The only people that can protect the investors/shareholders from this type of behavior are:
1.) The investors/shareholders by questioning questionable acts of a company's CEO and getting out of the stock (if they can) as soon as possible.
2.) The investors/shareholders by ensuring that no future potential investors/shareholders are conned out of their cash by informing them of the CEO's history in business dealings or lack thereof.
3.) The CEO by being open and honest with what's going on with the business that investors/shareholders have invested in which would mitigate decent. Communication is key...
4.) 35% of investors/shareholders on record file a complaint with the SEC to put the CEO behind bars for "STEALING" investors/shareholders money. (You win some, you lose some but he loses worse.)
ducktor, the reason that the communications ceased from our illustrious CEO is because he's a conman, not because of what people who know better than to believe his lies says. He was called on his BS and knew that he was caught so he did what any crook would do...go into hiding. The promises and so-called surprises were nothing more than a ploy to string along the investors/shareholders who had even an once of faith in him in the hopes of gaining more drinking money from them.
No poster on iHub made Dufort attempt to belottle and call investors/shareholders who questioned his business savvy idiots. (Sounds like every CEO to me, NOT!!!)
No poster on iHub made Dufort provide a false Chicago address.
No poster on iHub made Dufort change the company address to a address where multiple other fake companies have used in the past.
No poster on iHub made Dufort lie about filing the Q2 report on time.
No poster on iHub made Dufort file a Q2 extention and use the Q1 filing date on the form instead of the Q2 date.
No poster on iHub here made Dufort promise RTD distribution targeted for August 1st.
No poster on iHub made Dufort promise to give details on distribution channels via PR in early August.
This list can go on but I'll stop with this, he should be brought up on charges for being a crook, thief and conman that he is.
money6870, you're absolutely right sir...my apologies, lmao.
Do you notice a pattern here? I do as well as others...
A few investors/shareholders have been saying for the past 6 weeks that "news in a few weeks" "news next week" "news next month" and nothing of substance has been provided by IDGlobal Inc or CEO Dufort.
Look at your own chart that was posted. It's a horrible chart that shows absolutely no accumulation. Has any devout DuFort supporters noticed the "YIELD" sign on the OTC for IDGlobal? It's there for a reason folks. People in the virtual world can even see that DuFort and IDGlobal is going nowhere and nowhere fast, lol.
"maybe $IDGC is withholding info?" this is why theirs a "YIELD" sign on the OTC for IDGC.
Lol, you don't have to call the SEC to file your complaint. The complaint can be completed online if you choose to do so.
The investors/shareholders should be considered partners and afforded the proper amount of information on company operations. CEO DuFort has failed to communicate effectively to the investors/shareholders which has breed this culture of distrust. It didn't help his position any by calling a investors/shareholder and idiot for asking him a question. It also didn't help his position by putting the wrong QTR date on the extension paperwork that he supposedly filed and missed the cut off.
It also didn't help his position by failing to meet the "as early as August" time frame for distribution channels. <--This one is the one where I was like "WTF"...
1.) If you already have the channels in place just announce it.
2.) Why leave the date so vague? Wiggle room maybe?
3.) Why if he's now "so well connected to other brands" don't he leverage those connections to boost shareholder value?
PR's with true content would speak volumes to shut me and others the hell up is all I'm saying, lol. And I actually recommended in one of my posts that the shareholders (who to this point that have been conned by DuFort) report him by filing an official complaint.
If he was a true CEO and business man he would've made an effort to keep the investors informed. Information dissemination is a powerful tool that it appears our tool of a CEO has no clue how to leverage.
I still think he should be reported to the SEC myself but I know others don't think so.
All I'm saying is that if DuFort came out and said that "we've been delayed in the introduction of our products because of X, Y, Z" then we all could feel a little better about IDGlobal.
This is the thing for me, I'd rather him tell me twice a month that "things are progressing slowly but we're gaining ground" on meeting our objectives. Than absolutely nothing which keep investors away and leave the current investor in the dark with no hope insight.
thezilla85, even though it's a small "mom & pop" operation it still should be able to produce enough coffee to at least handle the local area consumption of the product "IF" what DuFort put out in the PR about dropping cash on additional equipment to get higher coffee counts out of the Maple City Roasters was true. Yes, I know it's DuFort we're talking about but if managed correctly Maple City Roasters could/should be a positive start.
How likely is this? NOT LIKELY AT ALL!!!
Is it feasible? YES!!!! ONLY WITH SOMEONE ELSE AT THE HELM.
Ducktor, I see the Maple City on the bags below so I "assume" that it's only being sold at the Maple City Roasters store? If not what other stores is the product being sold in?
What other regions are the product(s) currently being sold?
Who are the distributors for the coffee in other areas "IF" it's actually being sold?
What are the actual distribution plans of the coffee in the future?
When will the RTD (Ready To Drink) items be ready for sale?
Will they use the same distribution channels as the Green Rush brand?
These are just a few questions IMO that your "reliable source" should be asked. But at the same time these are the things that our illustrious CEO should be disseminating to the investors/shareholders via a PR.
