Lizzy and Tina might stand to lose too much income if a democrat is elected .... they might legalize prostitution and tax it.

And fortunately, a loony lib controls deleting posts! HAHAHAHA.
Actually, I'm more of a libertarian. The republican party is about as far away from it's original foundations as the democrats.

24 pt drop in the ES since the hod. Unreal. eom
Holy gap and crap
You know who I actually think would make the best president for this country? And I would vote for a constitutional ammendment for him to run?
Arnold.

Where's godzilla when you need him!
Bet I got you to do a spit take on that one
precisely!
Shows what you know brig. Not an obama fan at all.

Some traders take money from the market, others give it to the market. Survival of the fittest.

Man has tried to ignore the first rule of nature
survival of the fittest.
Herds of animals thin themselves naturally to protect the strong, based on available food sources.
Man has gone the other way - don't thin the herd, just produce more. But at what cost?
Buzz
Which is exactly why new super viruses, cancers, etc form. Nature is fighting back.
We are the top of the food chain, the smartest, the strongest, the top of the survival list. Ultimately, however, we are not the greatest power of earth. Nature is, and it will take care of itself. If we do too much damage to the environment and other species, nature will find a way to exterminate us. Or we may do that all on our own.
Buzz
You just qualified for the polar bear feeding list.
Brig, you stupid fuck, you are always ROFL, ususally half passed out in your own peuk, so you don't need to post ROFL.
Buzz
I think he might have been joking as well. eom
ignore is the root word of ignorance
Yep. As a parent, I really think more about my children's future than what's gonna make it easier for me the next few years.
As humans, we have a responsibility to protect this planet - we are the top of the food chain.
While new drilling may not do much if any damage, the point is, a few hundred years from now, the supply/demand on oil will no longer make it a cost effective, or renewable, energy source. so NOW is the time to look forward. And what we should have learned is, oil was a temporary energy solution for humans for a VERY short amount of our history in the overall scheme of time. Now it's time to think longer term, and realize the lessons we learned from oil/coal like don't pollute our planet.

Well done, and you've just been banned from MY board.
I love when they have to close a beach for a few days cause of sewage overflow. So pleasant to think I'm out in human waste. Don't order fish this weekend raw, no telling what you're eating.

Rumor has it cindy and sarah both go both ways, so you can bet mccain will not last 4 years.

Then give them the equivalent of the same tax break exxon got.
I bet there's plenty of hungry polar bears who wouldn't mind eating those poor people, which would help out the economy by getting worthless scum off welfare. That's my plan, round up all the homeless fucks in los angeles and feed them to the polar bears. Get these assholes off every street corner, lower the welfare tax burden. If you can't cut it as a human, you get fed to the polar bears.
Buzz
You say 100 years like it's a long time. In the overall scheme of this planet, humans have done more damage in 100 years than in the 10,000 years preceding. Oh, but we still have food on the table. What about the next 100 years? Where will we be.
Buzz
Shortsighted. 4 years ago, the gov. cut back on developing hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. You want to know why?
They determined the cost to drive was the equivalent of 3.04 per gallon. At the time, gas was about 1.50. How good would that 3.04 look now?
Shortsighted thinking worsens problems. We need to think longer term, and oil ain't it.
Buzz
congrats on the addition, btw. I hope mom and baby are doing well!!!

go fuck yourself
I love the pompous attitude of humans regarding our view of protecting the ecology of this planet. FUCK it, if we drop a few species along the way, so be it. All so I can drive my fucking hummer. Any other problems, we'll figure out a way to fix it. The bees are all dying? Who gives a shit, little fucker stung me last week. What do you mean we need them for pollenation, and 50% of the worlds vegetation wouldn't exist except for bees. Fuck that shit, we can clone vegetables.
Tell you what, go tell this guy how the liberals are full of shit. There's under 3000 of them left in the world, cause abalone fisherman got sick of them eating their catch:

Is that mike guy still around or did you guys take care of him while I was gone.

hello hotty
just the opposite. eom
Two problems with that. One, it's at least 5 years before there's any oil actually flowing from this drilling. Two, by that time, it will have virtually no impact as usage in China, India and other developing nations will have increased.
Every penny that's going to be spent on anything energy related should be spent reducing our dependency on oil, i.e. alternative energy. Not one penny, tax break, anything, should be spent on drilling or maintaining our dependency on oil. And further destroying the ecology due to shortsighted, quick fixes will create much larger long term problems.

How about, do away with all capital gains taxes. I think I'd vote for that one.

OK, before I take off for vacation, WYY, time to buy a half position for long term investment. Save some powder for Jan effect on it, however, in case it gets hit by fund tax loss selling in October, and retail in December.
By early December, be fully loaded. 2 year hold, but take half off during january effect double. As usual, I was a year early.

Zeptepi is an Ancient Egyptian term. Mythologically, zeptepi refers to THE first time - the time when the world was created and the Gods walked the earth. This was a time of perfection, when all was well and everything worked as it should.
So, we almost made it to 1320 s and p target, falling just a little short with a peak at about 1305. My indicators gave me a major divergence to the short side on that peak, so now I think we're going to go back to test the July lows. I was dead certain of the rally off 1200 to at least 1285, less certain right now. Market may price in a rate hike with inflation so high. Watching the 1250 area very closely for a better clue.
Outta here for the rest of August.
