What's the acceptable time period for say...
a company putting out a document, PR or otherwise
that makes a claim(Fake Safe Harbor included)
and then everybody jumps on board and posts how fantastic that is and all that stuff on how you should be buying....

this being a legit 'company' with an actual tangible product(oil, gas, gold, casino,etc).
It's more about whether SBRH will 'run' again & retail guy can overcome the dilution.
