This is not "selling" as one would think of selling. This is not someone exiting, it's someone getting in cheap. There are a lot of behind the scenes stuff goin on that we are not privy to.

VV is still there. A little mixing of the top could prove to be good for movement forward. The pps has been stuck around 3 for quite sometime. A new approach will shake things up!

It scared any potential buyers from throwing up a bid. It was an obvious dump from the company, and it's hard to throw money into a barrel that is currently burning. Company needs to come out big now.

I would assume only the company could benefit from selling at that price, since their shares didn't cost them anything

Well, since 52 percent of the shares are owned by the insiders and they "recommend" that we vote yes to the spinoff....and the fact that audioeye is already preparing for the IPO, is there any doubt it will happen??? The only question is when...

I believe it to be like this...pps closes at 10 cents, and gaps to 11 cents and runs to 14 cents the next day. The law of the gap says the space between 10 and 11 cents can't remain void. The pps will come back to that range to cover the "gap"

The gap rule does not always apply...especially if a pps was way below value. It still is...IMO of course
