I think nearly half of yesterday's in just 30 minutes.
They are getting backed into a corner more & more everyday.
These are the type of shareholders that need to be at the forefront of this controversy. Get their voices heard BEFORE the Government even thinks of not restoring value to their investment.
'Investors Unite', step-up your game.
Its "looked" like it was going to do that for awhile. Now its almost as if they want it to stay above 3 or near it.
'S' class though... oy vey
Remember the Watt hearing? It should have been on everyone's TV that day, instead Kavanaugh/Ford stole the show.
At this rate, "S" will be about the same price as commons.
To steal a quote from infamous Air Force pilot Russell Casse: "Good God! I've been sayin' it. I've been sayin' it for ten damn years. Ain't I been sayin' it, Miguel? Yeah, I've been sayin' it."
People tired of groundhog day. I remember when they hired an "up-list" attorney years ago. Wonder if he or she still works there.
What better attraction, than finally being released from the gooberment's grip?
I've said for many years, there is a shit ton of money waiting on the sidelines for this to happen. Small investors to biggie big investors.
Knew it was you.
Thats true to some extent. After all there are stocks on the big exchanges that are below $4 with not much interest in buying them.
But these are a little different. Many investors (large & small) are watching and waiting for the "all clear" signals. One important signal is up-listing.
GLTA
"prepare to exit conservatorship" comments used to be enough for a mini-launch.
I hope he is still around and doing well. Its been a long time since we've heard anything.
They missed that opportunity about a decade ago.
The shysters behind this scheme have backed themselves into a corner.
They could try a lot of things. It will only bring more lawsuits. But what do they care, its taxpayers who end up paying for their lawlessness.
I thought Watt got flustered at these hearings. Calabria's temper was starting to show. I kind of hope he get gets grilled again soon. I think he will snap.
It seems criminal for the gooberment to have a hearing and say "we will wipe-out shareholders if needed", shareholders of shareholder owned companies that are still trading on an open and public market and making a ton of $$$
Bumpy ride today. They'll use anything they can to drop these. Even if its a neutral statement.
Good morning obiterdictum, you'll have to contact an Administrator. I did forward it to them but the request has to come directly from you.
Sorry I couldn't help this time.
Have a great weekend.
I believe they are referring to the Director of the CFPB
My concern is Hackett wants to change the dividend. Either reduce it or end it. But he also realizes if they do that, they will upset the already concerned shareholders, resulting in a share price that will drop even lower, hopefully temporarily.
On the flip-side, he believes if it is ended or lowered, it will boost Ford's numbers, resulting in a higher share price, long term.
Quite the conundrum for someone that I think has limited time left as CEO.
Backed themselves into a corner.
I'm surprised Dividend.com doesn't have it yet but it is early...
Ford Motor Company Declares Dividend for Fourth Quarter 2019 DEARBORN, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--October 10, 2019--
The Board of Directors of Ford Motor Company (F) declared a fourth quarter regular dividend of $0.15 per share on the company's outstanding Class B and common stock.

The fourth quarter dividend is payable on Dec. 2, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 22, 2019.
I'm guessing they believe we will have another drop before the next positive thing that comes out.
That was his point. These dont trade sideways for long. When they tighten up, we usually jump up or down .15 to .25
They are almost .25 apart. Maybe time to close it to the usual .10
I agree and pretty much had the same conversation with him.
I think we'd be a lot farther along if he wasn't so passive.
Get the power of the people involved which usually attracts media which then puts pressure on those behind this orchestrated thievery.
Thats what 'Investors Unite' is supposed to be. Contact Tim and prod him a little.
That new meme of him is very fitting for today.
Largest $$$ heist in history.
The NWS didn't really end like we were hoping. It stopped for the time being, but didn't end.
Got to get the gooberment to let go of this goose and her golden eggs.
Lawsuit? This is just a poorly written online complaint that will be lucky to make it past the SEC firewall.
2nd quarter? Yes.
I agree except the "quickly" part. Unless something juicy and substantial comes out, I don't think we will see $4 again anytime soon.
I hope I'm wrong of course.
True. So much working against us.
I thought about doing that with neighbors to get more people involved and caring about this. One of the reasons we are still getting the shaft in this saga is because there isn't enough public/shareholder outcry.
We know who Rosa Parks is. Not so much because of what she did in 1955. But because of the actions of the many people that supported her.
We need someone to organize something that will create more awareness. Perhaps they will call it 'Investors Unite' :/
Our club will need group therapy if this doesn't pan out.
Its a nice step in the right direction but what happens in approximately 3 more quarters when they reach the $25 Billion? Right back to sweeping?
Goobs just wont let go of this goose that lays golden eggs.
Who is keeping it close to the vest?
Fannie has twice the volume. What are you seeing that I'm not.
