I bet there's plenty of hungry polar bears who wouldn't mind eating those poor people, which would help out the economy by getting worthless scum off welfare. That's my plan, round up all the homeless fucks in los angeles and feed them to the polar bears. Get these assholes off every street corner, lower the welfare tax burden. If you can't cut it as a human, you get fed to the polar bears.
