Hey Rich, when you said $4 by EOM and $10 by EOY....which month and year were you talking about?
Yes seeclear....do tell. We're all on the edge of our seat.
Sure...a CEO (or is it former CEO) is calling random internet message board posters.
This stuff is so good, you can't just make it up.
And it seems all of a sudden the cat's got the tongue of the resident cheerleaders.......hmmm.
Hey Rich, I noticed that 90% of the recent volume has been bought and sold at the bid, with only the end of day paint jobs going at the ask.
Is that the kind of action you would expect from a stock that's headed up? Do you think it will have any volume today or is zero sort of the norm?
$1.90...down 37% since the reverse split...this should make the NASDAQ with no problem.
Hey Rich, is the plan to let this be revoked like CYSG or to try another reverse split to get the pps to $4?
I'm not sure a 35% drop since the reverse split and a $1.91 pps is going to help with the NASDAQ application.
Please advise, thanks!
Down 35% since the reverse split...any update on when this will be on the NASDAQ?
We'll hold our breath and wait.
So it seems the tide is turning, finally....all of the Tom's cheerleaders have gone into hiding...realizing this is just another pinksheet sob story.
Truth is a real nuisance like that, it eventually rises to the surface.
Can't believe it took this long.
Love it...$2.24 paint job right before the bell, and the ask was only $2.10...nevermind all the volume at $1.95 and the $1.91 bid.
So sleazy.
$1.91....can't wait to see what the paint job looks like.
$1.93 ??? Rich/Seeclear...what's going on here?
$1.95....oh my.
I wonder who would do such a thing? Don't worry, the bid tells all.
PsD...I didn't see a post from you in August, and now we're on to September...can you update us on the status of your inquiry?
Rich said the strategy was $10 by EOY and to get on the NASDAQ, so this is all very confusing.
Maybe the strategy now is to get back to pinksheets?? or the grays?? or maybe revoked??
I'm sure they'll communicate something soon.
DPSI is only down 30% since the reverse split (so much for $4 per share).
Do you think once they get DPSI back to the pinksheets they'll have time to focus on CYSG?
Down 30% since the reverse split....was this the plan for getting on NASDAQ?
Then this should be trading in about 3 days.
I'm sure it is.
Seeclear, which should we expect first....CYSG trading again, a CYSG PR/communication or DPSI on the NASDAQ?
They'll have time to communicate with ex-CYSG shareholders once DPSI gets on the NASDAQ.
That effort is requiring a lot of attention right now since the PPS is $2 and volume is zilch.
Is the February PR still imminent?
Rich, I thought this was going to NASDAQ? Any update on the uplisting or the $10 pps?
Sure, try getting answers to those questions from the "co". It makes no sense.
Maybe if they reverse split it a few more times, they can get to $4 per share, but I'm not sure NASDAQ will approve of the 1000 share per day volume.
Plenty are asking the same question, it was obviously a reverse split.
Do you think $2 per share and 0 volume will get it on the NASDAQ? Maybe they should reverse split it again.
When you say "merger" do you mean reverse split? How can you merge with a shell?
You mean the reverse split?
Maybe that's why nothing has happened with CYSG, he's been busy completing another quarter of net losses for DPSI.
I wonder if more net losses will help DPSI make the NASDAQ and then free up some time to focus on CYSG?
Net losses, that may explain the volume and PPS.
Rich, how much volume is needed to be uplisted to NASDAQ?
Do you know if 0 volume is enough or will this need more? Also, if you responded I may have missed it, but is EOY still your target for this to be at $10?
Please advise. Thanks!
Rich, are you as certain this will trade again as you are that DPSI will be at $10 by EOY and on the NASDAQ?
Since you're getting it straight from the horses mouth, I know we can take your word to the bank.
Thanks!
Because real people have lost real money in this stock since management allowed it to be revoked.
When you treat shareholders poorly, and then don't even have the character to at least communicate why you've disappeared like a fugitive, you're going to get some negative press....especially on public forums like message boards.
That's probably the point.
That's the point....Cape hasn't given anyone anything new in almost a year.
No communication for a year? Is it that complicated? Really? Just to give an update? Just to communicate something?
Smells funny, just like a pinksheet stock....except this is below that...it's a delisted/revoked pinksheet stock.
Hey Rich, what's that date again for $10 per share and trading on the NASDAQ?
I just want to update my calendar. Thanks!
Rich, is the goal here to get the PPS back down below $1 then reapply for pinksheets?
Looks like it's doable.
Everyone calm down! There is no way that mgmnt could be expected to put together a communication in less than a year. We all know it takes at least 8 months for the ink to dry once a PR is printed.
Plus, this is very complicated and complicated communications take at least twice as long....so you should not expect any communication from Cape for at least another 8 to 16 months...but when the PR comes out, it will be rock solid and air tight and should be taken as gospel just like the last PR, which has since been removed from the company website.
Keep the faith!
How do you get to NASDAQ with a 2.20 pps that is dropping and less than 15K in volume per day?
Got it, so no uplist to NASDAQ. Thanks!
Rich, did Toms tell you when to expect the next reverse split? Looks like NASDAQ will have to wait.
How many lawyer signatures are needed for the company to update/communicate with shareholders (or former shareholders in this case)?
No pinksheet company is that complicated.
