Just throwing this out there for some further DD if someone has the time.
Hearing talk about a heavy short position in HFBG, with pink sheets info getting updated and supposedly news coming in next 1-2 weeks.
Agree. Hoping to jump in the mid-.20's.
On ABK:
Do you think the 200-MA of 0.99 is a good entry point or is it not likely to retrace there?
TIA
PLEASE READ:
If you see the price dropping fast...DO NOT PANIC and sell...I guarantee you will sell only to see the price go right back up minutes later. That's how the MMs steal your shares. This helps them cover at a lower prices and diminishes the ultimate run.
We stick it to them by not selling! Can't stress that enough.
As far as I know, the only way to know would be to know how many shares are in the hands of shareholders.
If we have the float locked up and then someone was keeping track of daily short percentage, we could estimate it.
However, at this point I am not really sure.
Does anyone else have any thoughts?
If you have to sell...sell in small blocks of 5000-10000 shares AT THE ASK!
This will help push the price us without hurting the price.
If we know the number of shares, including NSS, that MMs are short, then we can watch the total volume from when the cover starts and that will tell us when covering is done.
These large covers usually take at least 4-5 days, sometimes 10-14 days.
I agree. I never trade in the first 45-60 minutes of the day. It's called amateur hour for a reason. I wil look for a retrace in the morning for a good safe entry point.
My concern is that I will be buying with unsettled funds and so would have to hold my position until Thursday. Just wondering that is too risky.
I agree. In a short squeeze, you can expect the pps to go 5x - 10x from the pps at which the squeeze starts.
You should not set ANY sell orders until you see the volume traded. There should be way above average volume for at least a few days in a row.
BEWARE of the bull shake! MMs will run price up hard to try and entice you to sell and give them shares. That will NOT necessarily be the squeeze!
I follow you on the number of shares to be covered, but why this week?
I'm no stranger to short squeeze plays, but what is the reason that everyone thinks this week is go time?
Still trying to learn as much as I can about short squeezes.
How do you guys determine that a stock is on the verge of a squeeze?
Because I see pennies all the time with a large daily short volume percentage.
Glad to be one of the first to join this exciting board!
What I'm really asking is why is a stock placed on that RegSho list? What is the significance of that?
Can someone help me with this? I see GRNO still on the RegSho Treshold Security List. What does that mean? Does it mean MMs HAVE to cover in a certain period of time or what?
TIA
What do you like for entry points on IDOI and MDFI?
TIA
What is the significance of a large spread between bid and ask? What are the MMs trying to accomplish with that?
SPeaking of that...has anyone spoken to the company recently and asked how far along in the process they are?
MMs running out of tricks. I mean, suddenly dropping bid to .55?
C'mon guys. Give it up already. If you want our shares, take this thing UP!
BANKER, I appreciate the DD and voice of reason you have provided this board for some time now. I have been here since July. I don't post here much anymore since this board has just gotten too ugly lately.
However, those kinds of non-specific posts that insinuate that you know something the rest of us don't kind of makes you lok like a pumper.
So, if you know something specific, us true longs would certainly appreciate you sharing it, whether by PM or email.
Thanks.
What these people are missing, is that if this was just one big dump, the PPS would not be anywhere near this stable. It would make a straight line down. So, for the PPS to stay this stable, there needs to be considerable buying pressure to offset the selling pressure.
My pleasure.
.12 is the only big resistance in our way at this point. Technically, there is resistance at .14, but not much.
I hold a core position which I continue to add to, but also have a portion I use to buy on the pops to make spending money. MACD crossing, so a close above .12 tomorrow is my confirmation to buy.
Have you noticed that, not only are we riding along the 5-SMA, but the 5-SMA is running right into the top bollie.
No. Those went through at neither bid or ask.
Who's got some dry powder? Now is the time to start smackin' the ask! Let's break .70!
Most are saying 30-60 days to uplist.
As for the number of shares you buy, everyone starts somewhere.
My answer to that is that there are NO guarantees in life. However, the fact that we own the entire float AND the MMs have naked short sold about 30 million shares...AND CDIV is uplisting to the OTC, those shorts MUST be covered. As long as we don't give in and sell them our shares at these cheap prices, we will make $$$$$$$$$.
I started buying in at .095 and have been buying al the way up, including last week. I would have no problem buying at this level, as those shares will soon be green!
seems like they have been fighting pretty hard for a while now
They have to know what is going on here. I am surprised that have not begun to cover yet. Seems like it would be the smartest move on their part. Oh well....their loss is our gain!
Did anyone post the percent shorted on Thursday?
TIA
Good point. 58.4% to be exact. But, hey, let's not split hairs.
Just keeping my fingers crossed that the momentum will continue this week. If it does, I think we can break the MMs' back.
From your mouth to God's ear.
I feel like I'm pumping if I say we break $1 this week...but when I look at the chart, we look like we started a breakout on Tuesday, with a healthy retrace on Thursday. Riding the top bollie, RSI cooled off. With enough volume, it seems realistic.
Am I crazy?
:-0
Some people will just never get it.
By the way, I am amazed that our break this past week did not do it. I figured once we reached these levels, the squeeze would be on. Really hope it starts tomorrow right out of the gate!
Anyone think we break a dollar this week?
Chart looks like a breakout has started. 2 days up, 1 day down.
Just hoping all the eyes on this translates into volume.
If you look at the chart, this week's move looks very similar to the one that started in early February. And look wher that took us.
When I look at that chart, to me, it looks like we are in FULL BREAKOUT MODE!
Does anyone else think this?
Well, most of thought breaking .50 meant go time...but, we hit .72 and the squeeze has not started.
Is the float completely locked up already like CDIV or is it still a work in progress?
