May take a week but I see $3.00.
ought in on bounce play. Hope 1.75 is the bottom.
Just one of hundreds of orders to come.
In an emerging market once profit comes to the table, it usually grows at an excelerated rate until such a time as the demand is satisfied.
The chicken has to mature before it starts laying eggs. Have patience.
No dilution, traders are taking profits, including me.
Buying and selling without news is just gambling.
For every R/S that makes good, there has to be a hundred that doesn't. Like I originally said, I have owned stock in 7 companies that went through a R/S and all tanked. As for CVM, I did own it till the news came out about the R/S and I sold it and now I'm glad I did.
You found one in a hundred. Consider yourself lucky.
Never saw a R/S stock go up before. Been through 7 R/S's and all sent down. Good luck.
sticking to the plan: I'm buying.
What ever you call it, I like discounted buying.
Hope the price stays down till Friday. I just transferred enough to buy another 500k shares. This temporary delay is to the benefit of the buyers. Good luck.
Like I originally posted: Between March of 2011 and February of 2013, there were 17 insider transactions, all of them buys.
They are.
Your not missing anything. I just stated the fact that insiders are buying, not selling.
My point is that insiders don't buy stock if they think the company is going to fail and for the last 17 transactions they've been buying. That tells me not to sell and maybe even pick up some more while the price is down.
Information: From March 2011 to February 2013 the SEC has recorded a total of 17 insider transactions all being buys. No insider sales recorded by the SEC.
Your post seems to be the most sensible I've read in a long time.
Wishfull thinking on your part, but I doubt it.
I put in low bids all the time and sometimes I pick some up form someone selling at market price. Looks like someone got lucky.
Must be a negateer selling on positive news.
I guess I should reword my statement to read: What if Wallmart contracted with CERP to supply the resign in the manufacturing of their bags?
What if Cerp contracted with a company like Walmart to use the bio-degradable bags? Do you think that might boost sales?
None at Scottrade either.
Not here at Scottrade.
What's with all the buying?
Why take a loss when I can hold what I have and buy more when it goes down. The Idea is to make money, not throw it away. This company has too much going for it not to grow with the times.
Never sell when your down, always wait for the pump.
They drop the D only after all newly revised share have been issued. I penny land it's usually 4 weeks or more.
If it ever does get that low, I'll be buying as much as I can. I doubt it but in pennies, anything is possible.
Buying is more like it, especially just before a news release.
Bullrun, thanks, I missed that. What is stupid is a 50 to 1 RS serves no purpose unless the price of the stock is above 3 cents. For that reason, I don't see any R/S in the near future.
Bullrun, Post site where you found information about a reverse split or did you just make it up?
Buy low, sell high is the only way to make it in pennies.
Nice answer.
Couple weeks insiders were buying at 3.69. What's going on now to make the price go down? Doesn't make sense.
More sales and new contracts are not fluff.
I predict tomorrow will be an average Friday.
I own long and I trade. I bought at .017 and sold at .028. I intend to do this numerous times over the next few years. Do your own DD and make some money.
