of material nonpublic information if a trader is "aware" of the material nonpublic information when making the purchase or sale. The rule also sets forth several affirmative defenses or exceptions to liability. The rule permits persons to trade in certain specified circumstances where it is clear that the information they are aware of is not a factor in the decision to trade, such as pursuant to a pre-existing plan, contract, or instruction that was made in good faith."
"Rule 10b5-2 clarifies how the misappropriation theory applies to certain non-business relationships. This rule provides that a person receiving confidential information under circumstances specified in the rule would owe a duty of trust or confidence and thus could be liable under the misappropriation theory."
If the products are as
good as validated by the external 3rd party and the packaging as good as stated by the co, is a buyout in the cards for the co? This begs the question. Who besides the current stockholders, web viewers or board followers even know we exist. For years it has been reported others have shown interest in the products. It may be they have not yet been sufficently impressed. Now I take the co at it's word, but then again I'm not looking to buy a co nor do I have a direct need for it's products. I'm invested. With the result times reported and shelf life proclaimed I'd be shouting off the roof tops. I don't doubt for a minute the co is selling something, but how much? No one even the ones who bought in the beginning can be pleased with our current sp status. All the pumping or bashing on a board is meaningless. Texas Medical or our 3rd party don't control the co and their statements will do nothing. It's not there job to run this co but, just validate results. Our sales team might as well be replaced by a co phone order taker. Maybe that is our sales and marketing team. I support the mission and not selling, just don't understand the co logic.
Your original
post was spot on, no harm, no foul. If anything should have been deleted it was mine. opinion only.
We don't need
a PR but an update sure woud be nice before we drop to .10. For the life of me I can't understand wht we haven't heard anything. I hope it's not because there is nothing to say. Can anyone justify why so silent?
End of q4 may be to little to late. Last published update was in Aug almost 90 days ago. One would think some information may stablize the drip, drip, drip and give longs a morsel of hope. Without something I'll build a stash for single digits. Hard to believe nothing postive has happened in almost 90 days.
Why I would chose to lisence.
"... is your invention ready for commercialization, ready to make and sell, and you have determined that sales would be good, and that you want royalties, then licensing is probably the better choice for you."
Not cute at all but a possibility and more likely than not. Until a credible public endorsement is made or a strong update is posted, all I can do is to keep buying until this breaks or busts. Betting on breaks.
Parents:
Do you still believe nnlx will reach $2 per share by year end and if so, why or if not, why not. I don't see this as achieveable baring a buyout. Please explain your reasoning. I don't see anything happening for at least another year and only if sales can justify such an opinion. Would be nice if your right but just don't see it.
Hmm. Patents
I may be mistaken but aren't numerous co patents assigned to nnlx invented by Dr Gazenko while employed with the co. Have no way of knowing but stock for the assignment seems to be fair compensation. Maybe 1818 will go after Dr Gazenko. Doubt it. BB could have lisenced in lieu of assingment but no he assigned it and I believe he did right by the co and himself. Just as it should be.
Assignment
An assignment is irrevocable.
An assignment involves the sale and transfer of ownership of the patent by the assignor to the assignee.
This transfer of ownership is permanent and irrevocable.
Just as when any other asset or property is sold, its sale results in the former owner being permanently divested of that ownership.
Tomorrow is the last trading day of the 2013 summer season. Without any news we can expect nothing more than a slow drip, drip, drip.
Volume leads me to believe that good news is not that far away. We may be coming into our own.
Big Pharma has a lot of cash and buy outs and mergers should be coming in the near future. Also a safe haven if the dow goes south. And that's how I see it.
I would like to think the need for cash is not for the day to day operations, but for planned expansion. The recent update seems more like talking point for new cash rich investors. At least I would like to think so. The photo on the web site facilities page of product, 205 per carton, 500 cartons is a good indication of sales and hopefully a recurring order.
I think equally disturbing is "...announced its..." I would read the use of "its" to mean the companies. Who ever puts these together needs to make sure it says what it's supposed to mean. At this point with a limited staff and people wearing many hats, this is what happens. I'll give them a pass this time. We are under the microscope, no room for errors.
Would not the initial patent filing list the owner. I might be talking out of place, but could and agreement have been made for Bert to own the patent and have to co apply for and pay for the patent with the understanding the co would have an exclusive license assigned for their payment.
