As with you my friend :)
Should be a fun few days here.

I'm not disagreeing with it.Over the years I have seen companies come and go that had such potential to address multiple markets only to over extend themselves and spread themselves too thin resulting in not dominating any market and financially failing.
You see it all the time especially in retail where a successful chain starts adding new departments to address additional markets to where they become over extended and go belly up.Not that they couldn't do it,they just moved faster than their cash flow could withstand or they misjudged the market size/demand and over weighted their investment in it.We here have excellent management and I'm sure they well know where their expertise is best directed at this time in their development.
Where are you located? (I love C..X but did the same for now as well) :)
Kelt
Please don't mis-read my intent.I don't have an issue with what you refer to.I am ,however focusing on the "here and now" and valuations based on what we do know, not what is being speculated. If those items of speculation become known items in the pipeline and acknowledged by Mgt.as markets of intent, then I will gladly base my expectations on that as well.Right now all I know is what is on the table so that is what I base my price expectations on.I can't plan on "what-ifs".
The potential markets of speculation are indeed huge and I can't even imagine what that would mean to the SP but I do know that the currently identified tobacco related markets are enough to base my investment objectives on.All others are a plus if and when they become identified objectives by XXII.
I hope that makes sense.
Kelt
Personally,MJ,soybeans, corn, wheat hell I don't care if they go after coconut trees.Take care of first things first.Tobacco.
Kelt
Although right now XXII isn't a marginable security,if it were and you bought last Friday in the $4.30 range you probably would have been hit with a margin call EOD Monday to cover the loss on that day.Be very careful buying on margin. If there's a "Bear Raid",you get caught in the middle. The broker can and will liquidate some or all of your securities to cover that margin call.Only use margin if you can afford that risk and are very confident of the SP stability.

Hey Wild, thanks! Just trying to get updated on the current expected catalyst timeframes for CTIX and N..C.over the coming year.Things change so I am assuming the timeframes have too.
Anything is appreciated. The treatments not only make one feel crappy but also take a lot of naps, especially in the afternoons.Pants are required both for "professionalism" and the fact that I hate secretaries with hairy legs ;p
Kelt
Thanks,NR.Hope all is well with you and everyone else here.Still keeping checks on the pulse at N..C ,anything on their catalyst/timelines? seamous_james@yahoo.com if you can share anything.
Kelt
Thanks "V",I'm still around :)
Kelt
Positive news does not have to be released in a timely fashion compared to negative news.If there was a snafu with the MSA they would have to report that.No news is great news at this point.IMHO
Kelt
Thanks Wild and Just.Keep your DD coming.I'll catch up.
Now,about that secretary,,,,,,,
Kelt
That's the best insurance policy in the world , friends and prayers to the right recipient :)
Thanks
Kelt
IMO they could already have the MSA but why post it now? They probably have a lock on the uplisting with "deals" in the works from the MSA.
Their next PR should be a blockbuster.
Kelt
Thanks Cabel.A big drawback for me is the time and distractions going through the treatments.I lose out on a lot of DD here and have a lot to catch up on such as keeping up with projected time frames and PR expectations.Wish I had a secretary :)
Kelt
Thank you for your kind thoughts.
I believe in CTIX as much as I did when I first started my position with them. They still, though, have to deal with quiet periods and the time it takes to do what they have to do.
I won't suggest what the SP will be this year but it will have nowhere to go but up.While we wait I am working other holdings to generate more profits to roll into CTIX over this year.
I'm here for the "duration".
Kelt
Define "Good" ;)
Kelt
Now,now, now, just because I'm "absent in the flesh" doesn't mean I'm also absent in the "spirit".I still have my shares and you're not getting rid of me that easily. ;)
(Chemo sucks by the way)
Kelt
Seems to be the general trend with stocks I watch.Let the fish run for a bit then set the hook and reel it in.(Caught-em off guard yesterday :)
Kelt
Exactly.
Kelt
I don't hold out hopes for a PR today (would love to be wrong). As with the current anticipation levels,I am primed for next week being a "Blow-Out".
Kelt
Interesting day ahead today.MM's could try to bring the price down working stops if there's enough to work with.Otherwise sellers haven't been budging.Buyers had to take "what is" yesterday.Every day that goes by increases the anticipation of news to a higher pitch. Will today pick up from where yesterday left off?
Who knows?
Kelt
Looking forward to hearing from you.Hope you brought the course to it's knees.Fully allocated in XXII since $1.17.(Thank You).Still a lot of catching up to do but off to a great start.
Safe Travels,Kelt
Must be buy orders building up in the pipeline :)
Kelt
Using letters from their name, how about COUP ? :)
Kelt
Looks like the bid/ask is expecting an interesting day.
Kelt
You took those words right out of my mouth :)
Kelt
That calls for a good CIGAR!! Keep that support coming folks!
Shalom :)

