For all of you that have been researching this longer than I...what's your best guesstimate for earliest and longest time we wait for some uncertainty-removing news that will finally start the share price launch? (If there ever is one) I'm assuming the dates you come up with could also start share price tanking as well, depending on how the wind blows.

Co's are always mum around "ipo" time. I guess secondaries are the same?
Just one underwrighter and no demand so they had to up the shares offered
at the lower mkt price.
We need a good earnings report.

What am I missing?
I'm looking at their dramatic revenue increases and obvious work by management to get on nasdaq and the price plunges on tiny volume.
What's everyone's opinion? Is this just a matter of not being discovered yet?
Are there skeletons in the closet I haven't uncovered yet?

I suppose they cancelled their offering.
