I wish I was selling, just can't while down 86%
Sorry Bodine, this happens all the time. As far as I know, since Petty and a few others have controlling interest, they don't need shareholder permission for anything. No actionable things I can see, but I'm no lawyer.
so.........is this a buying oprotunity? or the beginning of the end? Huge volume off a cliff.
I just bought 10,000 shares thru Etrade just to see if it would go thru. No problems. I am quite worried though.
I just can’t understand the thinking by Stacy that invited all this trouble and hatred. It seems so simple to me to just keep investors informed. Even poor performance and a stated plan wouldn’t hurt pps as much as this silence and possible SEC involvement. IMO
I can guarantee you that the person who called me and said that he was Evan, at least had access to Stacy’s email. As he told me “no one held a gun to your head and made you buy this stock “I lost all respect and all hope for this company. He responded to questions that only Stacy or whoever she talks to would know.
Yes, It would be nice. What we consider miracles, are everyday business procedures for most successful companies.
Middle of the month, October 15th, we are well into the fall season now. Wouldn’t it be a great time to release news, get current on financials and apologize to investors?
not me.....anyone?
Good point
I only wish this pr really meant something.... I think we all know better. Still...........it is fun to dream.
FRANKLIN MINING, INC. (Pink Sheets: FMNJ) -announced today that the Company's CEO and Chairman William Petty has returned to Bolivia and is pleased to disclose that an evaluation on its Escala mine has been concluded, and the report indicates that activity on the mine has been mobilized.
The mine has been set up for the occupancy of in the range of 60 people. The portable camps are equipped with sleeping accommodations, kitchens, and the necessary facilities to make its excavation team comfortable. Currently the existing camp is housing 15 workers, and provision has been made for another 45 workers to be added to the mine's crew.
The Company reports that there are now 2 tunnels which have been cleared out and ready for continued production. William Petty, CEO and Chairman stated: "We are very pleased that our initial production has been launched on the Escala mine. I have met up and collaborated with the President of Bolser Ltda. and anticipate that with full scale production being in the Mine's eminent future, that we will have positive reports coming soon."
Franklin Mining recently announced that the Company has finalized the highly anticipated agreement with a local Bolivian Corporation, Huiracocha International Service SRL, which has provided Bolser Ltda. with the required funding to mobilize and launch production. Huiracocha International is a local Bolivian corporation recently established by its distinguished President, Tim Turner, the coinciding President of Mogul Energy International, Inc. of Houston, Texas. Mr. Tim Turner is highly recognized as an expert in his industry, bringing in the range of 3 decades of varied experience in the oil and gas industry to the table. He will be an instrumental key to the success of the mining projects by overseeing the operations, and providing the required funding to bring the projects to completion.
Bolser Ltda. is the Company's Lead Contractor in providing civil and mechanical work services; including construction and maintenance, mass earth movement, camp and plant construction and maintenance, and railroad construction for the Escala Mine. Production is expected to commence imminently, with documented small sales anticipated in the third quarter of this year.
Bolser Ltda., former Lead Contractor for the notable San Cristobal Mine, will be undertaking their tasks imminently at the Bolivian Mine. In 2009 Franklin Mining entered into a Strategic Alliance agreement with Bolser Ltda., during which period Bolser has become familiar with the anticipated goals and day to day operations of the Company. Franklin Mining's management has developed great confidence in the belief that Bolser's experience and track record in the territory will serve as a key benefit to the future success and implementation of an increasingly productive and streamlined operation.
I have been wondering why management would let a stop sign be up on Pink sheets for so long. A positive reason might be that they are trying to help future investors from making a huge mistake and losing their money. The negative might be they want fewer investors to have to deal with while they do whatever it is they have planned. I really can’t think of a good reason. If it is the expense of getting current, we might as well all throw in the towel, as that would prove things are not going well at all. If it is that they are so busy they don’t have time, then they need to hire someone, delegate, and get it done.
Not from me......yet
You are correct OH, nothing that happens on this board positive or negative, is of any consequence to Inca management. This has become a useless endeavor. Just a place to vent or pump. IMO
There is an old saying, “you can have anything you want, but not everything you want” Why can’t Stacy and Evan understand that it would be best to say something, anything, ASAP. How can they be so clueless about business? Don’t they have any friends they can get advice from? To show such blatant disregard for investors in what was supposed to be our breakout year is mind boggling. Have they no pride? Have they no sense of responsibility? Have they no honor? This ongoing silence leads most people to believe there is no good news at all to report. I’m afraid their true colors are shinning through. IMO. Good luck to all. Congrats to whoever is getting out if you haven’t lost too much.
Thanks Gary, I can't get myself to talk to them after my conversation with Evan.
Dahm! I'm afraid you might be right.
Wow, lower and lower
how low does this have to go before they do something? -0- ???
The only thing Petty is sitting on is his head.
More like a sleeping dog me thinks.......
Now that Petty has destroyed any hope, you can add a stop sign on OTC markets. Maybe we really need to report to the SEC. Seems like justice/punishment might be our only way.
Looks like we are heading lower today. Thanks Stacy.
Decided to dump my post. No use to comment anymore. Hoping for the best is a few years.
Agreed, what a clown...
Sorry Willie, I doubt anything will happen on a Sat or Sun.
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, or Friday for that matter. I'm afraid I and a few others are holding a six figure bag. It is quite heavy. Hope you aren't loosing too much.
Another month come and gone.....that's the answer to "nothing"
PLEASE!!!!!
Hey Penquin, you're stealing my thunder! You needed quotation marks.
"Why can't he just communicate to us in an official way and give us the promised update from a year ago? "
Because they either have bad news or they really just don't care. But we know that already, because of the pps. IMO
I actually am worried, one of my stocks was in this round of suspensions.
Might INCA be next?SEC Suspends Trading in 16 More Firms; Year-to-Date Tally Tops 600

By Tess Stynes
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said that it temporarily suspended trading in the shares of 16 more companies.
The suspensions are part of a broader crackdown this year, which has resulted in a record 609 suspensions so far during 2012.
The SEC has halted trading of numerous noncompliant companies, citing reasons such as a lack of current and accurate information, as it ramps up efforts to crack down on fraud.
Oh yes, GOOD MORNING!
The nights and days are getting cooler now, the crops are mostly harvested or brown, football is here, mmmmmmmm I have an Idea, I think I'll buy my wife a new Inca swimsuit.
GOOD MORNING to all! LOL
Fair enough I can wait a bit more. I am down to 1.5 mil just in case he can turn it around. But, my negative slant is not a choice really, it is my gut reation to things that have been presented in the past, discarded or not completed. If you have ever been robbed, or mugged, you will know it is not so easy to "just move on" IMO
I mearly meant all of the plans he has spoken of in the past that went away as fast as they were announced. It is called "talking out of your ,,,"
OK, I give,,since there is nothing to say---"GOOD MORNING"!
Ditto...
