Im right there with you. Just posted too. You can delete mine if you like.
Moody’s Downgrade of 15 Banks Expected After the Bell http://www.cnbc.com/id/47903018 We'll see what happens.
FB the new safe Haven? Ha, one of the few greens.
Ha, my one remaining 110 C, worthless. Fortunately only one measly contract.
Sold there? Almost 50%.
Yeah, but they're still okay. Back to even on the 595s, actually small gain from .80.
Yep. Does it look like it will curl up again and cross positive?
Took a tank after you showed me that chart.
Can you explain? Sold some yesterday Sina 57.50 C and still hold a few so am interested.
Okay, I see it pulled back below it again. SBUX chart looks like GRPN to me, save for the fact GRPN is off a cliff. Watching both for possible calls.
Has it broken the 50 day yet?
DAL looks very nice.
Yep, are you planning on holding for a few more days or will tomorrow be cash out?
Still like LNKD rest of week? 110 C.
Oh wow, just saw your quote posted. Great. Im in and out so haven't checked in the last few hours. I think it can get ITM and become one of those nice 10 baggers from .20s. Of course its a lot easier to do that when Ive locked in nice profit already.
That was a Great call. I saw it on the other Option board and took a closer look so I bought some.
Yes. Ill be holding the rest of my contracts and see what develops.
Sina doing great.
SDH, any opinions on hold or sell with Sina? Up on 57.5 C from .30 cost. Sold half at .68 and holding the other half right now.
Oh dang. Didn't see the other 134.22. Crazy. Congrats to mil0x. Use it well.
Have a few 110s. Now even with delayed pullback. Going to hold a few and see what happens.
134.22
Mt Blanc,
Just starting to play options and have been reading the board and studying. I had 20 LKND 100 C @ .15 and 1 @ .20 and sold yesterday at .40 and a few @.35. I liked the broader market and liked the MACD cross. I was confident it would be green today, but was there something that would have indicated a 100+ close was in the cards. Indicators, other mkt sentiment, etc?
Looking now, would have been nice to play them again for a 10 bagger. Trying not to kick myself; just trying to learn how to anticipate these in the future.
Wow. Sold off all but 1 LNKD 100 contract yesterday at .40. Bought at .15. Now I see that close.
Yep, I sold all but one at .40. Bought at .15 and one at .20. Will probably make that look sad tomorrow but Im just trying to get warm.
Thanks. 2 more out @ .40. Holding out for a bit more on the last 2. Thanks for the chart yesterday.
Looks good now. Sold 4 @ .35 from .15. Holding 4 more.
Come on Lnkd.
Looking decent now.
Now going green. What do you think?
Nice. Like the MACD cross. Looks very clean. Thanks for the analysis. Will be looking to trade out of them after some good run tomorrow.
Welder, statue is coming.
Have a few @ .15. You think we'll be green tomorrow?
Gambler, Do you usually sell half in this scenario or are you just going to ride the entire position? Fairly new to options, just trying to get a feel for how experienced players manage their positions.
Yeah Im just sitting tight. Thanks. Chart looks nasty.
Please see post 23161.
It doesn't exist. That is not the case. Asher has requested reserves with every one of their deals. The more convertibles get converted at reasonable prices, the less shares have to be issued and the reserves will be reduced accordingly. The question is not what the lowest possible share price based on the reserves is, that does not really matter, but rather how low will the share price go. This determines the number of shares to be issued for future conversions.
Thank you. Still getting the hang of options pricing.
Okay. Ill probably just sit tight. I bought them end of day yesterday. Does the initial green strongly affect value? Cause after it tanked the puts didn't move. Probably should have bought one of the strikes with more volume, they are all up except the 9s.
Had $9 puts but they are down. Would you hold or just get rid of them?
It was just a small position. I actually still have them hope we open down then i will reaccess.