This is a huge red flag that nothing good will come from DuFort. Rather than inform all investors/shareholders he sends an individual a email. Scam artist at his best. PR'ing information would build some credibility if it contained something more than the previous BS. Not really hard to do but when your investors money is tied up into personal legal defense you can't pay the proper people to do it correctly.
It's amazing that our CEO can find the time to send individual emails but not the time to PR what's in the email. Sounds like he's about to layout the next load of BS to keep the hopeful strung along for another 3 months.
And there's other old adages: "You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig." or "you can polish a turd all day but at the end of that day it's still a turd." Overly optimistic speculation, creates unrealistic expectations, resulting in extreme disappointment for all.
What exactly are you trying to say?
Pointing out the fact that our CEO is not effective in his position isn't "defeatist"...it's just facts that's being pointed out to other who you don't want to see caught in this PoS stock.
Lmao, don't wipe just yet. You never know by years end.
ducktor, that would have to be done at a public bar. There is no IDGlobal HQ in Chicago.
Agreed, I still have my lotto shares but not going any further into this. It appears this is going to be a nothing more than $0.0001 selling machine at this point.
Ducktor, our CEO DuFort is your typical run-of-the-mill stinky-pinky stock swindler and conman. He took everyone who invested with IDGC for a ride with nothing more than lies. Don't expect anything more from him because you'll only be even more disappointed. It will come a time where this either moves via news or moves via RS. I think the latter has more of a chance to happen than waiting for DuFort to actually act like a CEO.
There is no "increasingly strong" investor sentiment with IDGC at this time. Maybe this sentiment is virtual and in the technology sector? The sentiment is the same with investors. DuFort could have played this better and made himself a little cash at the same time but lacks the knowledge to do so.
Well folks, it ground hogs day once again with IDGC, lol. The $0.0001's are still being offered up and this will more than likely continue well into the end of the year or until DuFort dumps all his self appointed shares.

Agreed, I've been pointing out the short comings of DuFort and his lack of action "BUT" still have the hope that he can pull a magical unicorn out of his backside to get this thing moving.
DuFort can't even get the extension paperwork (late filing) properly completed (check the For Period Ending) so what makes anyone think that he actually was going to come through with the filing?
A coherent response is not expected but I'm confused about the entire technology thing. I was under the impression that DuFort and IDGC was and has entered into the cannabis sector to promote the Green Rush brand infused with cannabis. I wasn't aware through any of my DD that I missed something about IDGlobal was changinf it business model and it's market strategy around the tech industry.
You do realize that IDGlobal isn't a technology company right? They're supposed to be a "cannabis" based company in the cannabis sector. What "technology is not going to go away" are you referring to?
"I'm extremely proud of the progress made so far, but even more excited to be part of the IDGlobal Corp. (IDGC) future" with the company's address having been changed to a bogus address in Carson City Nevada in which multiple fraudulent companies have been registered in the past, no phone number where the so called "IDGlobal staff" or CEO can be contacted, no valid (current) business license, no RTD info, no distribution news and CEO is MIA and the PPS hasn't done anything in over 9 months. All of this is "FACTS"!!!!
How can it be said that "company's rising revenue growth and the positive operational cash flows" when Q1 financial report report was crap and the Q2 financial hasn't been filed and the late filing notification had the Q1 date on it?
With IDGC headed in the same old direction the only "heavy hitters" will be those self granted shares by DuFort for Dufort at $0.0001 that will be "hitting" the ask at $0.0001 until they're all gone.
100% correct in this analogy nyny69...
This is looking bad for those who jumped in deep. Currently at no bid, the company address has been changed to a bogus address in Carson City Nevada in which multiple fraudulent companies have been registered in the past, no phone number where the so called "IDGlobal staff" or CEO can be contacted, no valid (current) business license, no RTD info, no distribution news, CEO is MIA and the PPS hasn't done anything in over 9 months. Good job Mr. DuFort....
Until DuFort clears the self given shares, distribution lines have been communicated, Q2 financial report filed (that BS late filing report had end of Q1 as the date), company has a valid address and the business license back into good standing IDGC will go absolutely nowhere.
Well, I think this IDGC is officially done. The few who had a sliver of hope remaining appears to have allowed the facts to sink in and realize that IDGlobal is a total scam company and the CEO is a true con-artist. You win some you lose some and I hope that there isn't anyone who dropped a hug amount of coin in the toilet...
If it smells like Sh!t guess what it is? Sebastien DuFort....
I would gladly chomp down on that crow and eat it like a last meal "IF" anything materialize for the positive from our scammer, con-artist and disingenuous CEO.
The same thing was said at the beginning of July, and the beginning of June and the beginning of May. When will people open their eyes and see this "company" and CEO are worthless?
Ducktor, I hope that DuFort does come through and the PPS starts to move so that "ALL" investors/shareholders can profit and continue to profit from a true business. But there is no denying that DuFort has been nothing more than shady at best in everything that's he's done in the past and still doing. Sometimes you get a good one, and some times you get a bad one and IDGC is a bad one. I was hoping for a PPS pop but not likely.
We can only hope thezilla85, we can only hope lol.
I know that he's a slippery snake who deals with others of the same but he should be held accountable for his fraud and deception with IDGlobal. I hope now people can see him and IDGlobal for what he and the company is....."A FRAUD"!!!!