MJ MJ RAH RAH RAH! (Nothing against the MJ afficionados here but...)
As they say in the military,"Remember when you're up to your ass in gators that the PRIME DIRECTIVE was to DRAIN THE SWAMP".
Let's take care of the immediate matters at hand (drain the swamp)MSA,uplist, product sales/revenue,market share etc.,
before we build the resorts & country clubs and spas (secondary applications of IP)
Just my HO
Kelt
As I said to someone here last week,Pr's on uplisting are a normal part of the news cycle. We "retail" investors now have a "ballpark" time frame to get our "affairs" in order before the uplisting. As was indicated by Mgt.,institutional outfits have been pushing them for uplisting so they can establish positions. That means that there will be substantial increased demand for shares which will be pushing prices up higher. Our window of opportunity to buy shares at these prices is now coming to a close.Buy what you can while you still can.
Kelt
I love that $80 ask that pops up after the market closes. :))))
Kelt
Shalom to you as well my friend.
Kelt
To be honest I have seen 3 or 4 but the situations don't remotely compare with XXII.A couple were reverse splits before the uplisting and they dropped after the uplist. They recovered but it took a while. The others were stable afterwards but didn't have the news pipeline that exists here so they just showed slow gradual progress.
XXII has a lot of newsworthy events coming and a very interested audience of large investor funds eager to climb on board.
It's the surrounding circumstances that make the uplisting the "event" that it will be.
Kelt
I still think this is penned up anticipation overflowing the corral. Those who are seriously watching from the sidelines and those with positions here and with other investments that could be rolled into XXII know what the short term (and long) probabilities are here.Grab what you can, while you can.
Kelt
Besides the MSA,looks like the uplisting means something to a few others besides me :)
Kelt
In and of itself the uplisting application is a normal part of the news cycle. No big deal, nice but not huge.
In this case though,a number of large investor funds according to management have been asking XXII to uplist so they can be allowed to aquire positions. That is big in my book.
Having a timeframe between the application and the probable event gives us "guppies" a chance to use the time wisely before the funds crash the gates.May not make sense or mean much to some here but but to me I'll take all the "Head's Up" I can get.
Kelt
Since there was (as of yet) no uplist PR,I expect that next week's PR will be a "multi-faceted" gem with multiple news updates.
If i'm wrong,oh well but I sense something brewing and it ain't small.
Kelt
MM's trying to stimulate trading. They don't make diddly with no trading.
Kelt
Off Topic but I wanted to add that in regards to a humorous note,I once had a dog named Fred , a chihuahua that never shut up.I tied a sock in a knot for a chew toy and found that about the only time he was quiet was when he had a sock in his mouth.
Kelt
I didn't take your question that way.I just wanted to mention that because I don't want others to think I'm pumping.I'm very excited about this company but I don't want anything I say to mislead others to make poor decisions either. We all have our strategies.Weigh the pro's and cons but also prepare for the possibilities and the unexpected.
Management has been right on top of meeting our expectations.I am only going on their track record of being "on time".
Kelt
Per last week's PR they said they would be filing for uplisting this week.I would think they would announce that when it happens. Not trying to be overly optimistic or "pumping" here but there is also the possibility that they could be holding MSA news to add to the uplisting news. That would be a "Barn Burner" if that happened.
Just looking at possibilities, nothing certain. If they do hold the uplisting PR I would suspect that they would have other news to release with it as well.
Just my guess.Selling shares now is insane in my book.
